Staff fantastic- very friendly, extremely helpful and professional Hotel in excellent location, about 10 minutes walk from hotel and so convenient for central London. Room clean, very well equipped with hairdryer and iron plus extra milk, teabags and other essentials all available on request. Bathroom clean with great shower and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Air conditioning in room so able to control temperature. Very quiet too Highly recommended Breakfast included and excellent

Location and cost. Also very clean. Heating and bath Hotel have the option to provide you with any necessities you may have forgotten i.e. toothpaste, toothbrush,etc
Breakfast. Can't even make a toast. Very bad bacon/eggs, 5-6 things only. Also room was extremely small. A refrigerator would be very useful. Our room's side was near rail and every 10 seconds you could hear trains passing day and night.

Room sizes are decent and the open lounge area does the job
Could hear trains bumping but I'm not used to that so I noticed it more, the door is around to the side of the building so feels like a long walk, wasn't keen on the breakfast but maybe I wasn't feeling 100% but did feel like there was less options that other holiday inns but it was a Sunday morning so maybe that was the difference

Very good location. Underground stations nearby, in less than half an hour you can be at the city center. Many shops and pubs around. Clean rooms and friendly personnel.
Limited options for breakfast and also for services and space in the room.

Location was good, nearby food options, good environment, train station nearby. Staff was good. Thanks to the lady with scarf at the reception for a warm welcome and accommodating my request. Room was clean 8 out of 10. Breakfast was good. Not too much halal options but vegan sausage and gluten free bread is provided. Rest I also took some cereal.
Rooms not too small but average. I suppose thats UK standard rooms. Cant comment on room heating as I barely used it. Safe not available in rooms but in reception. Some amenities were available on request like shaving kit or tootbrush/toothpaste. Slippers were not available.

Friendly staff and good location. Parking behind the hotel is perfect should you come by car. Breakfast was good and two coffee machines so no coffee ques.

Loved the location. On Piccadilly and District lines so super easy to get to places. Great selection of stores and pubs nearby. But more importantly the staff were fantastic. The room was super clean and beds comfortable. Nice quiet location. Really impressed. Also loved that they had an inclusive breakfast which set us up well for the day. I would absolutely stay again. We were a family of four, including two teenagers. Perfect!

Breakfast needs a lot if improvements. The traffic flow is confusing, the area is small and hidden. Is like finding a needle. The selection was poor. The fruits are old, no platters on display. It would be good to add slices of watermelon and pineapple.
The buffet is secluded, too narrow, was not in order. The window side are high stools, which was all vacant. I would have to sit there it it was like a normal table for 4 or 6.

Hot breakfast rubbish. Had breakfast at 8.00 Everything cold, rubbery bacon. Looked like food dumped into containers at start of breakfast time and left to go cold, rather than serving a little at a time hot. Worst breakfast I have ever had in a hotel

Located in quite a calm area in London

Very central to Hammersmith shops etc.
No food available, except breakfast. You need to eat elsewhere or order a takeaway. Parking was £25 per night!! Very expensive!
