Keyless entry. Housekeeping services and the housekeeper is helpful and delightful. Great location. Comfortable bed. Nice apartment.
Could point out that the actually entry to the building in not on Lees Place but rather on the walk way named Shepherds Place. There was only one utility knife and it was a bread knife so it was difficult to cut other things. Decor is a little spare. It woul be nice to have a rug in the living room.

Excellent location in the heart of Mayfair. Nice building. Comfortable and well appointed flat. Easy access to good restaurants and shopping.
The internet did not work for one day but was fixed the next day. The AC only worked for about 2-3 days approximately and after that did not work at all. Management was informed about this on a daily basis. This had a negative impact on our holiday as this is a premium priced property.

The room was not clean I found ice cream stains in the freezer and the ice cream container from the previous guest, dirty towel in the washing machine, floss box under the bed The layout of the flat is very bad small rooms small bathroom, not maintained with so many scratches and unscrewed door of the closet in the main room, very bad wifi

The size of the one bedroom is perfect! The location was excellent, easy check in and clean environment. Communication with staff via WhatsApp was a breeze and they were responsive.
This doesn’t feel five star. The property should come with salt/pepper and paper towels at least.

Few things There was no AC for couple days Fire alarm went off at 1:42 AM,we trxt the manegment ,No one shows up till 2:37 AM and we were in the street waiting for help Luckly it was a false alarm . Wi is very weak

The cleaning lady was nice, The location is good. The shower gel smells good. Check in was easy. It was quite no noise.
Overall it’s clean but under the couch we found dirt. the AC is so warm I couldn’t sleep at all.

The location is ideal being in Mayfair and walking distance to Oxford street and places like Selfridges.
The AC of the building had a major breakdown days before we arrived. Guests were not notified ahead that there’s no airconditioning in the 11 apartment units and left us with no option but to live with the sutuation. We had to make do with electric fans and a weaker & less-ideal mobile AC unit which could not cool the entire apartment unit. The layout of Apartment # 9 was not ideal or efficient. Upon later inspection, we would have preferred the layout of Apartments 1, 4, 6, 8, and/or 11.

Location
Upon checking in, we discovered that all the AC controls in the apartment are not working and flashing an error code. We immediately tried to contact the number we have and unfortunately, they said they cannot do anything about it as it was a weekend and that they will sort it out immediately after the weekend so we waited and eight days later when we checked out, the AC is still did not work. We later discovered that all AC unit units across the building have been out of order for weeks prior to our arrival. Since we paid for a room with an AC This was absolutely unacceptable. In addition, the cleanness of the different parts of the apartment is below average . The shower was not very clean, the toaster was not cleaned with some bread left over in it. Lastly there is no one onsite after 3-4 pm on workdays - so if you need help with anything it’s simply not going to happen. Take note that the building is on a walkway and not a street so cars can’t go inside. You have to walk 15 meters from the closest street with all your luggage to enter the building and no one there to help. I certainly don’t recommend it as a hotel and I’ve stayed in Airbnb’s that were cleaner and better organized.

Amazing location- central in Mayfair but on a quiet street. Easy process to check in and had all the amenities in the apartment. Really good communication with the team and also the cleaning lady was really nice. Daily cleaning and upkeep. Couldn't have asked for a better stay in London.
More utensils can be provided e.g. bigger pots- especially if you are planning to cook if staying longer. But honestly I still would go back just because everything else was super!

The bed and bedding were fantastic!
Self check in was a bit of a disaster and left us waiting for 45 mins outside with our luggage. Communication links for check in did not work until very last minute of trip. Exceptionally stressful! Hardly worth the $---++ per night.
