Breakfast was a great spread. Convenient place for last night before flying out.
Layout of the room made it tight to maneuver with two kids and two adults. Bathroom smelled awful. It looked very clean, but there was a very dank smell that couldn't dissipate because there was no fan/window. The carpets also are very aged/worn, making it feel like it needed a deep cleaning. Also the room smelled like someone had smoked in it.

Staff was very helpful. Very good location near the railway station easy to move around London. Clean.
The breakfast too repetitive and room was very small once the sofa bed was spread.

Great location. Quick access to the metro. Access to many shops and restaurants. Big cozy rooms with comfortable bedding. Very friendly staff, always ready to help. Good breakfast. Quick check-in and check-out.
