The reality exceeded all expectations: very clean and comfortable, pleasant staff, excellent location. Nearby there is a nice park where ring-necked parakeets live. Many thanks!

Our stay in Holiday Inn in Limehouse was overall a very pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a very convenient area, with excellent access to public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. The breakfast was rich and tasty, offering a good variety of options, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. We would especially like to highlight the two receptionists Simona and Diana, who truly stood out. From the very first moment, they were warm, welcoming, professional, and always smiling. Their attitude made a very positive impression on us and significantly enhanced our experience.
However, there was an important issue regarding our invoice. When we initially made the reservation through the platform, we specifically requested an invoice, as this was a business trip, and our request was accepted. On the day of our departure, we were informed that the invoice would be sent to us via email, which unfortunately never happened. After following up, the hotel responded that they were unable to issue an invoice because the payment had been made through Booking.com. When we contacted Booking.com, we were informed that issuing the invoice is the hotel’s responsibility. A representative from the platform also reached out to the hotel regarding this matter, but no response has been received so far.

The room was very clean and comfortable with good facilities
The meal was not so good, I am vegetarian and the options were OK but limited , I chose sweet & sour broccoli which came on a side plate sized plate, I have got a big appetite but it was small for me. The rice was dry, the food was uninspired and bland and obviously just been heated in a microwave. I wont be eating there again and put me off the included breakfast

Our room was cleaned everyday, staff were friendly and there were nice breakfast options.
Truly the worst has browns I have ever had - such a shame as everyone knows that hashbrowns are the best part of a breakfast! Hoping that leaving this review will help so you can change suppliers. They were dry and tasteless and I tried them everyday to check if they improved but sadly they did not. Also would be nice if you got a separate 'boiled water' machine for teas and the water out the coffee machine was very unpleasant.

The hotel refuses to issue an invoice for the stay if the payment was made through Booking. The reception claims that in such cases the invoice is issued by Booking, which is obviously not true. During my stay, I requested an invoice three times, and each time I received the same response. After returning, on March 13, I sent another request for an invoice via the Booking chat. On March 14, I received the same response as always—that because the payment was made through Booking, the hotel would not issue an invoice. After this response, I called Booking, and they sent a message to the property stating that it is the property’s responsibility to issue the invoice. The property replied that the invoice had been sent to me by email on March 13 (which is not true), i.e., a day before they responded in the chat that they would not issue the invoice. I contacted Booking again, but it turned out that apart from requesting the hotel to issue the invoice, they have no other means to resolve the issue. As a result, I have spent a great deal of time trying to obtain the invoice, and I still don’t have it. If you are traveling for business, I strongly advise against this place.
