Very large living/dining room. Very stylish kitchen area. Entire property was modern and in excellent condition. Lovely outside communal area with large grassy area and water features with seating.
Took about 45 minutes to get into central London - a short bus ride and then a train. Some people might not like this but we did because it meant we were in a much quieter, less crowded part of the city, so it wasn’t really a hardship for us.

Poor
This place was full of mould that made my husband very very ill that he ended up in hospital for 4 days. Mould can be found around the bedroom windows and in numerous corners.
The location is great and it has the potential to be a good property, but the mould needs to be taken care of. My husband was severely allergic and had a massive reaction after one night.

Wonderful
Representative met us on site with keys, and helpful orientation to parking acccess, etc.
Perfect for myself with my fiancé and her young daughter on short notice. I have no qualms in fully recommending the property. It's clean, modern and well outfitted with conveniences. The bath towels provided were superior to those I'd brought myself.

Nice, helpful owner of the apartment. Apart from that the apartment itself was beautiful, large and clean. Close to shops, to the metro. We spent a lovely week in London.
Everything was fine.

Super cute 2 bed 2 bath apartment/flat. Very clean. Well stocked kitchen and great coffee maker. Lots of tea and sugar and spices in the cupboard beside the fridge. Double glazing and shades come down and block out almost all light. 65 and K1 busses get you onto the Central, Piccadilly and District tube lines. Sainsbury’s local grocery store is 100 yards away.
This is just a me issue - but it is right beside the M4/Great Western Road and if you are sensitive to pollution it is a bit of an issue.

Wonderful
We chose this property because it was close to the M4 & Heathrow. It was easy to locate the building. The owners were also very friendly and offered us free entrance to the Kew Gardens. There are some shops around and train stations.

Very Good
Modern and clean throughout. Top customer service from the owners, definitely recommend.
The mattresses could be better and fall short of the standard of the rest of the apartment. Not a deal breaker but if they were more comfortable would've given the property 10/10

Wonderful
Great location, clean, great beds, lots of room, plus 3 good pubs and 2 small grocery stores within walking distance. Easy travel to nearby Kew Gardens and Kingston-upon-Thames; easy to get to central London by taking the local 65 bus to South Ealing Station and then the tube to central London (same station serves Heathrow). Two bathrooms - a plus! It is a comfortable flat.
Bedrooms could have used shelves or dressers for clothes. The kitchen could have used some sharp knives and a few more items, though the hob and oven worked great (and the fridge was quite large).

The place was super clean. Well Stocked and the hosts were very nice.
The location is pretty far from Central Londan. It will take about and hour to get there due to traffic during the day. the trip home late at night was not as bad.

Very Good
Very nice furniture and furnishings. Lovely bathrooms x 2. Coffee maker and kettle in great kitchen. Two large fans to keep us cool in the apartment. The hosts did answer our questions promptly via WhatsApp.
It is very noisy because the A4 is next to Apartment so we could not open windows.
There was no information in the Apartment to tell you how to use the electrical devices. We guessed and worked it out between us. A welcome pack would have been handy especially as most hosts provide this to give you information about the apartment and the local area (shops, bus stops, etc)

Centrally located, beautiful grounds, excellent flat with all the amenities. Full modern kitchen and washer/dryer. There’s a Sainsbury’s nearby for any grocery items you need. Walking distance to Kew Gardens, the Water and Steam Museum, and the Musical Museum. There’s also a nearby walking path along the Thames. Ramona was very helpful getting us situated. We had a great time!
