It was close to the airport and underground station and was relatively inexpensive
We were given probably the worst room in the hotel. First floor right above the entrance where people were unloading their luggage and talking loudly. The air conditioner didn’t work and the room was too hot. Fortunately they let us change rooms.

The room was extremely small, and it was very difficult to move around comfortably. The worst part was the constant noise from the trains throughout the night — it genuinely felt like we were sleeping on a train platform, and we could hardly get any proper rest.
The cleanliness was also extremely disappointing. The bathroom had a very unpleasant smell and did not feel properly cleaned or maintained.
Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay. Based on this experience, I would never want to stay with the Holiday Inn group again.

I like how it is very clean and accessible.
The parking isn’t free and a bit too much. I wasn’t expecting to be paying £45/24 hours.

Location was good for access to the Aoollo and tube. Hotel is cheap for London
There were ants in our room and the air conditioner was really loud. The breakfast area isn't big enough so it was manic trying to get a table in the morning. The sink in the room was massive but the tap was placed too far away from its o when using it the water basically missed the bowl and went everywhere

The location was perfect for a gig at the eventim apollo and to visit London in general. The room was comfortable and spacious. I would stay there again for gigs.
The breakfast was very average and not as good as other holiday inn I have stayed in.
