Very close walking distance from tube station. Very kind welcome staff with multiple checkin desk so there are no waits. Lots of restaurants and stores if needed.
Room is a little dated abs bathroom was not the cleanest. We arrived on an unexpected warm London day which made for hot room with no AC.

What a wonderful experience. We traveled as a couple with our 8-year-old daughter, and the hotel was fantastic. Our room had a beautiful view, and everything was very clean and elegant. The service was extremely cordial and attentive.
I would especially like to highlight Arnel from the restaurant. He was outstanding. From the very beginning, he was incredibly friendly and engaging, especially with my daughter. He was always attentive and ready to assist us with anything we needed. A perfect 10 for him.
The hotel itself is amazing. The pool area and facilities are very good, and the pool is enjoyable.
That said, I’d like to finish on a very positive note: the breakfast is absolutely perfect. It was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Everything was delicious.
However, the only point that did not fully meet our expectations was the pool dynamics. The designated family time is not respected at all. I believe this should be better organized.
During family hours, there were many guests using the pool for “serious” or professional-style swimming, and some even became annoyed with those who were simply there to relax. Out of the three days we tried to use the pool, only once did we feel comfortable and not pressured to leave. The swimmers wanted to train quickly across all lanes, which made it difficult for families to enjoy the space.
I strongly suggest that at least half of the pool be reserved for families during family hours. On one occasion, a guest even argued with children who were near his swimming lane—during family time. There really should be a clearer separation between family hours and training hours. Combining both doesn’t work well, especially since the pool isn’t very large, and expectations differ—children naturally play and make noise, which should be acceptable during family time.

The location was amazing, the room was a good size and they had plug sockets by mirrors. The shower gel was white company which was a nice touch.
There was no air conditioning!!!!!! We complained about the first room and they moved us straight away but the second room also didn’t have any!
They gave us a portable water filled air con unit which wasn’t very good. I am skeptical as to whether the entire hotel didn’t have air con. It was a warm day and would have been too noisy to open windows overnight.
