Had everything you needed in the room, hairdryer, shampoo, iron etc.. plus coffees/teas too. The room was clean and tidy (just the carpets could do with a good clean), but otherwise all good
The carpets both in the room and on the whole landing/1st floor were quite dirty and stained so could definitely do with a good clean.
The breakfast was nice with lots of options, but the hot options (bacon, hash browns scrambled egg) was not very nice, probably because of them being cooked and left for a long time. Plus the apple and orange juice were not good at all (some kind of watery sweet liquid… definitely not apple juice or orange juice).

Great location only a few minutes walk from the underground station. Lots of shops, pubs, restaurants nearby. Clean and tidy. Good size rooms. Included breakfast which had plenty of options and decent quality. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Excellent pressure for the shower. Accessible room was laid out well for wheelchair user.
Although there is an accessible ramp for entrance, to get to the ramp, you have to go into the road, so not safe. Emergency pull cord was tied to above head height so not safe. Breakfast area is quite tight and wheelchair users would struggle at busier times.

The room was cold. Despite following instructions to the letter thermostat and heating not operating. Just a small wall heater set on 18 degrees which I think is penny pinching policy.

The location of this accommodation was perfect for our visit to the Hammersmith Apollo Theatre; within walking distance.
Breakfast could do with a little bit of improving. Generally ok though.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was good, although there were no fresh greens, and it would have been nice to have simple boiled eggs available. However, there was still a decent selection — hot options included sausages, eggs, and bacon.
I did appreciate having coffee and a kettle in the room, although it would have been nice if bottled drinking water had been provided. The bed was large and comfortable, and the room was quiet. The hotel is also conveniently located not far from the метро, and there is a great bar in the lobby that stays open until 2 a.m.
The room itself was clean, but the bathroom was very disappointing. The shower drained extremely poorly, and at one point hair from previous guests came up from the drain, which was quite unpleasant and unhygienic. The bathroom also looked outdated and clearly in need of renovation. However, there were plenty of towels provided.

Perfect location- 5 minute walk from Hammersmith tube. Parking right outside the front of the hotel. Clean quiet and comfortable. Good price. Friendly reception staff. Excellent all round.

Good location for the shops & near the tube station & buses. The staff were helpful and breakfast was included in the price.
The temperature control in the bedroom wasn't working so it was too warm at night. There was also ventilation noise on and off in the night.
The breakfast was ok though we found the sausages & hash browns a bit too tough to chew.
