We’ve stayed here several times. This is by far the best London hotel we’ve stayed in through the many times and years we’ve been in London. The staff is wonderful and extremely professional, the hotel is warm and welcoming, and the rooms are individually different and lovely. We always look forward to staying here. We travel a great deal and this is absolutely a very favorite hotel—returning is like coming back “home”.

Location was excellent, close to buses, the tube and the V&A Museum. The staff, especially Jacques, were more than helpful and recommended very nice and local restaurants.
Very minor: The shower was located in a tub that was hard to get into. However, the staff told us that they plan to renovate in the future and this small problem will be corrected.

Egerton House is a little gem so close to everything , 10 minute walk max to Harrods and central for enjoying London . The staff were exceptionally polite, smart and welcoming and could not do enough to assist us. I have to say the staff and service is higher than you often get now in central London . Breakfast was great too.

Every staff member with whom we interacted was cordial and professional. The hotel was well-located and beautifully maintained. Perhaps the best surprise was the excellent quality of the breakfast provided, along with the attentive service in the breakfast area. The ingredients were fresh and very well prepared, and the setting is cozy and tranquil.
The hotel is situated very near both the Victoria and Albert Museum and Harrods, and within a short walk to two Piccadilly Line underground stations,
No complaints whatsoever during our stay.

The location was in the heart of Knightsbridge a very high-end location. Very safe and walkable to all parts of the city. The best thing about Egerton House Hotel is by far the staff. Every person you came in contact with was extremely helpful, kind and full of enthusiasm. They all went above and beyond to help me in every way. The breakfasts were amazing, and you could try a variety of different items as they offered a large assortment of options. The little touches from turn down service with nightly fresh baked goodies from the pastry chef, personalized notes, daily fruits, waters, tea and coffees. The bar staff was amazing with so many personalized touches. They treated you like royalty and it would make me return over and over.
