I loved the little touches such as being given a glass of Prosecco and a bag of sweets upon arrival. The pool was wonderful, and the gym was pretty good too. The room and bathroom were very cool and smart. The whole hotel was really funky!

I have been to many hotels in London, when I walked in the room I could not believe the size of it (for London standards). It was the biggest room I have ever stayed in. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind to me from the moment I checked in and until the day I checked out. The rooms were being cleaned on a daily basis which I really appreciated (in other hotels in London they clean them on every second day). It was in the heart of London and walking distance from many places like Soho and Covent Garden and the closest tube station Holborn, was very close to the hotel, (about 3 minutes on foot). Holborn tube station houses central and piccadilly lines, essential for getting around central London as a tourist. Even though it was in such a central area, it was very quiet at night. The breakfast was well balanced with many things to choose from and a fresh omelette station where they could add any ingredients you would like. Overall, a great stay and I would recommend any tourist to try this hotel.

Comfy bed and good pillows, good bathroom. This place is rare in London - it has a pool! It's quiet inside, despite being in central London
My room was a looong walk round the hotel corridors and up 2 steps, which was less than ideal with my 2 heavy suitcases.

Great location, as I was in London for work so near where I needed to be and also only a 15-minute walk to Euston Station. Lovely room and nice pool.
I had dinner twice and think the menu and food could be improved on.

Najeeb was so friendly and helpful we travelled in a group and he looked after us all. Food was fantastic. Pool area was a welcome rest after our shenanigans.
Only issue was hanging space for 3/4 people sharing one room but reception sorted a hanging rail quickly.

The room was nice and the bed was comfy
One of the days the hot water did not work. On the top of that, I forgot my Invisalign retainers at the room after checking out… they were never found which means that housekeeping do not put much attention to anything left there…
