The room was clean and tidy and the bed very comfortable. The only downside was it was hard to get the room warm, even with the heating on due to one of the window catches being broken and not keeping the cold completely out.
The breakfast offered a very good variety and was of a good quality (scrambled eggs a bit too dry for my liking). The only downside was it was poorly laid out (too much crammed into a one space along one wall) meaning people were always getting in each others way.
The room was most cold due to window not closing properly.

They didn’t provide a double room even though mentioned in my booking reference as double room . When I enquired about it after I checked in , they said that if they keep 2 bed in one room , they will call it as 2 bed room , Weird isn’t it

parking was handy.....if a little expensive
slightly bad point only 1 lift working and its small. huge amount if stairs to climb

Some of the staff were ok. The bar that sells snacks and food is open 24/7.
Room was depressing. Smell of old carpet.
Im pretty sure that the food that was served to me was purchased frozen in the supermarket.
Upon check-in I wanted to shorten the stay because of the smell in the room but they were not willing to show any flexibility. The room next to me was connected with a door and it felt like I’m sharing a room. I could hear everything including a full night of pretty intense sex. Housekeeping staff (or maybe guests) were very loud in the hallways and the room is not quite.

The location was amazing, and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. There wasn't any noise from the close by highway or a factory.
Lower floors facing courtyard struggle with AC noise and heat wave. The breakfast staff was rather relaxed and did not see the need to change their pace when the rush hour came.

I like the Hotel.
Staff is fine, professional.
Nice ground rebuilt area for Breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Room was clean and every day cliners were competent to tidy up.
Meal food offers to eat were just normal food.
I was expecting more qualities and tastes.
