The staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast.
Room was not very clean. My sinks were blocked - took ages to empty. Weird tin opener in plastic case on floor evidence room not cleaned well as obviously left from previous resident. Very noisy from tube line , outside people passing .

Location Staff were pleasant and helpful We appreciated the availability of the dining area for guest use for evening takeaway food.
Rooms were too small for families, and the breakfast area was chaotic. A more logical layout of the food may have helped.

Good location, about 8 minutes walking from the metro station with District and Picadilly line. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms.
