Staff friendly
Long wait to check in; then given the wrong room; and when moved to a different room, it became apparent at night that the top windows couldn’t be shut and so we couldn’t sleep due to the constant noise. Possibly worse night’s sleep ever in a hotel.

The location was ideal for our stay.
The breakfast selection was very good, fresh and attractively displayed.
The decor was horribly garish with awful artwork everywhere,
The bathroom was the size of a cupboard.
The air conditioning in the bedroom seemed to be ineffective, so the room was uncomfortably hot.

Location, friendly staff, good spa.
Bath robe was old and hard, it tied under my armpits and I'm average size and weight. Toiletries in the room were not "luxury". This however didn't spoil my stay.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making our trip special. The location was brilliant; we could walk to most central places in London.
Modern and comfortable, with quirky extras that made it special. Popcorn was available in reception, a glass of Prosecco on arrival, and a photo booth..
