We have been coming back to the Egerton house over the years. It’s such an exquisite place. We love everything, the beautiful and magical Victorian house, the rooms are gorgeous, the staff is beyond courteous, thoughtful and competent, and overall the hotel embodied everything we love about Britain. The food is amazing too!

The room was so small the bathroom door wouldn’t stay open that was annoying and getting access to the mini bar and tea was quite cramped

Stayed here for wedding anniversary celebration. Staff were all superb, interacted well and had a very welcoming feel. Nothing was a problem. The treat bar was a delight too. Breakfast outstanding .... have the pancakes they were delicious! Room was perfect. For those more techno minded - it was easy to cast Netflix onto the TV using the quick hotel Wifi.
Couldn't fault this place.

From the moment you are greeted by the lovely concierge, this hotel is an oasis of luxury and comfort. The rooms are beautifully appointed with everything that you need and the staff are simply wonderful. We have stayed in many top quality hotels over the years - this is the best of them all and we are already planning our next visit.

A truly wonderful stay. We got married at Chelsea Old town hall and our stay Egerton was exceptional from start to finish. They were so accommodating and made our weekend truly incredible. The magic of this hotel is how charming and small it is. It feels so cosy and comfortable. The staff were also incredible and couldn't do more for us. I would highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.
