Clean and comfortable bed with nice bed linen. Clean room and bathroom. Good restaurant and bar area. Late night room service is excellent. Nice spa facilities - pool very warm. Personally booked the room because of the black Friday discount so feel like I got an excellent deal. The location was excellent for my needs, very close to Holborn station. Felt very secure as a single female traveller - security on the door at night checking room cards for entry.
Lightbulb in bedside light extremely bright and white - would personally prefer a softer lightbulb for a bedside light. Swimming pool area could do with a little bit of maintenance - some tiles missing.

Loved the services available and the little details that made our stay exceptional. Greeted with a Prosecco, and given a little bag of sweets on arrival. The room was gorgeous and the spa facilities were great.
