The staff at the hotel are wonderful and the rooms are very clean. The car park near the hotel is quite safe.
The pillows in the hotel room were like stone, the mattress was the same, it was very uncomfortable to sleep. Unfortunately, it was impossible to open the window for ventilation in my hotel room.

Staff are excellent here, everywhere. Friendly helpful competent and all very good at their jobs Room clean, comfortable and had all essentials. Location great for the Eventim Apollo and Lyric theatre. Not far to Hammersmith underground and bus station, 5-6 minutes walk from hotel. Thanks to all staff

Nice location, nice pubs and food places, also feeling safe during late hours. The breakfast was great both on quality and quantity, perfect to start your day. The personnel very pleasant and helpful. Comfortable beds and pillows.
There was no fridge in the room and no bottled water (which are a personal must for me to be provided).

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was good and filling and the room was very nice and clean.
