Poor
The foyer is welcoming. The pool is lovely with plenty of space. The location is good if you are happy to use public transport. That's pretty much it.
The hotel is very tired. It's in need of an upgrade. The bathroom was quite dirty looking. Carpets are worn. Our power went out and needed repair due to a faulty switch leaving us in the dark. Our bathroom door handle was falling off. The hairdryer stopped working due to overheating before my hair dried. When we arrived we had no hand soap. Beds were comfy enough but the pillows were very hard. The room was only cleaned if we asked or left a sign out and wasn't done well, with dirty glasses and spoons not being replaced. A vacuum cleaner was a permanent fixture in the hallway. Not quite as luxurious as the $500AUD we paid per night for our family of 4.

Very Good
The location is fabulous.
The staff are wonderful and very helpful.
Hotel is spacious and clean.
Breakfast were delicious.
It’s a bit expensive and although it’s lovely and modern, clean and smart, the room was nothing out of the ordinary. I appreciate we were actually just paying for a top London location.

Good
Good proximity to Tower Hill tube. Decent pool and spa. Nice breakfast. Attentive staff with a warm welcome.
I had to ask for the towel gown and slippers as they were not in my room. The pool area just lets Arabic guys lounge with their phones taking photos of women in their swim suits. I’ve seen this many times at your other hotels. I’ve complained. Nothing happens. There are men with phones always in the pool area. The staff don’t monitor this, they don’t challenge and they don’t care. They may as well let men in with cameras.

Wonderful
We asked for a quiet room, but the first room we were given, which was a lovely large room, had thin walls with TV being played (Friends - the TV show) on one side and people talking on the other. We were moved to a much quieter room, but this was much smaller but cozy and very comfortable with a nice bathroom and very comfy bed. We got breakfast included and it was a superb array of food. There really was something for everyone, all very fresh and well- cooked. We had a partial view of the Tower of London and Tower Bridge which was nice. TV had casting, so we could watch Netflix etc from my phone. The Spa was fantastic, what a lovely thing to do on Christmas Day morning, swim, sauna and hot tub. The hotel is sandwiched between Tower Hill Underground and Fenchurch St (side entrance). Its a nice hotel in a superb setting to get around London. The staff also kept some perishable items in a fridge for us, as there is not a fridge in the room. Satff were friendly and helpful. On Christmas morning stockings were on the doors with candy canes, satsumas, and other little bits, which was a nice touch.
We returned on Christmas Eve late, with others who had to been to late-night meals and carol services and found families sitting in the reception, which was very busy, as all the hotel bars had been closed. We normally like to have a glass of Champagne at Midnight to toast Christmas Day and found it quite strange that no resident bar was open, however, there was a well-stocked "grab & go" with drinks and lite bite food near the reception.. In the room finding anything in the wardrobe was difficult as it had no light near or in it, we only found the robes on the last day.
