The location was perfect and the staff were very helpful and friendly
There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom and the windows didn’t open.

The was a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room looked out over the main square and it was lively. But the bedroom was super quiet. We never heard any outside noise while we slept.
Two things: they don’t have bar soap or individual shampoo and conditioner. So they just have body wash and a 2-1 shampoo.
Also- they offer a voucher for £7 to use at the coffee shop next door if you forgo the daily cleaning. I missed that sign at check in. My fault — but hopefully someone else gets to use it.

Had to move rooms due to awful smell in the bathroom. Room moved to was smaller no storage space to put anything and no vanity mirror. Previous room had both drawers and mirror over desk

The location, best bed I’ve ever slept in, very very comfy and the pillows!!!! all just great. The hotel was very quiet, we were on the 7th floor. The staff can’t do enough for you and they were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Fantastic location, chosen as close to the Guilgud theatre in particular (5 min walk) Central location to Picadilly & Leicester square underground stations. Booked a standard room on 6th floor, very clean, quiet & comfy bed. Very good breakfast choices.
