Very Poor
The property was a mess. It was not a hotel. It was like a hostel. Manager was very tired. The building is cold. She didn’t put the heating on. Well I asked her she started arguing with me for no reason she’s very very unhelpful.

The location is very convenient, right in the city center and especially close to great restaurants, bakeries, and Victoria Coach Station.
However, it’s an old building, so the toilets, rooms, and sinks are quite outdated.
The walls are quite thin, so you can hear chatter from neighboring rooms and doors slamming. Overall, however, our sleep wasn’t disturbed during the night.
One night it was very cold—especially since our room was on the top floor. Another night it was too hot, so the room temperature did not seem to be well regulated.
I also wanted to use the cups provided in the room, but upon inspection, I noticed they had not been properly cleaned. The rim of one cup still had toothpaste residue from the previous guest.

Disappointing
The location
Small rooms ensuite was more like a cupboard with a shower toilet and sink all situated on a shower tray. Im 5ft and struggled with getting in and shutting the door etc. Could hear people upstairs and tv from next room. Had to wait 15 minutes at reception while repeatedly ringing the buzzer. The curtains did not reach the bottom of the window.

Location is really nice. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the most famous sightseeings.
Very noisy.
Ignorance stuff - we couldn't close outside window and they didn't help us to do it. There was also problem with heating, we wrote them a message and they didn't even respond.
