Room was basic simple.
Breakfast was terrible. Maybe good if you like beans, white bread nothing on it.. oh wait, one morning there was couple slices of cucumber. Cheese, anyone? Maybe all passengers are not from England. We really do like proper breakfast. Do not pay any extra because of breakfast.

Clean, Modern, comfy bed. Lovely staff.
Very small. No room to move around the bed. More of a single room. Tea and coffee not in a safe space on a very narrow shelf too close the bed. Breakfast cold a little cold. Could be a better menu behind the bar.

Good location for concert in Limehouse. Limehouse itself not great but the area to the edge of the Thames is very nice.
