Walkable distance from Kings Cross and Euston train stations. close to several tube and bus routes. Modern decor in the rooms has a fresh interesting look. The second room we were in was a reasonable size, had a small fridge and access to a safe box. Good powerful shower in the bathroom. A/c unit was very welcome with the temperature in the high twenties centigrade.
The first room we were booked into was very small with a tight en-suite space. The staff were amenable to moving us and the second room was a great improvement. The seals in both shower rooms could be freshened up. The information light on the direction arrows and the lift location were not working, making the calling of the lift frustrating. the third floor button inside the lift was also out. it would be good to resolve these small issues. Access from the Warren St tube meant navigating past several homeless tent encampments - though not directly the fault of the hotel.

Staff pleasant, bed comfortable , excellent location for Euston Station, fifteen minute walk to St Pancras.
The noise levels from the street… hard to sleep. Entrance is up narrow, steep steps, not easy with large cases. No where to hang towels

We found everything 5 star..The friendly, welcoming and very helpful knowledgable staff were amazing..The spotlessly clean and comfortable room,Food was first class and very affordable...We will definatelt be back for anotger visit...The very helpful trainee was so lovely, he us going to be a good asset to the group Tge lady young lady , everyone amazing. Good location for tube stations etc..Cannot fault it...So nice to find a really good hotel in London..Thanks for our enjoyable stay...Hope to see you again soon...

Location was convenient to train station. Loved breakfast
Tiny room, no room to put suitcases. A/C blew directly on to Ned. Window could open a crack, but sirens and traffic noise was deafening. Many unhoused people living in tents nearby.

Fantastic central location, easy to find. Friendly staff, clean rooms & general spaces. Comfy bed, good bathroom facilities.
Shampoo/Shower Gel dispensers in showers are very difficult to use, and dispense very little. Otherwise no issues.

The location is pretty good. It's right next to a tube station which is great! Also some of the staff where very cooperative and empathetic to the customers, so that worked in my favor overall during my stay.
I only booked the hotel for 2 nights, yet I stayed in 3 different rooms. Each room had something else that was immensely broken about it. The first room was the worst as the AC unit made a RATA-TAT-TAT-TAT noise banging its conduit against the wall. The person at the front desk put me in a room with twin beds, which was fine because I just wanted to sleep, but then they made me change rooms again the next day... What annoyed me the most, and I know I'm being entitled when I say this ... I had some food in my room which would have been quite pungent. I brought it downstairs in a wrapped plastic bin bag after having put a new one in my room. I said "Is there a place to dispose of this?" and she said "Yeah just outside around the corner and turn right into the alley, there's large bins there" or something similar. I was like ... why on earth would you not offer to do that for me considering how much I paid for these rooms? Between the moving rooms every 16 hours and having to "clean up after myself" ... well ... screw this hotel lol... I will never stay here again. Sorry! :-)
