Very nicely located hotel next to Tower Bridge with very helpful staff. Especially the shift manager was willing to step in to personally deal with a problem that occurred during the stay.

Location near the Tower of London was perfect for what we planned to do in London. All the staff we spoke to were friendly, professional and efficient. Room was well equipped with everything you could need for a short stay, including bath robes. High quality toiletries and complimentary half bottle of wine/mineral water/chocolates. Swimming pool excellent.
I didn't like the bath/shower, difficult to access. Changing rooms in health club, very crowded, I couldn't;t lock a locker with the padlock supplied.
