Welcoming staff
The staff knew the air conditional in my room was faulty and yet they put us there for three awful days. The breakfast was poor and lacked choice. few minutes to 9:30am and the staff will start closing the breakfast. Then they decided to compensate me on the last day with a discount on the room

Wonderful
Great location, close to tube. Hotel and surrounding area felt safe even as a women with a child. Clean and comfortable rooms, modern clean bathroom.
The breakfast was plentiful but the quality was a bit lacking. Neighbouring council carpark was convenient however it would have been great if we got a bit of a discount.

Staff: Very friendly and always willing to go beyond their duties to make your stay better. Even though they couldn't change certain hotel policies, they were extremely helpful in every other way they could be.
Room: Very small for a family. Only two people can comfortably stay in the room, but they squeezed in a full family of four.
Breakfast: Every item was either frozen or bought from a cheaper store. Not a single item was healthy.
Location: This hotel is in Zone 2 in London. We made a mistake selecting it as a cheap option, since a better hotel with three extra stars was available in Zone 1, near Paddington and close to Hyde Park

The location.
The room we were allocated, the air conditioning did not work and so we had a very hot 1st night and it was also very noisy as right next to train line. We did not get a great sleep at all. We got our room changed the next morning and the air conditioning was working great but the room wasn’t as nice. The bathroom floor was all cracked and the shower base was all marks as it was so old, felt like we didn’t want to shower in it, not great. Could still hear the trains but not as noisy. Very disappointed as had stayed here before a number of years ago.

The room was very comfy and had plenty of storage space for three people in a family room. Clean towels every day and staff were very accommodating.
No air conditioning, the only reason we booked this hotel. We were provided with 2 fans which helped a little in 30-degree heat.
