They were very friendly and the receptionist was very professional and nice , we checked in in few minutes, we requested late check out and they approved , the breakfast was good and the coffee is amazing , the underground is few minutes away

The bed was a wonderful size, and very comfortable for our stay. Staff were very welcoming and very friendly to us, breakfast was also very delicious.
That people from other rooms could easily connect to the smart TV function. Perhaps listing the TV number boldly to make sure people connect efficiently. Also the windows still allowed the cold to come in even if they were closed.

Clean, nice breakfast, though the coffee could be better.
Bad sound proof. Railway right in front of the window, and the trains start at around 0400. Can also hear people talking and moving in the corridor. If you're sensitive to noise maybe consider avoiding here
