The staff, from our welcome, we arrived in the morning, before check in, they have a private room for storing luggage, so that was really good.

We parked up at 1800 hrs and left at 10.30 in the morning to be charged with a £45 parking charge absolutely disgusting that’s the only issue really. Staff okay

Location was ace. Car parking was great. Has everything we needed in room. Easy uber ordering for late evening meals.

The location of the hotel was perfect to explore London.
The staff were always very busy but always gave you their full attention and always had a smile and nothing was a problem. This was consistent with all the staff.

The location was perfect for an event we were attending. The room, staff, and service were all absolutely spot on. I was particularly grateful that we had been able to check in some hours before the allocated 3pm check in time and drop our bags off!

The hotel was very convenient for where we were visiting and only a short walk from two tube stations. The room was warm and clean, and we were offered clean towels etc for the second night of our stay. There was a good choice for breakfast, and lots of places to eat only a short walk in either direction into Hammersmith or Chiswick. It made a great base for us for the two nights we stayed, Just wish the William Morris museum had been open while we were there, I would have loved to visit it.
the breakfasts were a bit busy at times. possibly because there was at least one school party there when we were staying, and the one way breakfast system wasn't always followed, causing hold ups. Please, please swap out that 'apple hydration drink' for some proper apple juice, it was awful.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. Check-in was smooth and professional.
The room was very clean, and I was especially impressed with the bathroom and fresh sheets on the bed. Everything looked well maintained and hygienic, which made my stay comfortable.
Breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of food and fresh options. The dining area was clean and well organised.
Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with good service, cleanliness, and a nice breakfast.

-Breakfast is good.
-Access to the Hammersmith underground station is convenient (5 minute walk)
-Our room was not very clean. In particular rhe carpet was very dirty.
-it was noisy. We stayed at the first floor where you can hear the underground everytime it went by which is every couple of minutes from 5am until 1am.
-The sofa bed for my kids was uncomfortable.
-The price was expensive for this type of property.
