I have it an 8 due to the hype I read about NYX before we arrived. Everything was very good just not exceptional. I wanted fitness center to be 24/7 and it wasn't. Staff was helpful but not exceptional. Solid 8 considering we stay at 4 and 5 star hotels all over the world. Bed was very comfortable.

Perfect location for our trip to see two theatre shows. Hotel was spotless, room spacious, quiet and extremely comfortable. All staff were so welcoming with a big shout out to Raymond and Aswin on reception. Lovely touches with prosecco offered on arrival and fresh popcorn in reception. Breakfast was excellent- superb choice including an omelette station. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was outstanding and near the metro and British Museum. The water in the lobby was a great amenity. It felt like an American hotel in London, which was nice in terms of space and service. It felt very safe and was convenient in many ways.
The air conditioning didn't work on our first night and while it was mostly fixed, it never fully seemed to cool off our room. When the room was cleaned, the window was left open, which didn't help the room cool off during the hot day. We had asked after sweating it out the first night to change rooms and were told we would, but then a room was not available. The AC was fixed to be better, but still not as good as expected.

The location was very good, and the Executive Room was spacious and well appointed. The pool and spa area was surprisingly good.
There was an issue with hot water in our room. The shower did not get hot at all. We called and they came to fix it in the afternoon. But what they should have said is that this problem is one they know about and it keeps happening. They should have offered to change our room. Because later on, at 11.30 that night, we discovered that the same problem recurred and it was too late to call someone then. Cold shower only.

Access to the sauna and pool is included, welcoming staff.
The ground floor, like all floors, is very stylish. I also appreciated the photo booth - a nice physical memory.
The gym is small, but very functional (treadmills, weights.)
The wellness center: the pool is shallow (1m20 deep), and the sauna room is tiny.
At this price point, I would have expected breakfast to be included, but no - that weighed on my experience there.
The ground floor restaurant is also limited in their menu - more variety would be nice.
