fantastic hotel, staff attention and location. The 24 beer and food facilities is convenient.
Breakfast was very very good, varied and as much as one wants
Quite pricey, that the only downside. plus not all rooms have a view of the Tower of London and Tower bridge.
The buffet breakfast stopped at 10 a.m.

The welcome drinks were a nice touch, but a non alcoholic version would have been appreciated.
The rooms were large, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.
Having a swimming pool and spa was great
Super close to a tube station
Very close to Tower or London and Tower Bridge
The swimming pool only had 5 loungers which meant not very relaxing for those of us not able to get a comfy spot to sit.

Nice Swimming pool and spa, Good location, Staff was helpful and nice, room was nice and clean and food and drinks in the restaurant were good.
Breakfast was also nice.
The Heat in the room was not working properly, even if I set the thermostat on 30°nothing happened.
The staff change my room because the AC had an error on it. Same story in the next room.
The staff was nice and offered me a bottle of Prosecco that I refused only to find it waiting in my room when i came back in the evening. I know they were doing they're best and I appreciate it but I just wanted a warm room not a bottle of booze to keep me warm.

Quiet but handy for many sites and the Tube.
The Bath and Shower , a wee bit archaic , and high to climb in with a hip replacement.
