The breakfast was really good. A wide variety of both Continental European and Irish and British European options. A wide range of soft drinks and morning refreshing/detox options too. The breakfast salon is well managed, staff were attentive and has lovely aesthetics.

The room was lovely and the location was great for what we wanted.
Sadly, at the end of our stay when we went to drop our bags off with the concierge he was very rude and disrespectful to me.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful with everything we ask for. We were a little bit early and they did everything they could to make us comfortable until we could get into our room. The staff was very helpful with how to get around London. I was disappointed about the free transportation to the hotel from the airport. No one seemed to know about that. I chose this hotel for a second time because that was a nice perk but did not receive reimbursement for my travel. Thank you so much. enjoy our time in London.

Hotel staff and facilities were excellent. Location to London Tower area, some bars and restaurants around and close to tube stations.
It was pricy. Even by London at Christmas standards. The “no staff” DIY bar after hours was weird, but worked.

Location was great. Build was lovely
Our room was a family room but had no bath, this made it difficult with a toddler. The bathroom itself was very small. The pool was also cold, not great for a toddler. Our room was only cleaned once during our stay. People on our floor were very noise.
