Checkin was relatively quick and convenient. The wifi is strong in the lobby and was as well in my room. The breakfast buffet is small - I thought it would be bigger (Roadhouse reference).
After checking out I received a call and email that my bar tap was still open - which was weird since I never dined or drank at the bar. I pointed that out that during the time I was at a concert and willing to provide ticket as proof. They withdrew the charge. I suppose the bar check signing process could be improved to avoid such occurences.

They answered my questions cordiallt and were kind, but somerhing about the British "stiff upper lip" was not engraciating.
I found a dead fly between the sheets prior to getting into bed. Each day, I found a small blavk bug had crawled onto the linen that I shook out every night.

Location was great. Exactly what we needed. Hotel was clean and bright. Rooms were a good size and beds were comfortable.
