I was given a room with disabled facilities..no idea why. Air con was extremely cold and hard to adjust. Curtains had holes in them. Bathroom smelt odd. Breakfast was chaotic.

Welcoming staff
The staff knew the air conditional in my room was faulty and yet they put us there for three awful days. The breakfast was poor and lacked choice. few minutes to 9:30am and the staff will start closing the breakfast. Then they decided to compensate me on the last day with a discount on the room

Great location, close to tube. Hotel and surrounding area felt safe even as a women with a child. Clean and comfortable rooms, modern clean bathroom.
The breakfast was plentiful but the quality was a bit lacking. Neighbouring council carpark was convenient however it would have been great if we got a bit of a discount.

While my stay was pleasant, I was disappointed by the breakfast selection. There were no vegetables or cheese options available, which limited the variety significantly.
