It was my first time in London so I didn't expected much from this hotel but I was pleasantly surprised ! First of all, the location is ideal since you're near Hammersmith and Ravenscourt Park station with a bunch of shops. The staff was really kind with us at our arrival and the bedroom was perfect for two adults and really clean. Our breakfeast was included in our formula and again, for a continental breakfast, it was more than correct and the open dining area was pleasant enough if you wake up early in the morning.
We took our vacation during the week so there weren't that much people but I think the dining area can get a bit overcrowded especially during the weekend and if you wake up lately. Also, and obvisouly I get that it's not an easy job but, the employees during breakfast tend to clean up a little bit too quickly if you leave your plate for more than 2min. (But again, I get that this is not entierly their fault since they need to be efficient when there is a lot of people)

Receptionist was very welcoming and helped with all my questions.
Car park was a little low, so be aware if you take a SUV,
Rooms a little small and the noise from corridor carried into the room.

Location was great and very close to my meeting the following morning.
The car parking area which was at the side and under the hotel was ridiculously tight and the cost per night was excessive! I appreciate they have obviously sold this off to a third party to run, but £25 per night plus a surcharge to maintain their App you must use wasn't great. A discount code Holiday Inn could off guests would maybe be an idea.

It was in a quieter place away from the metro stations and bars. Even though you could hear the train at night it wasn't too distracting. The rooms were decent and had the necessities you would typically find. Check in and check out were easy and the staff were always super friendly. There was a decent sized cooler with beverages to purchase while there but it would have been nice to have some snacks as well.
The breakfast that was included was sufficient but I wish the sausages were cooked a little longer and not so mushy and a third toaster would really make a difference. The carpet in the hallways looked as though it needed to be replaced, there were stains everywhere. There were plenty of stains on the couch and head board as well, a simple steam cleaner could probably fix the issue. When the room cleaners were doing their jobs, shop vacs were just left in the hallway with the cords all over the place. I practically tripped over one when I exited my room one morning. Even though there's a train station 10 minutes away it takes 40 plus minutes to get to London. The rooms were super tiny, as soon as you pulled the bed out of the couch you literally had about a foot to navigate through the room. So there was practically no where to put your luggage for easy access. The bathrooms were clean but needed updates. The tiles alone were missing grout and moved under your feet. The handle on the toilet was not easy to flush, the shower had mold on the inside corners. I do feel this hotel was a little over priced for the quality of the rooms. But at the end of the day it did it's purpose and we were only there for 3 nights so as frustrating as it was at times, we made it through. I would say that if you are staying without kids then the whole experience would be a little better, just for the sake of space in the room alone. Unfortunately, the next time we visit London, we will find a better hotel. I suggest to anyone thinking about staying here to read the reviews and know that the rooms are much smaller than anticipated.

Phillip on the reception was so helpful as was the maintenance man we asked for assistance on the tube to Wembley and they couldn't have done anymore for us massive thank you these guys made our stay perfect

Second time visiting. It’s great value for money. Only 15 minutes away from central london. In the area there are shops like primark, boots, jd sports and plenty of food places to eat at. Super clean and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
