Location was far from everything, couldn’t find my reservation, kept charging me double for things including my reservation, didn’t have a gift shop or any other amenities, room was small, no customer service!

Excellent location next to Tower Hill tube station. Amazing view of The Tower of London Very clean. Breakfast buffet had good selection.
On arrival after 3pm our room appeared to be still occupied which was stressful as we had a busy schedule. However we were given an upgrade to a suite. On the second day we arrived back at 3.30pm to find the room hadn't been serviced or cleaned. This was rectified with a phone call. Casting on the TV didn't work so was unable to stream from our devices.

The location is excellent tube dlr and c2c stations all close by, room was spacious and clean with a view of tower bridge and the Tower of London, the Spa in the hotel was nice to unwind in after a day sightseeing around London
