Convenient location. Very clean, friendly & kind staff.
We got confused about the signs of closure of the pub, fronting King Street, in seemingly the same building as the Holiday Inn Express. Took us a bit to figure out the entrance to the property was down the side street - unfortunately it was pouring rain.

The Hotel and rooms are clean and in good condition. Hammersmith is a quiet, safe area of London with many shops and restaurants, located only about 20 minutes by underground from the city center. The reception and restaurant staff were friendly und helpful. Calvin, was particularly nice and gave us lots of travel tips.

The location is perfect for the tube and buses. I like the breakfast buffet.
The hallways were very narrow, and there was always cleaning staff blocking your way.

The stay was pleasant overall. The room was spotless and well‑equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was enjoyable, and housekeeping cleaned our room daily throughout our 4‑night stay without us having to ask. The hotel’s central location made it easy to reach shops, restaurants, and pubs, and getting to and from central London was convenient thanks to nearby tube and bus stations. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.
