The location was great, really good it had parking as well (even though you had to pay separately for this). The room was really clean. Staff were very nice and accommodated an early check in.
More expensive than other rooms in similar places. Parking was extra (which is clearly written but still disappointing to have to pay for this as well on top of everything).

Close to venue walking wise. Tubes/trains it is on the outskirts. Breakfast okay. Comfortable beds. Not once asked for ID during booking but on arrival asked for. I don’t carry ID but accepted bank card. Lady in front told cancelled booking…one staff member empathised an other ‘sucks to be them’. I’ve paid less for better holiday inn places in London. We had the nice lady on arrival.
Our door was attempted to open at 855am and 1035am. Thankfully I put the latch on so unable
to open the door. Check out is 11 so why is anyone bothering before this time? If check out is 11am don’t be trying rooms. We didn’t get in until 1am due to a show and delays on the tube and then someone opening our door before 9! I paid until 11am so why you trying my door?!

After booking and paying for twin bed room I was informed that twin beds was only a request,
When arriving was told there was no twin room so therefore had to pay extra for separate beds for 2 males on a business trip,

Good location, nice place , comfortable and really quiet we didn’t expect that , room was okay as we just stayed for one night, there was a interesting thing that we saw for first time that the bathroom had one door and could be separated from the restroom
There was a bad smell in the bathroom, you had to pay for the parking (for a whole day) that’s a bit strange cause there can be people that need it for some hours but it’s okay just my opinion

Lovely room.very comfy adjustable air conditioning. Very clean good shower. Food good excellent location 5 mins walk from DLR. 20 mins in a taxi from euston

Not much to say here. The underground is not far away which is nice. Check-in procedure is fast and easy.
A lot more to say. For a Holiday Inn Express it is a shame. It is not clean at all. The first experience when arriving late and eating there… what should I say? Disgusting. A micro-wave plate served on a plate. No service, no efforts. The breakfast was even more disgusting. Too much people there, no service, tables dirty, no choice of food. After having this breakfast, both of us feeling not good and vomiting.
So yeah, London was not great the first day. In the evening, still not feeling good. My wife asked to get another pillow because I slept on the sofa while vomiting the whole night. Receptionist wanted to control who was sleeping in our room because he thought we were 3 in one room instead of 2. He said he didn‘t belive a woman and that she was lying. No cleaning service the next day… even while asking twice at the reception. The floor in our room was really dirty even on our arrival. Also hairs on the bed… and sorry for this price.. a shame!
In overall, such a dirty place and a hotel to AVOID.
