The pool is great, size of room are good , friendly check in staff.
Didn’t replace the in room coffee pods despite asking for room to be serviced. When challenged , was stated “well , did you ask for new ones?” Slight smell of damp in the corridor on the sixth floor. Bathroom sink was clogged and so slow to drain .

Confortable bed
This was nothing less than a bait and switch. We were given a room in a grubby little annex outside thw hotel with no access to the facilities. 3rd floor room, no lifts, dirty carpets and a tap in the barhroom that only delivered hot water. Manager jordane lied that there were no other rooms available, ehen there were plenty showing on booking.com. 3rd time staying here. Never again.

The location was amazing. I loved the fact that there was water and a small bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. It was very helpful that the hotel offered the possibility to (free of charge) order some basic items to your room, in case you forgot a toothbrush, a deodorant etc.. Not only is the swimming pool included in the price but also the jacuzzi and the steam rooms. Beds are very comfortable and my room was huge for London standards. Will for sure be coming back!
The bathtub was not cleaned well :( I was a bit surprised how expensive the massages were. Would be handy to, in the rooms, have an overview of what the spa offers, in a form of a booklet or something. Generally not much to complain about.
