The room was a great size , But the staff service was a bit poor , loved the spa, lovely breakfast , gym was great and swimming pool and sauna and steam .
Staff could be more polite especially reception and bathroom could be more clean , coffee machine wasnt working .

Room hadn’t been properly cleaned, and finding a tag for some crotchless knickers next to the bed suggested someone had had a good time there beforehand!

Clean, good location and gym
I could really hear the underground in my room on 1st floor and also other guests as I was near the lift and breakfast area. I have stayed here before on higher floor and it was quiet.

We have stayed at the NYX Holborn several times before as we like its location, the quirky rooms and the facilities (swimming pool and gym). The staff are friendly and professional.

It was clean and located in the center. Breakfast very good
- building is very old - rooms are renovated (super clean) but the corridors and receptions are super old - all repainted (but old) - style is like for a bachelor party - chitch I can say - pool floor was not very clean - no butler to help you with the languages - no bar opened during the night in the reception - there is no place to stay in the reception after the bar is closed - no concierge - super low services

Location, 2 mins from Holborn underground station. Lots of value places to eat and drink nearby. 2 tube stops to the West End theatre land
Restaurant food while not expensive was not of the standard of a quality hotel

The location was great, it’s about 5 minutes away from all the main thoroughfare and short 2 minute walk to a main bus depot
The bathrooms are unbelievably small and we had to call for housekeeping each night at 4pm as it hadn’t been done
