Very quiet location Easy to find Friendly staff, warm welcome, very helpful Good breakfast, but need to book via reception or pay 5 more for sample thing with the owners of the cafe
The shower! As the expression goes "I could have xxxxxx faster!" Was a real letdown as everything else was so good Also, the shower base felt like it might break at any moment. We are not overweight!!

The hotel was cosy and the room atypical and really really great. We had those with the flamingo on the wall. :D The staff was very kind and friendly. The location was absolutely amazing near the Victoria station and Victoria coach station. We are happy to booked our stay at the Georgian house hotel. Thank you so much for our great stay.

The location and the authentic feel of true English stay. The room was very comfortable and had nice details. The staff was outstanding!
Other than lack of lift but we knew going in to the stay. The staff was awesome with helping with the luggage on the stairs.

I requested a ground floor room for our first stay. We came back for our 2nd stay and found we had been given a room on the 3rd floor. I would have thought that we would have got a ground floor room again.

The location was central and east to get to Victoria Station (10 min walk). Our room was so spacious with queen bed plus a rollaway on floor and still enough room for suitcases and to walk around. Loved the windows that opened up. We asked to be on lower floors and they accommodate our needs and also helped us with our suitcases.

the room was clean and the staff were very helpful.
There was no elevator and we could hear the man snoring next to us. I wanted to stay in the "Harry Potter" themed rooms but I guess next time I will have to request that.

The location was excellent and the room was really clean.
Having to carry two suitcases up 4 flight of stairs wasn't pleasant. The shower was incredible small. I felt for the price for the room we should have been able to get assistance to get our cases carried to our room and a slightly bigger shower.
