Location, staff, free breakfast were excellent 10/10.
2 issues were 1. Room was extremely small for that price. 2. No facilities to do your laundry, instead, we had to pay around gbp 100 to get them laundered through the hotel.

Great breakfast, amazing stuff, super clean but what was the most important for us was the location. It is 5 minutes walk from Hammersmith station where you can take the tube or the bus to explore London and it was close to everything, it was so easy and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay here and if I am ever in London again I would love to stay there again.
There isn’t a thing I didn’t like, I would just like a smart TV where I could watch YouTube or log in streaming platforms but honestly, we was so tired of exploring, we just slept when we got to the hotel and we would probably never have time for that anyway.

Could have been a little more choice for breakfast I.e fresh fruit, also there was only scrambled egg, no other choice of egg. No mushrooms, black pudding. I was more than happy with the breakfast I had but I stayed in a premier inn recently and there was much more choice.
