Quiet and relatively close to my appointments
The stupid doors that I bumped into or it opened on me (weird that is my main take away from staying there) wow.

Everything went well, lovely staff, breakfast is ok, could be always better. Room was very comfortable and spacious.
Quality of breakfast could be better, there is no room service.

Poor
It’s clean
The breakfast buffet is unacceptable: food runs out quickly, and when they do bring more, it’s in very small amounts. You constantly have to ask for basic items. Worse, when I politely asked for cucumbers, a worker in the kitchen started shouting at me. She told me, “This is a 3-star hotel, if you don’t like our service, you can leave.” This behavior is completely unprofessional and shocking.

Wonderful
Location was perfect: not too central, so you don't face the London chaos, and not too far, multiple public transports got you into the city quite fast. Staff was very nice and friendly, and the hotel itself was very well taken care of. The room was spacious, with a very nice TV and sufficient soundproofing to the outside. Breakfast was great.
The breakfast service was a bit slow, with items running out pretty often and taking staff some time to replenish the stock.

Poor
Location very good for where we needed to be - Room could have done with a small fridge as weather was lovely and hot
BREAKFAST WAS A SHOCKER. We paid for 2 nights and didn't have one breakfast - we went down to breakfast at least an hour before the finish time and there was nothing hot to eat - We would have been lucky to get a serviette and a fork let alone a breakfast. Toast but no butter, juice and hot drinks but no glasses or cups - We complained at both reception and limited staff in restaurant that we could find, but, a simple shrug of the shoulders and a small sorry was all they could muster, no action was taken to rectify anything while we were there and many other travellers were voicing a similar opinion. A REFUND SHOULD HAVE BEEN OFFERED IN OUR OPINION.

Good
Hotel's location is very good in close vicinity to the bus stop and metro station. Nice and quiet room, nothwithstanding with the fact that hotel was built in front of the busy road. Enought of USB ports and power sockets.
Absence of the safety box, bath robe and slippers. Breakfast is very poor and if you come after 9 AM, you won't get anything.

Very Poor
It’s central location for a concert visit to the London Stadium.
The experience of the staff & its customer service. The vast majority of the rooms were not ready on check-in. We didn’t get our rooms till nearly 4pm , which gave us very little time to freshen up & change before heading out to the concert. The bar in the hotel ran out of Lager & Cider at the pumps at 2pm on a Saturday. They couldn’t pour a pint either , it had more froth than drink.

The staff was very friendly and within a short walk you're close to the metro station
They were short staffed (or maybe there was lack of better planning) and on both breakfast I had there was no food available immediately. They were too slow for the amount people. On the second day I gave up in waiting and ate cereal and was my way. Not only the hot plates were missing, basis too like bread and cleaned mugs.

Pleasant
Nice spacious rooms, lovely clean bathroom
Breakfast was awful. The layout is so bad that everyone is constantly in each others way. The cutlery is by the drinks machines so when people are waiting for drinks they don't want to let you by to get cutlery. The milk is not in between the 2 drinks machines or by the cereal, it's in the middle of everything. There is hardly any room. As if that wasn't annoying as it was but they constantly ran out of food, so much so that when the bacon was topped up people were jumping up and grabbing all of it and it was gone in a couple of minutes. Same with the crossaints. I even saw someone steal a crossaint off someone else's plate when they were unaware, it was like the hunger games. Also they didn't replenish the cups quick enough, so not only could we not get any hot food (except a spoonful of beans and the last scrappings of scrambled eggs - not exaggerating there) but you couldn't even get a hot drink unless you wanted to use the only espresso sized cups that were there.

Pleasant
Cleanliness , nice staff
The breakfast situation was a disaster , hardly any mugs and cutlery for everyone. I had to get our own mugs from room. The short breakfast self service area was only about 11m long and badly organised . Even though staff were nice some overhaul change needed to be done. Cutlery stored between the 2 Coffey machines away from food area for example. Saturday night none of the beer taps were working, problem with the gas delivery !!!

The fact that the cost of the parking was not included in the hotel price. Booking.com did not make that clear.

Breakfast wasn’t very good, not many sweet options and a bit untidy in general.
Rooms werent soundproof and so it made it quite noisy in the mornings/late nights.
