We loved the convenient location and proximity to Hammersmith station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby! The breakfast was also great as was the staff

The staff were really friendly and attentive. The room was really clean and comfortable, shower was great.
Breakfast was free, but a bit manic as everyone was pushing to get bits. Hash browns were stale like cardboard.

Had everything you needed in the room, hairdryer, shampoo, iron etc.. plus coffees/teas too. The room was clean and tidy (just the carpets could do with a good clean), but otherwise all good
The carpets both in the room and on the whole landing/1st floor were quite dirty and stained so could definitely do with a good clean.
The breakfast was nice with lots of options, but the hot options (bacon, hash browns scrambled egg) was not very nice, probably because of them being cooked and left for a long time. Plus the apple and orange juice were not good at all (some kind of watery sweet liquid… definitely not apple juice or orange juice).
