The location was absolutely perfect. 1 minute walk from the underground and right in the heart of the best views, including The Tower If London and Tower Bridge. The staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Robert on the desk really listened to what we wanted and allocated us a fantastic room with amazing views.

The view of the Tower bridge from the room was amazing! Great location, 2 mins walk to the train station and 5 mins walk to Tower of London. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are quiet at night. Great customer service. We really enjoyed our stay for 3 nights.
The limited time slots for kids to swim due to probably the relatively small pool size.

Beautiful & welcoming hotel in a great location, with lots nearby. Only about a minute’s walk away from the Tower Hill tube station which was really convenient. We stayed in an Executive King Room with a view which was spacious, clean & comfortable & well worth the extra pennies for the spectacular view!
The bathroom was very small which let it down slightly & was surprising, considering how spacious the room was otherwise. However, we have no complaints about the facilities, the shower was very powerful & everything was clean.

Great location close to London Tower, plenty of restaurants nearby, close to hop on-hop off bus stop, decent neighbourhood.
Staff was very accommodating to our needs, we had a couple of requests related to comfort, they have been addressed promptly.
All in all, it’s been a great experience.
The room we were given was next to the elevator, every 20 seconds or so you would hear a lound bang, whenever the elevator stopped. The train station right outside the window just made it worse. I’ve notified Reception, they were very kind and moved us to a much better room. So no bad feelings whatsoever, just don’t get room 631.

My finance and I found the Leonardo Hotel to be classy, comfortable with great ambience. Staff were friendly and down to earth. We had a truly wonderful mini-break that genuinely exceeded our expectations.
The food and service at the hotel restaurant was great.
I definitely recommend this hotel to others. It blends luxury with affordability in the heart of the city with the historical presence of Tower Hill.
Air conditioning could have been better but that's about it.

I am out for the annual our company party, I arrived at tower bridge branch after midnight but the reception can not yo cooperate where my reservation has to be. I know only one Leonardo Hotel which with its name and mark.
But the reception not to show us or cooperate where is the other branch. I try to find the place where he direct us but not possible to locate, the worst scenario is my mobile battery has been drained and the weather was bad. I didn't use the room at all I hire the mini cab and went to my home with a difficult situation.

The room had some nice coffees/biscuits and some extras in the bathroom like shower caps/toothbrush packs if you forgot them. Location was handy for the tube and walkable to some nice touristy places. Loved the old wall in the outdoor bar downstairs. Beds were comfortable and the shower was good.
It was so so warm, the room does have air con but we were sweating just being in the room it was quite uncomfortable. Despite it being warm temp this was excessively warm. We did go down to reception and asked for an extra fan which they brought up within 10 mins, it did help as we managed to sleep but even getting ready we were sweating just wanted out the room as soon as we could. (so warm our chocolate was melted despite having the fan and air con on). Walking along the hallway to our room was fine until we opened the door immediately before our room and then it got very hot so not sure if we were just in a hot part of the building but would probably avoid using hotel again because of the heat.
They also allowed early check in which was brilliant, but the email we received said it costs £40 which was already quite a lot for this they charged £60.

We were upgraded to an executive suite after our original room turned out to be as hot as a sauna and impossible to sleep in. The staff were helpful and quick to sort it out for us. The suites on the 12th floor are lovely — spacious, with amazing views and the added bonus of a balcony, which was a really nice touch. It was a short stay, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. The price was also very reasonable for the area. I’d definitely come back!
The original room we were given was unfortunately not up to standard — it was inhabitable and still had drinks and sweet treats left behind from the previous guests, which was disappointing. However, I have to say the staff were absolutely lovely and very accommodating. They promptly addressed the issue, cleared everything away, and moved us to a much better room without any fuss. Their helpfulness made a real difference to our stay.
