Staff were amazing! Pool and sauna steam room were amazing! Room was perfect with large TV! Highly recommended! There’s also a free photo booth creating memories!
I just didn’t like the fact I can’t stay in London longer!

The styling and the vibe, it’s our second visit, and we knew we wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Since our last visit the food isn’t cooked anywhere near as good. We ate once downstairs and it was overcooked and lacked flavour. Some of the staff seemed fatigued, not as much energy to greet guests.

Nice modern hotel
We had to ask to move rooms due to floor 1 being so cold. Room freezing and heater throwing out artificial heat. Bathroom also too small for a family. Moved room to floor 5 much better but did impact my opinion of the hotel and stay.
