Located in quite a calm area in London
Beds weren’t comfortable, room smelled moist/moldy, bathroom was not super clean. Breakfast was horrible

Very central to Hammersmith shops etc.
No food available, except breakfast. You need to eat elsewhere or order a takeaway. Parking was £25 per night!! Very expensive!

Check out time is so early , we were about to leave the room when cleaning lady knocked to the door to let us know to leave the room, I think that's not nice especially when hotel is not busy

Location very good for what we required.
Room tired & needs attention your tiles in the bathroom cracked & your carpet is in need of a deep clean & the chair in the room. The headboard should not be made of fabric, it should be made of wipe clean fabric. We were on the 4th floor & i think the guests think they can laugh & chat loudly walking along the corridors being the top floor. The guest next to us were loub banging their doir shut & other guest were talking & laughing outside next to our room. You need as a hotel to inform the guest to keep quiet due to others sleeping or wanting peace & quiet in their rooms & not have those inconsiderate guests doing what they like! The breakfast was awful, only offering scrambled eggs, overcooked sausages & oily bacon. The coffee had an awful taste & the orange juice & the breakfast selection limited. We declined the 2nd free breakfast on Sun fo to the issues above!

finding the second towel? i realise this is standard now in hotels, to locate the second towel in the bedroom somewhere, but a double room should have 2 towels in the bathroom. Initially slightly hard to locate from station - a small map might have helped.

VERY friendly and accommodating staff. Lots of choices for breakfast foods.
Parking being 25 quid even if you only parked for 2 hours. Kind of a rip off.

I thought it was good value for money considering it was in London. Also it was clean comfortable and all essential facilities you need. The breakfast was great value too. The staff were friendly to.
