The location of the bathroom was next to the bed head rest/board. The shower drain was clogged and oozing bad odor but was replaced after a complaint was made. The room was dusty and not properly swept.

-a good area of London -very clean room -helpful and nice staff -large room with a nice view -close to the metro station -close to a large supermarket (Tesco)
-very slow elevators in the hotel -breakfast after 4 days was very monotonous

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. The breakfast was plentiful . I chose this hotel as we were travelling as a family and it offered rooms with a small kitchen . Excellent value

The location is ideal, accessible to two underground train stations, bus stops at a 1 minute walk and TESCO store at a 2 minute walk for anything you need.
The breakfast served was not that great for a 4* hotel. It lacked variety and also Halal options. Catering to multi culture guests, they should account for this.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were fluffy. The showerhead, very strong. I loved that there was a little kitchenette and a little living room, so I didn't feel like I was trapped in the same room. I could separate business and sleep.
There is very little storage/closet space. Since I was staying for several days, I like to unpack everything and I found it difficult to properly organize/hang up my business clothes. A few more drawers would have been nice.

Clean, modern family suite with kitchen and everything you need in a great hotel.
Breakfast was very slowly refreshed at the peak time, waited for eggs, mushroom, plates, bowls, orange juice... Tables too close to each other hard to maneuver in the Breakfast area We booked parking in advance. Parking in Hilton was far away and Tesco wasn't possible to book from the app

We were originally in one bed studio which had connecting door to next room door had no soundproofing and the family next door were very noisy. When we brought this to hotel' s attention they did move us when another room became available

Good British breakfast. Rest of choices (cakes, cheese & cold cuts, healthy options) a bit poor but more than enough to go around. Room definately needed a paint job -wall quite worn. Sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable -you could feel the meta springs in the matress. Te staff found a solution to place a top matress. Location was great in that it is served well by buses and underground. Bus stops 1-3 minute walk and Earl's Court tube station ~10 minutes. Would recomend and revisit.

A really good hotel in an excellent location. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, especially Roberto and his team at breakfast. An Easter egg hunt was organised for the kids, which they definitely appreciated!
The lifts were over-subscribed at times but not a major issue.

It was a fabulous stay. We chose the Hotel for the convenience of having an extended room, an equipped kitchen and large spaces for a family stay. The experience went far beyond expectations and id like to positively mention the front desk staff which from our arrival to departure showed extreme kindness, friendliness and professionalism. As for the catering, nothing to say about the abundant and varied breakfast for all palates. Nice drinks from the cocktail bar which offers a relaxing and chilling atmosphere. The location is good for easily reaching the city's iconic attractions by metro or bus as well as the attractions slightly further away from downtown. Special thanks to Orkhed and Theo for the courtesy and attention shown during our stay.
