Staff were wonderful, hotel was very clean, I requested a room with a view of the Tower of London I was so pleased to get it, it’s my go to place to stay when I visit London

Amazing hotel with such a good location. Got a room overlooking the Tower of London and Tower Bridge which was incredible! Staff were amazing too. Breakfast buffet was up there with the best I have ever had.
Only downside was the temperature in my room, which I could not seem to drop, so I had to sleep with the window open to cool it down.

Great location. Comfortable and clean rooms. Friendly staff
Not enough closet space. Pretty much only our jackets could fit, I had to keep open suitcases with my wardrobe. Breakfast is ok but could have more choices.

Great location - comfortable and clean room.
Spa was a big letdown - incredibly noisy. Haven’t ever experienced a spa this packed and loud. My slippers were also taken by someone else, which is fine, but the spa definitely needs a better system for managing and cleaning to enable people to make the most of it.

Room was comfy, amazing location as it is pretty quiet for London but you are very closeby to pretty much anywhere and the Tower Hill tube station is right next to the hotel. The hotel itself was nice and cosy and I would definitely return.

Great location very short walk to Tower Hill
Lovely hotel with great facilities. Our only criticism is the use of mobile devices in the restaurant. People on speaker and video calls loud volume disturb the ambience at every meal. It would be great to have a “no speaker/video phones” rule in dining areas
