Location was good!
The staff were very helpful and friendly. I especially want to mention Willy! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He helped us with our luggage, and communication with him was always clear and easy. He is truly a brilliant member of the team!
We also really enjoyed the breakfast.
Too crowded but it’s not hotel’s fault. Everyone wants to stay here haha

This is definitely good value for money. The location is really good, very well connected to all touristic locations with 2 metro stations nearby.
We also visited Legoland at Windsor and the bus to Legoland had a stop close to the hotel, so this was a very convenient and cheap transport option.
I would expect a better breakfast though based on the reviews I saw before booking. But I guess it's ok for this budget. It's just absolutely the same breakfast every day so when you stay long enough it's becoming a little bit too same every morning.

La ubicación es muy buena, a tres cuadras de la estación de Hammersmith. Desayuno excelente y variado. Se puede traer comida del exterior y calentarla en una sola común.
La habitación es pequeña para 4 y no tiene donde dejar la ropa, es el punto importante a mejorar. El resto excelente. Sind dudas volvería.

The staff knew the air conditional in my room was faulty and yet they put us there for three awful days. The breakfast was poor and lacked choice. few minutes to 9:30am and the staff will start closing the breakfast. Then they decided to compensate me on the last day with a discount on the room

Staff: Very friendly and always willing to go beyond their duties to make your stay better. Even though they couldn't change certain hotel policies, they were extremely helpful in every other way they could be.
Room: Very small for a family. Only two people can comfortably stay in the room, but they squeezed in a full family of four.
Breakfast: Every item was either frozen or bought from a cheaper store. Not a single item was healthy.
Location: This hotel is in Zone 2 in London. We made a mistake selecting it as a cheap option, since a better hotel with three extra stars was available in Zone 1, near Paddington and close to Hyde Park

King Street side needs a tenant in the front. The street side looked vacate and desolate.

The staff were friendly
The lift was broken during my stay, which was very inconvenient. The breakfast was also disappointing. The scrambled eggs lacked flavor and texture, while the vegetarian sausages were bland and undercooked. The breakfast service window should be extended, and there should be a wider variety of options available, as the selection was very limited and not particularly enjoyable.
The television in my room was broken for the entire duration of my stay. Although staff repeatedly promised that it would be repaired, no one ever came to fix it. This was extremely disappointing and added to an already unsatisfactory experience.

We got confused about the signs of closure of the pub, fronting King Street, in seemingly the same building as the Holiday Inn Express. Took us a bit to figure out the entrance to the property was down the side street - unfortunately it was pouring rain.

The location is perfect for the tube and buses. I like the breakfast buffet.

The stay was pleasant overall. The room was spotless and well‑equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was enjoyable, and housekeeping cleaned our room daily throughout our 4‑night stay without us having to ask. The hotel’s central location made it easy to reach shops, restaurants, and pubs, and getting to and from central London was convenient thanks to nearby tube and bus stations. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.

The hotel service was fantastic. The front desk people went way out of their way to help me out as I was new to London.Menino and Willie as well as the rest of the staff were really professional helpful in every way possible. Even the breakfast people did a beautiful job immediately cleaning tables making space as there were quite a few guests at the hotel. I truly enjoyed my visit here for three nights and I would highly recommend this location as it's perfect to get to anything in the area. There's also a lot of stores, restaurants and shops right nearby within walking distance as well as buses and under ground metros to take you elsewhere
