We had a problem the first night in that the aircon/ heating did not work (room was extremely cold) despite maintenance saying it did.

Amazing view from a fabulous room. Location was great, close to tube, Sky Garden and Tower of London. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is amazing. Very easy to access from Tower Hill tube station . Swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, and steam room are very good. Water water is very nice and warm. Breakfast was very good also. Room is very spacious and comfortable. We had an amazing view from the 11th floor. I loved the selection of nespresso coffee and my birthday surprise.

Was the worst experience ever the room clening was so bad bathroom was disgusting, very bad clening, the receptionist woman was so unfriendly and rude. I was checking out in 4 hrs I couldn't stay there was all disgusting

The view the cleanliness and the comfy bed, the tea and coffee in the room and the water bottles!
The food ,,,, the morning breakfast felt like a school cafe and the room Service was not as expected as we ordered sandwiches which arrived in white bread ! We can only eat whole meal! So went out and ate at Wagamama’s instead

Room was spacious, we had family of four, 2 double beds and space was great.
We had dinner in the restaurant, we sat at 6.30, despite only few other tables in the restaurant it took 30 mins before our order was taken, including drinks, then our food arrived before even any drinks had. Despite this multiple staff on hand, none paying attention. Equally to this I paid a £10 deposit on entry, then I had £100 taken out my account when I asked to charge the bill to my room. Despite paying my bill upon check out it has been over 24 hours and no return of my deposit, does the hotel always keep people’s money for no reason?
