The stay was pleasant overall. The room was spotless and well‑equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was enjoyable, and housekeeping cleaned our room daily throughout our 4‑night stay without us having to ask. The hotel’s central location made it easy to reach shops, restaurants, and pubs, and getting to and from central London was convenient thanks to nearby tube and bus stations. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily return.

What I liked most about this hotel was its reliable and professional corporate structure. The staff followed clear procedures, and everything was organized and systematic. It was very convenient that we could arrive early, leave late, and safely store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Considering the price-performance ratio, I believe this is one of the best options available. To move up to the next level of hotel quality in London, you would typically need to pay around 50% more. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.
As mentioned in many reviews, the rooms are quite small. For two adults and one child, the space becomes very limited once the sofa bed is opened, leaving little room to move around. However, this would be much less of an issue for couples or families with a younger child. The hotel provides daily housekeeping, but during our stay the bed sheets were not changed. Housekeeping mainly consisted of removing rubbish, replacing towels when needed, and making the bed. Breakfast was better organized than some reviews suggested, and we always found a table without difficulty. However, expectations should be realistic. The breakfast is adequate but not particularly extensive or varied. One important point to be aware of is the surrounding area. Hammersmith is a convenient transport hub, but the route from the main road to the hotel passes through side streets where homeless people are often present. During the daytime we did not experience any problems, but solo travellers or groups of young women may feel less comfortable walking through the area late at night.
