Amazing amazing hotel stay! The staff were so attentive and friendly and the service was incredible!
I think the pool should have more adult hours or a separate pool just for children . There were kids in the pool the majority of the day we got there so we didn’t really get to use the pool enough which was a shame.

Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff, and beautiful spa. The room was lovely, and we had an amazing weekend.
Although the breakfast choices were great and taste was fantastic, it was all just warm and not hot. We didn't arrive near the end of breakfast service, so I can't say it was that. Such a shame is that breakfast is not a cheap option. However, the overall stay was great, so we may just have been unlucky.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, located near Tower Bridge and close to the Central and District lines on the tube so all of London is accessible to you. The staff was so great, from the front desk and concierge teams to the housekeeping staff. What a gorgeous hotel, we will certainly be back. I had previously read some reviews that made it sound as if bringing a young child here might not be the best, but I can confidently say this hotel treated our 2 year old incredibly well, from all of the items they stocked in our hotel room, to the stuffed animal gifts in his crib, just an absolutely wonderful experience.
Wish there were more dining options but the Rotunda is so good this certainly isn’t a complaint.
