The staff were great, and the breakfast was also very good. Close proximity to Earls Court was an added bonus, as was the large Tesco supermarket next door. Whilst there were a few negatives I probably would stay here again.
Unfortunately the room was a little tired as the kitchen cabinetry was coming apart, some skirting boards were missing and some of the sockets were a bit loose. The fold out bed needs replacing and a lot of the kitchen items would not fit in the diswasher. The AC / heating system made odd noises whilst NOT in operation and the outlook at first floor level to the hotel loading bay / Tesco car park and neighbouring building site was less than ideal.

Rooms were comfortable however limited seating to two people. Kitchenette very good.
The lifts in this property are a nightmare. We were on the third floor and when checkout time we waited in excess of half an hour to get a lift down with our luggage. Front desk staff said there was nothing they could do to help. Finally we had to catch a lift going to come back down. Clearly insufficient lifts for number floors and rooms. Would never consider again.
When we finally got to reception we asked if they would make a local call for us and we were told the phones are not working.

The room was great and bed very comfortable, location was also good with earls court tube station very close to hotel with only six stops to piccadilly circus
Everything was great however on both mornings the hot breakfast could of been better,, one issue was that I had scrambled egg on both days and had egg shell each time

Ideal location for our stay. Everything close by in the hotel. Spacious room and very well maintained.
It was next to a large Tesco and at 7am there was the loud noise of diggers being driven around. Better soundproofing of windows would be a good idea.
Soft close on the room doors would also be good as there was a long period of our neighbours banging their door, although probably not aware of the fact this was disturbing other guests.

Excellent location with easy access to a range of public transport options. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. On site laundry is excellent and easily accessible. Breakfast is excellent, with very good options and replenished regularly. Staff extremely helpful.
Lifts can be an issue, particularly during busy times. Lifts tend to load from top floors first not by signal sequence. If you are on the mid to lower floors it can be very frustrating seeing lifts at capacity when the doors open. One lift in particular experienced intermittent issues where the doors would not close. The issue was reported so hopefully it has been rectified.

Great stay.Having a kitchen in the room is a major plus. Clean rooms and a good breakfast. Conveniently located a 10-15 min walk from the Tube and 5 mins from a large Tesco.
