We arrived earlier than check in time and the staff were so helpful, offered to hold our bags and welcomed us for breakfast which was very much appreciated after a very early flight from Glasgow.

The room in my first night was tiny. No sufficient space to drop my suitcase.

Rooms are new
The lights in our room went off around 9 pm. Reception tried to fix the issue but couldn't. We were told they would either fix it or move us to another room after speaking with the manager, but nobody ever came back to us. We spent the entire night using our phone lights. Extremely poor service, terrible management and very disappointing facilities. One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

In a great location its like a 5 min walk from the train, the majority of the staff were lovely, the room was nice and the breakfast was pretty decent.
There was a few issues with check in and one of the men there seemed to be a head or something was kind of rude, i don't know was it just a rough day or was i imagining it but i don't think he liked us.

Easy access to Limehouse DLR. Nice communal area on the ground floor for a drink or chat. Rooms cosy, warm, big tv, very relaxing. Bed very comfy and great shower

This was perfect location for our weekend,as we attended Victoria Park festival. Staff was very professional.
We decided to have a drink from bar and maybe some sacks. Their was drinks nit available and most of the food was all sold out. This was over the period of our stay.
