I lost my earring after I checked out and I called the hotel to have the maid look for it and they found it and kept it safe for a couple days after I returned to London. They get six stars!!!!

Disappointing
General location is good with access to transportation and the ability to walk to Knightsbridge, Bond Street, and Oxford Street.
Very noisy location with loud cars racing through the street well in to the night. When asked for a change of room the options provided were terrible. Breakfast service was very slow with service staff overwhelmed.

Very Good
The location is great, the rooms are small but very comfortable and quiet, the concierge is brilliant, and the breakfast food is also excellent.
Apart from the concierge, there appear to be very few UK born native English speakers on staff. Consequently communication was more difficult.

The class, the elegance, of the hotel. The extreme professionalism, courtesy and friendliness of the staff was beyond excellent. Adnan, Catalina, Ayyaz and every single member of staff from reception, to bellboys, to waiters, every single one was welcoming and friendly.

The bar attendants were great and very attentive. They also made good cocktails.
The hotel room has poor noise insulation and it’s very noisy starting from early mornings. Perhaps because we booked through Booking.com, they gave us a smaller sized studio suite which looked different from the views. The suite was right in front of the housekeeping utility room which was very noisy throughout the day. Despite my reporting, we suffered from a bad leakage in the bathroom. Every time after showering (even a quick one), the bathroom floor was completely flooded.

Outstanding room (we were lucky enough to be upgraded for my partner's birthday), delicious "fill yer boots" breakfast, very welcoming staff and a bottle of Prosecco and tin of biscuits for her birthday too.
