Convenient location. Very clean, friendly & kind staff.
We got confused about the signs of closure of the pub, fronting King Street, in seemingly the same building as the Holiday Inn Express. Took us a bit to figure out the entrance to the property was down the side street - unfortunately it was pouring rain.

The location is perfect for the tube and buses. I like the breakfast buffet.
The hallways were very narrow, and there was always cleaning staff blocking your way.

The stay was pleasant overall. The room was spotless and well‑equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was enjoyable, and housekeeping cleaned our room daily throughout our 4‑night stay without us having to ask. The hotel’s central location made it easy to reach shops, restaurants, and pubs, and getting to and from central London was convenient thanks to nearby tube and bus stations. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.

The hotel service was fantastic. The front desk people went way out of their way to help me out as I was new to London.Menino and Willie as well as the rest of the staff were really professional helpful in every way possible. Even the breakfast people did a beautiful job immediately cleaning tables making space as there were quite a few guests at the hotel. I truly enjoyed my visit here for three nights and I would highly recommend this location as it's perfect to get to anything in the area. There's also a lot of stores, restaurants and shops right nearby within walking distance as well as buses and under ground metros to take you elsewhere

The property was located near a train station. You could hear the trains coming and going all night. The beds were very hard.

The staff were excellent and the location was great for a short stay in London.
The room wasn't as clean as we would have liked and the beds were quite hard. Not enough pillows in the room. Breakfast was very limited.

-Breakfast is good.
-Access to the Hammersmith underground station is convenient (5 minute walk)
-Our room was not very clean. In particular rhe carpet was very dirty.
-it was noisy. We stayed at the first floor where you can hear the underground everytime it went by which is every couple of minutes from 5am until 1am.
-The sofa bed for my kids was uncomfortable.
-The price was expensive for this type of property.

We loved the convenient location and proximity to Hammersmith station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby! The breakfast was also great as was the staff

Checkin was relatively quick and convenient. The wifi is strong in the lobby and was as well in my room. The breakfast buffet is small - I thought it would be bigger (Roadhouse reference).
After checking out I received a call and email that my bar tap was still open - which was weird since I never dined or drank at the bar. I pointed that out that during the time I was at a concert and willing to provide ticket as proof. They withdrew the charge. I suppose the bar check signing process could be improved to avoid such occurences.

They answered my questions cordiallt and were kind, but somerhing about the British "stiff upper lip" was not engraciating.
I found a dead fly between the sheets prior to getting into bed. Each day, I found a small blavk bug had crawled onto the linen that I shook out every night.

Location was good, nearby food options, good environment, train station nearby. Staff was good. Thanks to the lady with scarf at the reception for a warm welcome and accommodating my request. Room was clean 8 out of 10. Breakfast was good. Not too much halal options but vegan sausage and gluten free bread is provided. Rest I also took some cereal.
Rooms not too small but average. I suppose thats UK standard rooms. Cant comment on room heating as I barely used it. Safe not available in rooms but in reception. Some amenities were available on request like shaving kit or tootbrush/toothpaste. Slippers were not available.
