The extra bed requested was not there when we checked in which made us go and buy pillowed bed sheet and duvet to be able to sleep.
The apartment is not cleaned the whole time of our stay, they only rearrange the bed

Compared to the price we paid, the place was extremely dirty. The cleaning service was very poor — they would just come in, change the towels, and leave, even though the place clearly needed much more cleaning. The staff were not cooperative at all, and there was no place to store our luggage after checkout. Overall, it was a very bad experience. They didn’t even provide a simple vacuum cleaner, and I noticed they were not helpful whatsoever considering the amount we paid.

Keyless entry. Housekeeping services and the housekeeper is helpful and delightful. Great location. Comfortable bed. Nice apartment.
Could point out that the actually entry to the building in not on Lees Place but rather on the walk way named Shepherds Place. There was only one utility knife and it was a bread knife so it was difficult to cut other things. Decor is a little spare. It woul be nice to have a rug in the living room.

Excellent location in the heart of Mayfair. Nice building. Comfortable and well appointed flat. Easy access to good restaurants and shopping.
The internet did not work for one day but was fixed the next day. The AC only worked for about 2-3 days approximately and after that did not work at all. Management was informed about this on a daily basis. This had a negative impact on our holiday as this is a premium priced property.

The room was not clean I found ice cream stains in the freezer and the ice cream container from the previous guest, dirty towel in the washing machine, floss box under the bed
The layout of the flat is very bad small rooms small bathroom, not maintained with so many scratches and unscrewed door of the closet in the main room, very bad wifi

The size of the one bedroom is perfect! The location was excellent, easy check in and clean environment. Communication with staff via WhatsApp was a breeze and they were responsive.
This doesn’t feel five star. The property should come with salt/pepper and paper towels at least.

Fire alarm went off at 1:42 AM,we trxt the manegment ,No one shows up till 2:37 AM and we were in the street waiting for help

Not everything in mayfair’s nice. I don’t recommend. AC broke down in “the entire building” and the workers kept quiet until we noticed.

The cleaning lady was nice,
The location is good.
The shower gel smells good.
Check in was easy.
It was quite no noise.
Overall it’s clean but under the couch we found dirt.
the AC is so warm I couldn’t sleep at all.

The location is ideal being in Mayfair and walking distance to Oxford street and places like Selfridges.
The AC of the building had a major breakdown days before we arrived. Guests were not notified ahead that there’s no airconditioning in the 11 apartment units and left us with no option but to live with the sutuation. We had to make do with electric fans and a weaker & less-ideal mobile AC unit which could not cool the entire apartment unit. The layout of Apartment # 9 was not ideal or efficient. Upon later inspection, we would have preferred the layout of Apartments 1, 4, 6, 8, and/or 11.
