The location was perfect for us, although there was a long queue on arrival for checking in staff had a welcome drink and snack area which we appreciated.
We had an upgrade to an executive room which was very comfortable

Great location. Executive room was well appointed with a fantastic view over Tower Bridge.
No access to a fridge which I would expect for this price of room. Bathroom floor slippy and bathroom a bit tired looking.

Restrictions for kids attending spa facilities - sauna etc., but it might be local laws…

I had an outstanding experience at the property! The location was absolutely perfect, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff were amazing, friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. I felt safe and secure throughout my stay, which made an enormous difference in my overall comfort. Everything was clean and well-maintained, reflecting the high standards of the management. I truly have no complaints; it was worth every moment spent there! I highly recommend this property!

Staff were very friendly, we paid for breakfast at check in and glad we did, it was excellent. Great choices and plenty of everything, all fresh. Our room was fantastic and huge! Great location, we will definitely stay again.

Bathroom was huge but could probably do with an upgrade and pillows were quite hard but that’s personal choice.

The location is perfect, metro is less than 1 min walk. We enjoyed the pool and our room had a nice view, clean and quiet. This hotel could use some soft pillows.
The staff could be a little bit more friendly and accommodating.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful with everything we ask for. We were a little bit early and they did everything they could to make us comfortable until we could get into our room. The staff was very helpful with how to get around London. I was disappointed about the free transportation to the hotel from the airport. No one seemed to know about that. I chose this hotel for a second time because that was a nice perk but did not receive reimbursement for my travel. Thank you so much. enjoy our time in London.

Full work out gym was nice. Beds are comfy but room looks outdated. Pool and spa downstairs are nice.
Breakfast was good but cost me 23 pounds. If you get out on the room tab daily it’s 20 pounds. By 10am there are kicking you out of the breakfast area. Bar/restaurant prices are astronomical. Front desk not very helpful. I asked to check in early and they tried to charge me 60 pounds until I showed them email that offered to check in early for 40 pounds alone is too much to check in 4 hours early but I had been on a 7 hour flight and I just wanted to sleep.
