Very Good
The hotel is just a five to seven-minute walk from Limehouse train station. There are no restaurants nearby, but the hotel itself was clean and the staff were friendly. I have stayed here many times, and I can see they have improved a lot.
The hotel offers a good breakfast, though it’s not quite at the level of what Holiday Inn usually provides in Europe. They should add more things in the breakfast. Drinking water is available near the reception.

Bit of a snag checking in but was sorted . Breakfast not great. Cheap bread. Mushrooms and veggie sausages very under cooked.

Breakfast and location and the staff.
The check in process was hugely delayed. I booked an accessible room for a client with a wheelchair and other disabilities. Upon arrival they were told that there wasn't an accessible room available. They did find one but it took nearly an hour of sitting around waiting. The heating stopped working in the night in the accessible room and the telephone in the room did not work so the clients carer had to go downstairs to reception to resolve the issue. The client was shivering and could not sleep as the room was so cold. The carer had to return to reception a 2nd time in regard to the room tempertaure whereupon housekeeping provided 2 heaters.

Shower awesome
Bedding, towels etc lovely clean.
Good location to public transport
Lacking attention to detail & staff not more alert
( breakfast for example I had to find staff member to explain hot food limited & to replenish missing items , ie bacon, sausages & eggs)
Also upon arrival many staff on reception yet service slow ( personally I feel if someone is learning & new to their role , don't be shy & explain that to your guests, then we will support & appreciate the slow check in situation..
