A glass of wine at check in!! Lovely room service and great location.
We booked a large room and received a suite which was lovely but it was a bit of a strange layout, with two double beds in one room.

We attended a works party in your conference room. The food, service, live band were all excellent. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Will recommend to friends.

The staff discovered it was our 20th Wedding Anniversary and upgraded us free of charge to a beautiful large room, with a view over a Roman wall dating over 2000 years. The hotel location was perfect for all we were planning to do, but even better than expected. When you stepped out of the front of the hotel you could see the Tower of London, which was a magnificent sight at night when all lit up. The Underground tube/train was less than 100 years away, making it so easy to get to any part of London we wanted to go. The hotel was quiet even though situated in such a popular area and the comfort of the bed was fabulous.
The hotel was a warm building and we hadn't packed light t'shirts so we could keep cool, because it was a winter weekend and we expected it to be cold. The price of drinks in the bar was a bit excessive and the price of items in the shop were the same. £36 for a bottle of wine that you can buy in a supermarket for £8 and a packet of crisps £6.50 which in a supermarket would cost £2.25. But this seems to always be the same in hotels in city hotels.

The whole hotel was spotless, staff friendly and nothing was too much trouble. In all the years i have been coming to london i have picked hotels nearby but now i won’t bother. I’ll just book the leonardo because it just bests the others on everything. Easily a 10/10 stay.

So close to the Tube, welcoming reception area, great and large executive bedroom, efficient breakfast with attentive staff.
The bar/restaurant area we used didn’t have much atmosphere. It wasn’t really comfortable unlike the reception areas. We would have preferred to have a drink sitting in the reception rather than the bar.

Wonderful
The room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for someone traveling for business. The staff was very kind.
The tub was a bit higher than I expected, might be an issue for someone with mobility issues.
