I liked that the room was big and the bed was comfy! It was quiet at night. Easy location to tube stations and the Troxy venue
Only problem for us we had was the banging of doors closing which was happening constantly on our floor. Also the breakfast was ok it was really crowded at times and went to get hash brown and was loads of long black hair on most of them so I didn’t eat anything our last morning put me right off eating.

Clean room. Filling breakfast. Helpful staff.
We were in room 223 which had an air conditioning unit outside the window. This came on at night and was very noisy. Avoid this room! Breakfast on the Saturday was chaotic as lots of people arrived at once and the hot counter wasn't being replenished fast enough. There was only one coffee machine working so this created long queues. Otherwise the food (when it arrived) was good.

Very affordable, friendly staff and clean rooms and ample facilities including ironing board in the room and in-wall hairdryer Comfy pillows and mattress Working TV and WiFi, can't ask for more at this price really Brekkie included also with a nice food and coffee choices Good location from where I needed to get to, sufficient parking spaces
No room service available :( needed a quick lunch during work and had to go downstairs. Air con in the room might need a clean? Felt the air wasn't being conditioned well. Dont usually wake up with a bunged up nose but i did both nights here, but this might also be a general London pollution issue. The lighting in the room is quite dim in general

shower was ok
The area was run down and dirty and I didn’t feel safe. The breakfast was very poor - 1 coffee machine working out of two ( then that one stopped) meant a ridiculous long queue, only 1 toaster working, lack of choice, overcooked food and last but worst of all a little kid threw up loads of milk on the floor ( right at the entrance to the seating area) and then a STAFF MEMBER took the said child over to the buffet area - to choose food ( of which she encouraged the chocolatey items!) HOW TOTALLY UNHYGIENIC to take that child over after he’d been sick!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the location was very central. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, staff were very helpful
The room was in an awkward place, we had to go up to level 2, walk to the end, then use the fire escape to go back to level 1. The lights in the room also flickered every now and then. Breakfast was cold, not even warm, just plain cold.

We arrived earlier than check in time and the staff were so helpful, offered to hold our bags and welcomed us for breakfast which was very much appreciated after a very early flight from Glasgow.
