Everything. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Room spacious and spotless.
No marmalade at breakfast. Sunday morning offered fruit compote and granola but not offered on Monday morning.

Room size Too small. Breakfast very few options.
They have charges 20 GBP as security deposit for using one I phone cable, I have returned it while checking out on 07.05.2025, but till date they have not refunded it. The receptionist has informed me that within 24 hours it will be refunded back in my account. Very disappointing.

Our check in was at Friday, and we noticed that TV is not working and reported to receptionist. Also on Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon, Sunday morning…nobody came..

We travelled for a concert at the O2 and a couple of days sightseeing so it was the perfect location. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly, the bed was the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept on! The only criticisms would be that they only had PG tips and the milk wasn’t nice and tasted pasteurised but that’s just me being picky!

The location, the staff were very welcoming and polite. Room and facilities perfectly adequate
Breakfast was a bit chaotic, not very well laid out, for example the cutlery tray was difficult to access being stuck between the 2 drinks machines which constantly had a queue. No milk provided for tea.
Cooked breakfast not very nice particularly the scrambled egg, and I'm not a fussy eater!

Pillows and quilt were lovley ,had air con on so perfect for me ,some biscuits and water in the room would have been nice but it was just enough for 1 tea and coffee.
Breakfast was crazy ! Too many people in a small space trying to get the same things ,eggs very poor ,only scrambled available and the oj extremely watery but for 1 night was OK

Location
Despite confirming my arrival time as 10-11pm, and arriving just before 11pm, they'd cancelled my room and gave it to someone else. They helped find another Holiday Inn, but I was charged £70 per night extra for the different hotel.
