Wonderful
Very quiet, despite busy area. Clean, comfy bed, hot shower and useful cabinetry in room. Good sized room. Fantastic breakfast and helpful staff. Microwave available for use at reception. Location very handy to 2 tube stations, about 10 minutes walk away.
Decor was the Holiday Inn Express colours - red chair pretty bright. 2 smaller chairs. rather than one with a fixed tray, would probably be more useful for a couple. Otherwise fantastic stay

Wonderful
Earls Court is a safe area, right in zones 1-2. The hotel’s just a 7-minute walk from two underground stations and there are three bus stops close by. If you want to really see London, take the bus – the traffic itself is quite the show! Breakfast was traditional, tasty, and just right. The rooms are big, quiet, and clean. The staff are super friendly. Towels get changed and the room gets tidied up every day.
The hotel needs some repairs, especially the furniture. The carpet should be replaced. In the future, it would be nice if the reception area could be separated from the dining space. Also, offering more vegetables at meals would be appreciated.

Good
Easy to find and good location for where we were heading ( royal Albert hall) and handy having the parking underneath. Glad I pre booked this ! Nice selection of hot and cold foods at breakfast , comfy beds so did the job for what we needed.
There was nothing really not to dislike about the property

Disappointing
The hotel doesn’t have a fridge. The breakfast is minimal and everything was finished for us all the time. When we asked for cups it seemed that the employees in the kitchen were not happy to go and get it. But the wordt really was the humidity in the room. We havent slept properly. As there was no fridge storing water is also not possible. My partner that normally really has minimal expectations asked me to never book this place again

Disappointing
The room was clean and fully equipped
We were checking out early in the morning, so we couldn't catch breakfast. When checking in, I asked for lunchboxes instead of breakfast, so my husband and I could eat on our way to the airport. In the morning, we found out that it wasn't prepared for us, and the night receptionist suggested we pack it ourselves with the stuff that was prepared for breakfast - some croissants, apples, and tangerines. It was, of course, insufficient and completely unhelpful.

I would say the location was West
Kensington rather than Earls Court.
we got off the tube at Earls Court but you need to go to West Kensington tube station.

Wonderful
Nice convenient location in west London. If you like walking, Brompton cemetery is nearby, and Kensington gardens is approx 45min away.
Clean hotel.
Excellent friendly attentive and efficient staff.
Breakfast was great. Lots of choices, both hot or cold.
Had an older room in the main building so carpeting was stained and the shower stall needed updating to be on a part with the excellent room I had in October in the buildings annex. I had requested a room in that building but it wasn't ready at check in at 3pm which was disappointing.
At breakfast many people were taking more than one per person so bananas were scarce.
There's a
light which flashes intermittently all night long which is very bright and annoying.
