Room and spa were great!
Our suite (907) was great, but all through the night there was a horrendous buzzing noise coming from the floor below that literally shook the floor. Not a great nights sleep.

Facilities and staff are really nice, and it’s next to British Museum, and Holborn underground station around 4-minutes walk. It’s the best place to stay every time I come to London.

I loved the design, from lobby, to corridors, through our room and of course SPA. Very different to your standard hotel.
I couldn't pay with cash at all, but I understand a lot of places switching to card only (big mistake - do not let cash die).
