What an amazing hotel! Every last one of the staff we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Beautiful location and really fun and spacious rooms. We had an unrelated issue on our trip that meant we had to book rooms unexpectedly - twice - and it was handled quickly and very easily. One man at reception lightheartedly told us, “We will be your family in London this week,” and honestly, they weren’t wrong. Reasonable prices considering the location and time of year.

Location is great, near the British museum and center. Breakfast was great with lots of options and fresh vegetables. Room was spacy and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly.
Bathroom was very small, large people will have problem with it.

Great hotel for a 3 night stay. Complimentary drink on arrival was a lovely surprise. Very friendly staff, super facilities & great choice of breakfast. Air conditioning was a joy to come back to after a day out in London!

The guy on reception was really helpful where possible. The pool was good.
The rooms were noisy it was like sleeping with an open window and we were on the 9th floor after aksing to be moved to a quietr room from the 8th floor. The pool was nice but rough around the edges and in need of some maintenance attention. The breakfast was average and for £350 a night I would have expected alot more in all areas

It was very noisy. The hotel is located at an intersection, and the windows do absolutely nothing to keep out the outside noise.

The hotel is in a great location just a 3 minute walk from a major Tube station, 2 minutes from a main bus stop, and about a 12-minute walk to Oxford Street. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the rooms are surprisingly spacious compared to most hotels in London. It's also very family-friendly. The breakfast was nice (especially by European standards), and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the air conditioning, which struggled during the heatwave. The hotel gave us a fan, which definitely helped, but it still took away a bit from the overall experience. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a rooftop bar with great views. On Thursday night there was a DJ, which made for a really fun atmosphere. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily come back.
We had an issue with the air conditioning in our room. The hotel gave us a fan, which definitely helped, but it would have been nice if they had offered us the option to move to another room. It took a little away from the overall experience. To their credit, they offered us a complimentary late check-out because of the A/C issue.
