Liked the room. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast food was good.
Breakfast was a joke. Queue for the coffee machines was ridiculous. Never enough cutlery available, I had to ask for some on both mornings. The dining area is much too small for the number of guests being catered for.

Location. Comfortable room.
Breakfast. Used to be on when on the first floor but now it's a fight to get your food. The milk runs out frequently then needs replacing. What not have two machines like with water and coffee? I saw a queue of a dozen people waiting for the coffee machines, I think because it isn't obvious how the machines work. Old people especially struggled. Finally you need boiling water for tea, hot water doesn't work, and the coffee is awful.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Very good breakfast.
Clean room.
Hotel is close to DLR station which is perfect for travels
There was a little musty scent in the room although it's being cleaned every day.
No bidet and sink is few steps away from the toilet.
Wifi disconnects plenty of times.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly.
The walk from the tube station to the hotel in the evening was scary, but thats not the hotels fault. The area was just precarious.

Breakfast. Coffee machines need to be improved asked for latte was bad just like water and milk, food not replenished had to ask like hard boiled eggs cheese, tables need to be cleaned and dirty dishes removed instantly needs better set out for condiments

Wonderful
We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast, however, there is not much variety of food and the options are repetitive. The room is smaller but really cozy and clean.
The location of the hotel is really good, close to the DLR station and relatively close to the city center.
Staff is really friendly and helpful. The last night there was a problem with hot water. Thanks to very prompt action of the staff who reported the issue, it was resolved very quickly.
Even though we made a request in advance for Gluten-free options for breakfast, there wasn't gluten-free bread during our stay.
However, few days there was a gluten-free porridge and corn flakes available.
Apart from this, there is nothing we disliked.
