The staff was very helpful specially Willy. The foods were very delicious. The location is very great not far from shops and train station. Very safe to walk around specially at night.
There is one male staff who need training how to speak to client. I don't remember his name. He is a bit white in colour. He talked to me loudly during the breakfast.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful and the location was just perfect for our purposes. The walk down by the river was lovely.
Room was just a tad on the small side but it had everything you needed and the shower was great.

Nice, quite place, close to underground, with comfortable bed with clean sheets, clean towels, hairdyier available, good wifi.
Very poor breakfast, small room and not clean carpet and armchair, price high.

Location was perfect to get into the city Centre every thing else was awful about the hotel
First room we were put in was with a broken extractor that made a contiuous noise. We were finally moved after being told it would be fixed twice and placed in a room next to a railway track and trains were running every 20 mins. No sleep for 2 nights have a child with additional needs who needs sleep so made the trip awful as we were all tired. Bed was tiny, squishy and hard and not comfortable. Pillows were the same both were years old. Room was so small you couldn't move past each other. Shower was half decent but again bathroom was so tiny only person could fit in at a time. Spoke to the staff about It and was dismissed with "it is what it is". Breakfast was so busy no where to sit and no one to help find a table had to clean a table ourself so we could sit down. Breakfast was average at best. The pub underneath the hotel was closed and looked like something out of the walking dead.

Staff so helpful, polite and courteous even when very busy at breakfast time .
Well situated doe the Eventim appollo and choice of shops and near the tube

Good location for the event we attended, a ten minute ish walk to the Eventim Apollo and even nearer to the Hammersmith tube. The breakfast was a good start to the next day too.
