Breakfast was a bit poor. It's not worth the price! Room 137 was a nightmare! Not only is there no elevator access, but you have to go to the second floor, walk through the entire building, and then down to the first floor to this hidden room. Of course, the same thing happens on the other side. First, we took the side stairs from the first to the second floor, walked through the entire building, and only then took the stairs or elevator to the ground floor. We were woken up at 6 a.m. because there was a delivery. The workers under the windows were extremely loud, and instead of carrying boxes, they were scraping them on the sidewalk! We should have been compensated for the room without elevator access and the employees yelling from the morning. The worst Holiday Inn we've ever stayed at in the UK!

The location was spot on for the event I was attending. The Bike Shed Show at Tobacco Docks

I was surprised by the hotel overall. It felt new and fresh. The room was quiet and was a good size. The breakfast was alright, but when its included in the price, I do like that. The staff were really nice and helpful when needed.
The location of the hotel isnt the best for how nice it is. There were multiple times that I needed to go to the front desk during my stay at different times and each time it took a few minutes for someone to show up. Lastly, the hair dryer in my room did not work.

Iron&ironing board! My wife loved them. :D
Toothbrush is available upon request. We had our own, but it was good to know we would have been covered, had we forgotten to bring one.
Location is awesome, a convenient distance from both ExCel London and the City.

Room was comfortable and clean with air conditioning for one of the hottest days in the year
Was charged for the room when had already paid though BD.com, was no immediate refund . The staff when asked about local info just suggested google maps. The bar had very limited stock on a very busy bank holiday weekend and couldn't tell the difference between a gin glass and wine glass. The breakfast was prepared with little care. I would expect better from a major hotel chain.
