Great theme. Location was perfect. Room spacious and clean. Extra touches of popcorn machine in the lobby and photo booth made it.
I really didn’t want to leave a negative as if it wasn’t for this it would have been 10/10. We were on the fifth floor and it was like a sauna both in the hallway and in our room. We had the windows open and AC on as low as possible but it was just absolutely roasting. We were then woken up at 5am by noise because we had to leave the windows open.

Location, room size, cleanliness
I forgot my favorite jacket in the wardrobe and contacted the hotel the very next day. They claimed they “didn’t find anything,” offered no apology, no help, and didn’t even bother to investigate. Either the room wasn’t properly checked after my departure, or someone on the staff took it and the hotel is unwilling to address it. Judging by similar reviews, this seems to be a recurring issue. Extremely disappointing experience. I won’t be staying here again.

Arrived and staff happy to open up concierge desk to book us in as it was busy. A glass of prosecco on arrival was a lovely touch and the facilities were very nice and up to date.
There was nothing we didnt like.

Brilliant location. Lovely hotel, cool bar area, lovely swimming pool, lovely room and a nice touch with the cupcakes and Happy Anniversary on the mirror.
I Feel it doesn’t quite have the feel of a 5 star hotel. We was woken up at 8.05am on Sunday by the cleaner in the room next to us, the walls must be quite thin as you could feel when they hit the wall with the hoover backing onto our bed, they might as well been in our room.
