The staff - amounts to around 50% of the high rating. Elegantly friendly and professional. No hidden charges or unpleasant surprises on the bill. Very comfortable bed. Loads of power points around the room. Generous check out time as standard. A decent lock inside your door - makes a change. Very clean.
The service at breakfast doesn't match the high standards of staff elsewhere in the hotel.

Luxurious stay at Egerton House. A gorgeous boutique hotel in Knightsbridge. Great location. Staff were all so helpful. Lovely, comfortable rooms and beds. Nice and quiet. Great breakfast to start your day. And a lovely drawing room and bar for a drink at the end of your day. Good pubs and restaurants close by too. Highly recommend if your wanting a more intimate and top class stay in London.

It is in a quiet area but very close to amenities. Very comfortable throughout hotel. Informative, friendly staff. It is small in London terms, which makes it feel relaxing and person centred. Close to V&A etc and local buses and trains.
