Good location, nice staff and good room with good amenities.
Careful in the bathroom. The bath is almost hip level high which makes it dangerous. Few marks of building getting old but not that bad

Great location spa and breakfast no complaints
Our room the bath took an eternity to part fill and then didn’t hold the water also on Saturday we was above what felt like a nightclub I understand people having fun but not if other people are paying to go to bed earlier

We were upgraded to a big executive room, with a great view of Tower Bridge. Breakfast was great, and although we didn't use it, the pool looked lovely. Great location too.
My only criticism is that the bathroom was a bit small, and the position of the toilet made it awkward getting in and out of the shower.

room size good, bed comfortable. well equipped, clean
no view, looked internally and impression we were under when booking is that the room have views over london. This was booked for a special birthday and event and lack of view at location didn't live up to the 4 star description and price, Getting in and out of shower over bath was dangerous - the bath screens are not fitted correctly and sway about and the bath is so high that it was a drop to get out with one foot in wet bath. Its an accident waiting to happen.

It had a very good location. The bed was comfortable and clean. We could leave our bags at desk till check in time and the staff were very friendly
The bathroom sink had very very slow drainage. The bathroom didn't have any places to put things down.The AC didn't work well, there could be a ramp to get down into the lobby with suitcases instead of steps
