Breakfast was excellent - served in the room at no extra charge and with a great selection and no silly extra charges like other hotels - bravo! Location is excellent for West London and very quiet in a tucked away position. The staff are incredibly friendly from the GM downwards. Proper 5 star service.
Room we had wouldn't have been my first choice in terms of decor but the bed was super comfy, maybe time also to upgrade the bathrooms in line with competition but still very acceptable. Invited to have a drink at the bar as our room wasn't ready when we arrived to check in - was surprised to then be charged for the coffee and tea we ordered!

Intimate and beautifully presented, particularly the bar/lounge and breakfast rooms.
The huge faux flower display secured to the front of the building. This was particularly unattractive from inside room 11, where it obscured our view out whilst at the same time limiting the natural light into our room. The wooden batons and tie wraps/stickers visible from inside the room was ill conceived, with little obvious consideration to the paying guests that occupy the rooms. Given that the internal flower arrangements are beautiful natural, seasonal displays, this addition appears at odds with the property, so much so that had this been in place before the time of booking we would have perhaps not selected the hotel for our visit. Other minor observations during the stay relate to a difficult toilet flush mechanism, continuously dripping cistern/sink and antiquated coffee making equipment. Perhaps a small jug of milk in the room minibar cooler would help?

Uniquely decorated bedrooms that were well-appointed with beautiful furniture and amenities. The staff were pleasant and treat you like royalty. Simply put, this is one beautiful boutique hotel that doesnt disappoint.

The comfortable bed and cleanliness of the hotel and room. Customer service was fantastic. I stayed 4 nights and loved that I had candies and sweets offered to me daily. The bartender makes a killer martini! So good.

One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. I think that this hotel really deserves its ranking. Nathan at the reception (the only name I remember) welcomed us and we even managed to check in 2 hours earlier, however we did not expect that. He also gave a lot of tips where to go and what to see. I must say that all the staff are very friendly, polite and respectful. All women that serve breakfast were making the beginning of our days great and very positive. Food was really delicious and we could choose the dishes or adjust them as we would like. The room was very nice, not too small, with all facilities we needed. Adaptor was provided in the room that made our charging of the devices easier. We liked the opportunity to take some treats and tea at the reception. The cleaning of the rooms was done in a proper way.
I informed the hotel that I am coming to celebrate my birthday but I did not hear Happy Birthday at that day. The only person who congratulated me the next day was the lady at breakfast because she had a birthday the next day after mine. But since everything else was amazing, I would say it is just small remark from my side.

We had a short but sweet stay at the Egerton House Hotel. Absolutely everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out. The staff was professional, very welcoming, and helpful in answering any questions or giving recommendations. They really could not have been any nicer, from the front desk, to the bar, to the breakfast room. The breakfast was wonderful. There was plenty of choice with the cold items, and a nice choice of hot entrees, all delicious. The room was super comfortable, loved the bedding and all of the amenities the room and bath provided. The location was great, within walking distance of the Albert and Victoria Museum, Hyde Park, Harrod's and other shopping, as well as restaurants. We cannot wait to come back and stay for a long duration. The Egerton House deserves all the positive reviews and accolades it has received. Excellent!!!
Nothing was lacking at all. We have no complaints whatsoever.
