Location
Air conditioning did not work and the staff was not helpful at all. One of the elevators did not work either and it took sometimes 10 mins to get onto the lift. Break fast was stale and very ordinary.

High prices at the restaurant and 24/7 shop
1. Contactless/Card payment (Google Pay, Physical Card) payment does not work. Money took from the card and blocked for ~ 30 days until return.
2. Only one elevator, the other was not functional
3. Cleaning into the rooms and restaurant.
4. Shower hot water without pressure after 9 PM at level 8, almost impossible to use the shower.

Room and toilet decor was decent. Breakfast was good. Staff were polite and helpful. Options to book for tours or uber from their automated machines available in the lobby. There is a big TESCO just a minute away which is super convenient!
1. The room has issues that affected overall comfort for the stay.
a)The aircon has issues. It does not work as it should, and the room is consistently warm no matter what temp you set it too. Airflow is minimal to basic at best.
b) The lighting used is not LED, instead it appears to be downlights which get very hot and adds on to the overall warmth of the room which is terrible for a summer stay. So the alternative was to sit in darkness in the evenings before bed, so that the room feels cooler.
2. The hotel has 2 lifts at the lobby however 1 was in disrepair and not fixed for the entire 8 day duration of the stay. Thankfully, we were given 2nd floor room so it was easier for us to come and go, however those staying on higher floors would have certainly faced inconveniences.

Location was the only solace. Room size was also fine.
Loads of things: AC non functional; cleanliness in the room was average; common bathrooms were overflowing; bathroom door in the room was extremely fragile and opening and closing at will; lift was not functioning for 8 days. This hotel does not deserve a marriot branding and I would never stay here again.

I had booked 3 rooms, and we were all upgraded to larger rooms which were very nice. Breakfast was plentiful although very busy, and noisy, as it is such a large hotel.
Location is a little bit out of the way. Earls Court station is a brisk 15 mins walk away. We took taxis to get to most of the places we wanted to go. There are not many restaurants within walking distance. It is an older hotel so there is a little wear and tear around the place. The reception staff were friendly but a bit inattentive - requests to one staff member were not passed on to others so confusion often occurred. The booking was in my name but as we were a family group (I don't think this could be an unusual situation) this also caused confusion with reception staff. There are only 2 slow lifts, and as it is a large hotel there were often long waits.
