Everything was great. I have no negatives unless the price could be reduced £175 a night for 3 stars was a little steep.

A good hotel for a one- or two-night stay at most. The location is excellent, very close to Hammersmith Station. One of its biggest advantages is that you can reach the station directly from Heathrow Airport via the Piccadilly line. The area is very nice, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
The breakfast is repetitive and the food quality is below average. No in-room amenities are provided by default; you have to request them when needed. There is no coffee machine available throughout the day. The rooms are small, and some areas are worn out and in need of refurbishment. The toilet was blocked, and although the hotel sent someone to fix it, it became blocked again the following morning.

Really enjoyed our stay! The room was modern and very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good. Great value for money! Hammersmith is a convenient area to stay in, with plenty of shops, restaurants and excellent tube connections to central London. Would happily stay here again!
