Clean and the staff were amazing. Ahmed could not do enough for you when asked. He was knowledgeable and where to go. Friendly and welcoming. Tina was also lovely and welcoming.
The breakfast on the first day was cold.

Don’t book it for business trips as it’s impossible to get a company invoice. I wrote and called multiple times, wasted so much energy it’s the only thing I will remember from my stay.

Great location with private onsite parking, cleanliness, nice views from the 7th floor room, 5 minutes away from the DLR station, and great professional friendly staffs! And nice breakfast too
The down side is that onsite parking had no EV chargers at all.

Breakfast was a bit poor. It's not worth the price! Room 137 was a nightmare! Not only is there no elevator access, but you have to go to the second floor, walk through the entire building, and then down to the first floor to this hidden room. Of course, the same thing happens on the other side. First, we took the side stairs from the first to the second floor, walked through the entire building, and only then took the stairs or elevator to the ground floor. We were woken up at 6 a.m. because there was a delivery. The workers under the windows were extremely loud, and instead of carrying boxes, they were scraping them on the sidewalk! We should have been compensated for the room without elevator access and the employees yelling from the morning. The worst Holiday Inn we've ever stayed at in the UK!

I was surprised by the hotel overall. It felt new and fresh. The room was quiet and was a good size. The breakfast was alright, but when its included in the price, I do like that. The staff were really nice and helpful when needed.
The location of the hotel isnt the best for how nice it is. There were multiple times that I needed to go to the front desk during my stay at different times and each time it took a few minutes for someone to show up. Lastly, the hair dryer in my room did not work.
