To be honest,it’s about 1000 yards away from my brothers apartment,so we stay here rather than putting my brother out
Lack of food available at the bar around 5pm,ended up ordering a pizza,which was awful to be honest

Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean spaces amd most importantly daily cleaning room service. What else to expect as a guest! Very descent breakfast buffet with a variety of products. Personally I would prefer having also ham & cheese, however all others buffet offerings overcome my personally preference. It's worth mentioning the 3 automated professional coffee machines that prepares excellent quality and variety of coffee!!! This is a BIG plus Not forget to mention that offered daily free croissants, fruits and water at the exit of breakfast room, well done & thank you guys, we'll try to.come back
Small space for a family room of 3 person. Lack of a mini fridge to.maintain our wayer and snacks. However the comfortable beds, the cleaninles and the quite of the rooms balance out the above disadvantages.

We really enjoyed the room, it was very clean, tidy and spacious. You can leave your bags there for the day when you check out, and it's a ticketed system which makes it safe to leave your belongings. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was pretty good.

Staff member on reception seemed very inexperienced, long wait to check in. Other staff member just ignored her and left sheets with guest details on display on the counter. On check out both reception staff were listening to a guest complaint and I was ignored. Breakfast was chaotic, more space needed for buffet.

Disappointing
The room and bed was really nice and comfortable. Reception staff very freindly.
There was no hot water from the shower during the day. The breakfast staff were overworked and miserable. The looked pissed off. The breakfast was the worst i.ve ever tasted in any hotel ever. The eggs were disgusting rubber werent even real tasted litterally off , the hash browns were horrible and the cumberland sausages were horrible i handed back the entire plate after tasting each item . You cannot serve food like that it was really really bad.

The hotel is a little far out but Uber became our best friend, as the train station was closed for most of our visit
