Kind receptionist, tries to sympathize with my complaints due to noise. The fresh omelet in the morning, the lady that makes them...she is a star!
Early cleaning staff. The room have a bad soundproofing, you will hear everything from next room and from the outside, especially in the morning. Their staff cleans very early. On our first night they were already busy at 7 am, I didn't plan to wake up that early but was forced as they were banging and moving the furnitures...I complained this to the reception and bless him, he asked them not to do the room beside our room. But they did the floor on the top, so same story woke up at 7 with the noice

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions. It offers great value for money and an excellent location for accessing London's West End and shopping areas, as well as the tube network. The rooms are comfortable, although the bathrooms are a little on the small side.
