The staff left some chocolate for my son for his birthday and a lovely complimentary bottle if wine for me . We also for soaked and rhe staff brought us extra heaters to try our jackets and shoes . Pool was lovely

The gym
We had faulty heating which was never fixed. Our room was freezing cold. My sisters room was the same and they were bought a heater which was as not working.

I love the location and the staff are incredibly friendly and it was a fairly good price for the value.
Unfortunately the air con didn’t work throughout our stay meaning we had to open the window to the loud sound of the trains throughout the evening. We also could not find the TV remote anywhere so we couldn’t use the normal satellite TV. The bathroom was not as clean as we had previously seen in other rooms in previous stays.

The hotels location is superb. Beside tower bridge with access to dlr line and underground stations. The area is so clean and feels very high end. The hotel itself is absolutely fab and clean. And so modern. The smell of the hotel it's like walking into a spa. It's absolutely fab and thank you to Agata for looking after us with a beautiful room with a view of the tower of London. The breakfast is amazing. The food is beautiful in the bar and I highly reccomend this hotel. We will be back. The staff from front desk to concierge and bar restaurant all excellent. Well done to all at the leonardo London city hotel.
