Just a one-minute walk from Tower Hill Tube, Leonardo Royal City Hotel is simply amazing. From the moment we arrived, the lobby’s beautiful scent transported us to another world. We were warmly welcomed by Marina and another wonderfully helpful team member. When they discovered we were celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary, they went above and beyond: while Marina stalled giving us the room key, her colleague rushed upstairs to scatter rose petals in the shape of a heart across the bed, set out a bottle of Prosecco, a bottle of red wine, chocolates, and even left a thoughtful handwritten card. Such a heartfelt touch! Opening the window revealed a breathtaking view - Tower of London directly in front and The Shard to the right. Perfect. After a long week we treated ourselves to room service, and it did not disappoint. My wife’s roast salmon fillet and my wagyu burger with onion rings were both outstanding - easily a 10/10. We stayed two nights and every detail impressed: spotless rooms, exceptional staff, and a genuinely warm atmosphere. We usually like to try new places, but the Leonardo Royal City Hotel has won us over, we will definitely be back.

Spa was the best Also wow to the breakfast
Uhh a few suggestions i did not have a hairdryer in our room. Also the jacuzzi had no bubbles it was broken but other than that everything was perfect

Lovely clean rooms and had two showers which helped when we was both getting ready

The room was literally next door to Fenchurch St station and the view from my room was the platform with the trains. I have to say that the double glazing was good though and you could only just hear the vibrations.
