Central location, clean, nice staff
Too noisy, lots of sound due to the trains and also people outstide the hotel at night. It woke us up a few times throughout the night. Might want to look int double glazing/soundproofing for the rooms above the entrance and near the train line.

Very clean, staff helpful and friendly, especially the young guy on breakfast Located within easy walk of Eventim Apollo for our concert and the station Breakfast good, bed comfy. Located just off shopping area on small side street. Room small as expected but fine for short stay.

The location, room, staff, facilities were absolutely amazing! They really think about people with disabilities as well. I appreciated that there's breakfast to grab, but if you're looking to eat a healthier breakfast option, the nearby cafes definitely have better food. I'd definitely stay here again, the hotel was really busy which speaks for itself.

Great location - 10 minutes walk to Hammersmith Station. Hotel was very quiet and clean. Excellent air conditioning in room. Comfortable bed / mattress. Excellent choice at breakfast and all good quality.
Shower head was badly fitted to hose, so had tendency to squirt water out at angles! Very hard, uncomfortable pillows.

Location and parking
Pillows weren’t comfortable, duvet was small size for 2 adults. And in the morning breakfast room was full and staff wasn’t helpful to find seats

A bit far from the centre of London - though there is a metro station within walking distance from the hotel. Lots of places to eat in the area.
