Location
the room was too cold.They have sent an electric heater,otherwise it will not be appropriate to stay.The rooftop bar was closed for renovation .The kitchen closes early at the restaurant and the room service menu should be revised according to late diners with lighter options.

Location was great, really cool vibe to the hotel, most of the staff were excellant
So, the hotel had an issue with the plumbing for the whole hotel, for the entire duration of our stay. Most of the staff handled this really well with customers, and we chose to continue our stay, rather than chose another hotel. The staff were really under pressure to do right by the customers, but they did brilliantly, and we are so glad we did stay. We would definitely stay again. It was just one of those out of control issues, and it didnt affect us at all, we dont mind starting the day with a cold refreshing shower!

Avoid this hotel! A Valentine’s Day Nightmare ⭐
I arrived on Feb 14, 2026, and it was a disaster.
Room 1: Smelled strongly of cooking food.
Room 2: No water. I was then told the entire hotel had a hot water malfunction—something they knew at check-in but didn't disclose.
Room 3: Moved again at night, only to find no hot water and terrible water pressure.
This is NOT a 5-star hotel; it’s a 2-star at best. The place is dirty, which explains the extremely dim lighting used to hide the lack of maintenance. Staying here is like throwing your money in the trash. Do not recommend.

Entering the room after checking in the room was under maintenance. With screw driver and gloves on the sink and dirty sower.
After delay in the checkin, we had cold water for the entire 3 nights.
The staff suggested I will take a shower in the SPA!!!!.
compensation was poor givan the above experience.
I expect much more from such hotel

The Location is great, Rooms are Clean and spacious and friendly staff... especialy Arshad from the reception desk.
We were offered a room that was smaller than expected. However, upon request, we were offered the bigger rooms later for the same price. It is something i liked and disliked at the same time. In general, it was a pleasant stay.
Also the closet size was tiny. We used the mirros in the room to hang our clothes.

Our room was ridiculously small, especially the bathroom- so small it was virtually impossible to stand inside the bathroom & close the door. The head in my sailboat is better layed out

Before going to bed I asked to call a taxi for 2:30 am, so when I came down to reception to check out as I understood they probably forgot to do that. So it took some time. Thanks God I had a plenty of time, but a little bit annoying

The rooms are a good size for London and exceptionally clean, with a very comfortable bed, high-quality linen and towels. bathrobes are provided, complimentary tea and coffee. Most importantly, the spa facilities are an excellent added bonus, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The only minor drawback was the air conditioner, which was a bit noisy.

NYX Holborn is an easy walk to several theaters and museums, and many, many restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful and accommodated our early arrival by holding our bags while we went off to see the city. The decor is modern and eclectic, more fun than a standard chain hotel.
The thermostat in the room had a limited range, and took some time to achieve the settings. It was a bit cool, but not uncomfortable.
