The bed was SO comfortable. This was our last stop on a 3 week trip and the comfort of the bed and the room was just what we needed. Rooms were large by London standards and we booked early enough to get a great price.

Location
My bedroom was allocated by the staff area and doors where making noise until 11:30pm and from 6:30am (bedroom 601) When I went breakfast sleepless, I was informed breakfast was only for 1 person (made reservation for me and my 9year child) Went to reception where I was accused of only doing the booking for 1 person!! Shocked I show my reservation with booking.com that was booked for 1 adult and a child, no apology just a - must be a system error. I then complained about the room and was upgraded to room 908! Room didn’t had hot water was only warm and no mirrors!! Only 1 in the bathroom that I could use to style my hair before heading out. This is not a 5 star hotel as booking.com states on rating. Staff was very unpleasant and bedrooms were not up to standard, extremely disappointing and would not recommend.

The location pf the hotel was perfect for what we needed, the staff were all friendly as we arrived earlier than anticipated we were still able to check in to our room. We asked for a baby cot and were provided with one swiftly. The hotel provided a welcome gift of Christmas cookie etc in the room which was lovely. Breakfast was a buffest style and we enjoyed the cooked and cold options, plenty of choice and fabulous selection for our toddler as well. The hotel is beautifully decorated, rooms a great size, lovely bathroom and the spa facilities were great for a swim with the little one.
There wasn't anything that comes to mind, that I would say that I didn't like about the stay. Everything went smoothly and worked well for what we needed as a family.

Staff were all young,very helpful and enthusiastic. We were celebrating my son’s 40th birthday and they helped make it special. The omelette station at breakfast!! Great omelette chef. ! Complimentary Prosecco on arrival
Unfortunately the roof top bar is currently closed due to refurbishment which was a pity as we would have liked to use it.

Was very noce that on check in we were offered a complimentary drink and giving some sweets which our son loved, sometimes its in the small things that go along way! Room was super and very clean, breakfast was fabulous too!
To be fair the only thing was there were no ice machines in the foyers, we like to have ice in our drinks in the room!

My room was very big and with everything I needed. The bed was super comfy. There was a good selection on the breakfast buffet. And the best is there is a spa center with a swimming pool and sauna in there. The location is also very nice - it's walkable to the many sightseeing, museums and theatres.
There could be any fish options or halal meat options on the breakfast buffet.

Front staff were efficient and helpful. Loved the welcoming prosecco! The breakfast was delicious and the pool/ gym in the spa were great - so remember your costume! The nespresso machine in my room was put to good use.
There was an issue with my aircon/ heating though they sent someone to attend to it. When it went off again they offered to change my room but to me it was a minor issue!
