Really comfy bed and room, spa was lovely too not too busy either. I also mentioned on an initial inquiry email that i was staying for my girlfriends 21st, on arrival the hotel had put in balloons, a happy birthday card and a complimentary bottle of wine without me even asking. Lovely touch
Not much at all I didn’t like, one of the concierge staff was just a bit rude when I arrived early and wanted to leave me bags in.

Lovely, clean spacious room with an amazing view of the Thames and Tower Bridge. Breakfast was excellent, staff were incredibly friendly and went the extra mile, and the pool are spa facilities were brilliant.

Large rooms, great location, near public transit, beautiful outdoor bar near Roman wall, friendly, helpful staff, nice breakfast buffet, outstanding swimming pool and hot tub facilities.
Air conditioning issues… Ongoing. Our air conditioner completely went out during our stay. The hotel did offer to move us, but to a smaller room, which we declined. They provided two tower AC units, which helped somewhat, but were nowhere near large enough for our room. They did give us a 150 pound credit after we asked for it.

Location was great.
When we first checked in, the room AC wasn't working. We spoke with the receptionist, and they sent the service guy to fix the AC. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed. Hotel staff did accommodate us to another room. However, this did take some time to rectify.

Staff very helpful. Arnel at breakfast was fantastic with my son. All the gentlemen on reception really helpful. The girls in the spa went out of their way to help me Google train maps and the housekeepers were also kind to my son. Room immaculate. We ate in the restaurant one night and the seafood linguine was the best dinner I had eaten for a long time.. absolute treat and great value for our meals for the quality. Pillows a bit hard for my liking but that is a personal preference. Overall would definitely consider this hotel next time we are in London.
Only disappointment is the rate offered to extended our stay was cheaper on booking.com (even an upgraded room) than to book directly with the hotel. I said that I would prefer to stay in our standard room but also wouldn't mind moving and that I was looking for most competitive bed and breakfast rate. It was only after the quote from reception that I looked online for more competitive options and saw the listing for the Tower. The hotel we stayed in for the following night was a 4 star and the staff, dinner and breakfast were not as nice as the Tower though.
