Fantastic location! Amazing room and spa facilities were brilliant. The whole experience was incredible, customer service and staff were great, friendly.

The room upgrade to executive suite was a lovely surprise and the room was beautiful and the bed extremely comfortable.
The spa facilities seemed a little dated. The jacuzzi pool didn't work and seemed dirty with sand at the bottom and bits floating around. The pool was extremely cold and one of the steam/sauna rooms was not working

Hotel offered wine, coffee and biscuits and did something nice for our birthday. Location was good
Some staff were a bit unhelpful, our phone did not work and was not fixed. Under bed was not the cleanest when we had to look for lost item, but we found a quid :)

Great location, very nice staff, comfortable rooms. The pool was a good temperature and length but lots of clorine.
The breakfast was just ok. There is another Leonardo hotel a 10 minute walk aways with almost the same name and we went to the wrong hotel a few times as did our guests.

Terrific location straight outside Tower Hill tube and across the road from The Tower of London and London Bridge. The buffet breakfast was great too.
The beds were hard and in uncomfortable the pillows too.

Location was amazing, near key attractions and located near the tube station for easy transport links . Staff very helpful and accommodating, clean quiet rooms, comfortable beds and great breakfast.
