Pool and spa facilities were nice, room was very comfortable, location was great, next to Tower Hill station
Light flickering and noisy in the bathroom so had to shower in the dark. Ordered food in Leo's and the portions were tiny.

We booked a very good room, had a great view on the Tower of London and partially also on Tower Bridge. Breakfast was good and we appreciated also the access to the swimming pool, especially after having walked the whole day through the city...

The room was completely different to what was advertised, very noisy with the underground right below our window (not great for a relaxed weekend stay) hair dryer didn’t work, out dated bathroom, the room was very uncomfortably warm and humid no air con and 2 windows opened a tiny bit but made the noise worse. Very disappointed considering this was a birthday treat and not cheap. I did email the hotel with all this and had no reply at all .

Location, Location, Location! Excellent facilities for a city centre hotel. The Pool, Gym and Leisure facilities were excellent. All the staff throughout the hotel were so friendly and very helpful. Always smiling and offering to help make our stay more comfortable/ enjoyable.

Great location and park within walking distance to enjoy good weather.
Room Walls are paper thin, and you can hear every passing door open and close.

The rooms were very well equipped with everything you could need- White Company toiletries, toothbrush/shaving kits, tea, coffee facilities, robes, slippers, etc.
Noisy air con unit kept clicking loudly every few minutes through the night. Old decor in public places, hot corridors, long wait for the lift, a bit of a maze.

Rooms were nicely appointed, which unfortunately came at a significant loss of functionality. There is room for improvement. Staff were casual.
