Room was excellent and very clean. Location was great for what we wanted. Breakfast was a little dry but there was plenty on offer. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
Breakfast was the only let down, as hot food was a little dry and maybe could have been placed in smaller utensils and changed more often.

The room was clean and tidy and the bed very comfortable. The only downside was it was hard to get the room warm, even with the heating on due to one of the window catches being broken and not keeping the cold completely out.
The breakfast offered a very good variety and was of a good quality (scrambled eggs a bit too dry for my liking). The only downside was it was poorly laid out (too much crammed into a one space along one wall) meaning people were always getting in each others way.
The room was most cold due to window not closing properly.

They didn’t provide a double room even though mentioned in my booking reference as double room . When I enquired about it after I checked in , they said that if they keep 2 bed in one room , they will call it as 2 bed room , Weird isn’t it

Very clean room , good price. Good breakfast. Good location for what we needed.
Shower didn’t heat past tepid at best .
Musty smell in bathroom although couldn’t track it down as it appeared to be very clean.

The room was simple and nothing special. Breakfast was worse than 2 years ago when I stayed there for 2 nights, and the quality of the fruit and sweets had decreased. There wasn't anything like cheese or warm egg.

Location was great for my Xmas & Boxing Day attendance.
Adina is INCREDIBLE! So very attentive, warm smile, professional and can tell at a glance that she wants to do a good job, which she does effortlessly! Thank you Adina.
Breakfast offering in general but....
Whilst breakfast offering variety is great & fab value being included within rate but the scrambled eggs I don't believe are real eggs which affects taste & quality but as there so much else to choose from not too massive a concern (appreciate likely cost saving given inclusive breakfast).
Duty Manager on Xmas Night needs to listen to customers and realise when his message is not landing.....I know how to adjust heating system & know when I feel cold, disappointed no standalone heaters available. I will say I was offered another room but declined as was too settled to pack up & move.
