Very Good
Like the location of this hotel. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. They helped us with some printing we needed for a meeting. The food was great in Leo's and we loved the welcome drink on arrival. Room was spacious and clean.
The pool is a bit cold for me. Our room wasn't made up when we came in at 3pm but they quickly rectified it. The aircon had a fault but they also fixed that quickly.

Wonderful
Good location, nice staff, good service , has got everything what is needed in the room and it’s comfortable and clean
They didn’t pass to change our towels and they wouldn’t dry for the next day

Very Good
I had a big room and a very nice view on Tower Bridge
I would have preferred a shower (Italian) than a bath with a shower.

location is close the tower hill station, but be careful there are two hotels with the same name. copy the address from the booking , do not directly search from the google maps.
when we entered the first room , it was dirty , we asked for changing the room and the put us a new room. the shower tap was rigged so it was not easy to have shower in normal temperature it was boiling hot. and the room that is in the picture with tower bridge wasnt given to us even though you see it while booking.

Wonderful
Good location, lovely staff and good facilities. Overall it was a lovely hotel.
Booked executive room. There was really no view except for a tall building and there was a view of a train station below. ( we were on 5th floor) You could hear the train at 12.05 at night and it resumed at 7am
I had to ring for the room to be serviced on our second day. I was advised they only serviced rooms every other day. However, we left hotel at 4.45pm and returned at 11pm and the room had been serviced.

Wonderful
Location, staff, facilities and good breakfast . Great value in central London. A partial view of the tower from the room. Had an issue with water pressure in the shower but it was promptly rectified.

Pleasant
Very smart, the bedroom was lovely and the location was great for where we needed to be in London. First night was great.
Unfortunately on the second night there was some sort of event on floor 1. We were on floor 3 and could sing along word for word with every song and the bass was so loud it rattled the glasses on our table. It’s not good that it was that level of loud! It went on til midnight and we were trying to go to bed at 9pm! So I suggest you request a high floor which would probably have helped.

Exceptional
The hotel is conveniently located next to a subway stop. It’s close to the Tower of London and London Bridge. Staff is welcoming and rooms are spacious and comfortable. It comes with all the facilities one can possibly need. Rooms are provided with kettle, coffee machine, iron, safe, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, shaving kit, slippers and robe. There’s a spa included with your stay where you can find a sauna, hot tub, steam room and a large swimming pool. Facilities are very clean and beds are big and incredibly comfortable. There’s a large hall with modern design. They provide a glass of wine upon arrival, and a bottle of wine and water as welcome pack. Breakfast is expensive but includes a wide range of foods and drinks that taste delicious.
I’m not a big fan of companies sending unsolicited emails to sell upgrades or extra services as soon as you place your booking. Breakfasts prices are a big high.

Great location. Fab breakfast
Prices way too expensive for drinks. £30 for 2 drinks is extortionate. No wonder there was only me and the wife in there
Tv didn’t work either
