The on-site laundry was great to have as well as the fitness centre. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety.
The rooms are very small and compact including the bathroom. We were in the floor 1 and most of the walls were drywall which enabled noise and sound to travel. Balconies also had no privacy as anyone could walk around and access yours. Kitchen needed a dustbin which it did not have. The hotel felt very busy all the time.

Nice staff, good breakfast, cleaning took place everyday and did well.
Air condition not working properly in many rooms, our friends and us had to change rooms. Also the hotel is truely 15 minutes walk from the tube which makes going back and forth mid-day impossible.

Good location as it is near Tesco. Daily breakfast included is a nice perk.
Booked a 2-bedroom suite for 5 persons but had to change rooms as air-con was not working. Staff provided 3 fans but only 1 was working. Changed room on the 2nd day to corner room 829 and the aircon was working well but both bathroom shower water pressure was poor. I am staying in a 1 bedroom corner suite for 3 persons and it has much better space but aircon is not working. This time hotel provided 2 cooler fans that are working. From the maintenance crew and many reviews, aircon issues are quite a norm in this hotel sadly. Ask the reception which rooms aircon is working if AC is a must for you.

Walking distance to our venue, making it easy.
Took a while to get room and after long day travelling it meant a wait in reception. However, room was worth waiting for.

Poor rooms, dirty and some facilities not working, have since emailed a complaint with no response after a week and no response to request for an invoice.

I guess the bed was comfortable but that's about it.
I didn't like how we were treated by the staff. Our room wasn't ready, at first they said it's because it wasn't cleaned yet, then the manager told us that there was a leak, so which was it ? I don't like to be lied to. They've downgraded us from a room with a view and a balcony, to a smaller room without a balcony and with a view of a construction site. We also paid a damage deposit which was never refunded without any explanation whatsoever. The hotel is ignoring my attempt to contact them. It's disgusting of them to behave in such a way, they are charging her hundreds, sometimes thousands for their rooms but won't return a £50 deposit and are choosing to ignore all my messages.
