Everything perfect.. breakfast amazing. Staff is amazing. I will stay again .. location is just perfect.
Only small but nothing really .. carpets. I know now next time I will ask for a room without a carpet.

Beautifully welcoming exterior and subtly classical decoration. Very attentive staff with traditional values of service with very friendly disposition.
The lounge and bar area are a bit cramped especially at busy tea/cocktail hour.

Location and comfort. We love the personal service that a smaller boutique hotel offers. We were a little disorganised with our London plans and the staff went out of their way to organise activities and they made great recommendations.
The one disappointment was the evening meal of fish and chips and salad which was below our expectation.
