From the moment we arrived, the service at Four Seasons Park Lane was absolutely impeccable. Every single member of staff from the doormen and concierge to the housekeeping and in-room spa team made us feel genuinely cared for. Their warmth, attention to detail, and professionalism made our stay memorable and stress-free. The room was beautifully presented, spotless, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. I particularly appreciated how smoothly everything ran and how every request was handled with genuine care. That said, while the experience was undeniably luxurious, I’ve given a 7 because for the price point, I expected a few extra touches or inclusions to really elevate the value. Still, it was a wonderful stay overall, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for impeccable service and comfort in London.
Nothing major if I had to mention one thing, I'd say the dining options could be a little more flexible, but overall, the service and comfort far outweighed this.
