Wonderful
The staff went above and beyond , they had a major issue with hot water on our stay which meant cold showers and a late night visit from work men , but staff went to above and beyond to make up for this though it was no fault of their own , beautiful big room , amazing pool and sauna area , room service was speedy and amazing .great location for tube and covent garden .breakfast was on point and a very relaxing environment
Queues at check in were a tad extreme, cold showers (no fault of staff) but did impede on our stay , staff did go above and beyond to make up for this even adding fizz a vip package and a discount :)

Very comfortable bed and lovely staff
Check in broke down which meant we couldn't check in until 5pm and then the boiler was turned off which meant that the water was cold in the morning

Unfortunately they had issues with booking in system on arrival , then air in in room wasn’t working so had to move rooms then there were water issue none at all , then cold only until it was fixed.

The staff were so lovely and the room was perfect, super comfy bed, air con and complete black out curtains. Had food in their restaurant and that was really good too. Breakfast was a buffet, might be nice to have a made to order menu but it was fine for our stay.

any thing good was drown out by our awful experience.
the hotel had a problem with its IT system we were not allowed to check in early or on time - we understood this. we got to our room late we were very tired as wed been up working the night before. The toom was tiny it was a bed and a small bathroom- we were so tired we just wanted to sleep. The worse happened whilst we are in a state of undress the hotel gave our room to someone else and other guests walked in our room saying this had been allocated to them! they were embarrassed and so were we - we went to the lobby to complain - they apologies and said it would not happen again. we went to bed - only for another guest a few hours later else to walk in saying that we were in their room, we called reception they said that we should have checked out already - we been their 4 hours! After this we decided it would be safer to leave.- the hotel realised it mistake apologised and gave us a different room and a drink token, which was nice but we were still uncomfortable and did not sleep - we decided to put the chair against the door to stop anymore intrusions. throughout the hotel was noisy. we could hear traffic peoples conversation as the entered and left the hotel. the cleaners outside taking loudly into their mobile phones - we got very little sleep. at 11am despite having a late checkout - the cleaners were banging on the door asking us to vacate - they had not been told about our late check out. we left later, absolutely exhausted but glad to get out of there - completely ruined our trip. we were embarrassed, exhausted and humiliated. I have written to the customer service also. I would not recommend staying there.

The hotel is lovely I loved the quirky interior design. The facilities appeared to be well set out, reception and bar. We did not get the opportunity to explore the bars, resturant or pool and gym. The staff did their best and the breakfast was lovely.
The chaos (check-in system was down) when we arrived was most unfortunate and led to a delay which affected our stay due to the short time we were staying and pre-arranged bookings elsewhere. The TV was unfathomable and kept turning itself on with the welcome screen. We had to give up and sleep with it on!
