Very Good
Comfortable room, well located for what I was doing in London, but not in a tourist area. Good selection of hot and cold food at breakfast, with plenty of room to sit and enjoy your breakfast. Nice bar area and friendly and helpful staff.
One negative about the breakfast, the counter area for the food and drink, was too small and you kept bumping into people whilst getting your food.

Hotel close to DLR
I had an accessible room as I have to use 2 crutches due to mobility difficulties. Room was really spacious and comfortable. Easy to get around and close to lift. Bathroom also spacious with shower and seat.
Breakfast was a good start to the day. Kept me going until teatime!
I had a truly delicious Margarita pizza one evening as well.
Only slight problem were the bedside lights. The one on my side of the bed didn't work. Reported and I think the handyman looked at the wrong light as the other light wouldn't stay on the second night either. Only had over head lights working which was a bit bright.

Mostly everything. Location, food oh th beds were the bed I think I’ve ever slept on!
The shower blocked every time we used it. They had there staff check this twice for use but it still done it. Was disgusting standing in an inch of water. Would have been easier to change rooms.

The location was great, really good it had parking as well (even though you had to pay separately for this). The room was really clean. Staff were very nice and accommodated an early check in.
More expensive than other rooms in similar places. Parking was extra (which is clearly written but still disappointing to have to pay for this as well on top of everything).

Close to venue walking wise. Tubes/trains it is on the outskirts. Breakfast okay. Comfortable beds. Not once asked for ID during booking but on arrival asked for. I don’t carry ID but accepted bank card. Lady in front told cancelled booking…one staff member empathised an other ‘sucks to be them’. I’ve paid less for better holiday inn places in London. We had the nice lady on arrival.
Our door was attempted to open at 855am and 1035am. Thankfully I put the latch on so unable
to open the door. Check out is 11 so why is anyone bothering before this time? If check out is 11am don’t be trying rooms. We didn’t get in until 1am due to a show and delays on the tube and then someone opening our door before 9! I paid until 11am so why you trying my door?!
