The cleanliness and space in the rooms was excellent. It was quiet, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
As a suggestion, some sachets of hot chocolate and normal breakfast tea would be appreciated, and it would be good to refill the sugars every day.

The staff is wonderful. Mr. Sherlock is always there to help and a very nice person.
Location is perfect.

Great location next to King's Road, bus and underground. Charming neighbourhood, lovely building - a bit quaint, feels like a home more than a hotel.
The "fixtures" do not reflect the 4 stars rating of this hotel: heating pipes held together by duck tape in the bathroom, very rudimentary shower, windows not closing properly, etc.

Close to areas I wanted to visit. easy walk to underground, buses and nice restaurants are close. Elevator for luggage. wonderful old world charm and very nice staff. breakfast was very nice. It was what I imagined a Olde world small boutique English hotel would be. I loved it.
its an interesting building olde world building and my single room was very small with a wi die that overlooked service areas. but it was cosy and all I needed as I was out all day. the bathroom was modern and efficient.

Stayed with our family of 4 in Draycott Suite (Vivien Leigh) for a week. With its 2 expansive bedrooms with ensuites, a reception room and a guest bathroom, the suite is worth every penny. Garden view, open fire place and massive size. Good staff but house keeping could be hit and miss. B'fast is pure quality and the lobbies are charming and quaint. No wonder it gets full occupancy round the year!

Stayed with our family of 4 in Draycott Suite (Vivien Leigh) for a week over Christmas. With its 2 expansive bedrooms with ensuites, a reception room and a guest bathroom, the suite is worth every penny. Garden view, open fire place and massive size. Good staff but house keeping could be hit and miss. B'fast is pure quality and the lobbies are charming and quaint. No wonder it gets full occupancy round the year!

The English charm of the interior rooms - guest rooms and public spaces . its great location near Sloan square and pavillion road. great staff. working fireplaces added charm for our pre -Christmas stay.

I had a wonderful vacation at the Draycott hotel. I had booked a queen room and when I got there they had upgraded me to a beautiful and spacious double room. The beds are very comfortable and the warm dishes at the breakfast are great. I loved the area close to sloane square, it felt safe and centrally located.
Better lightning in bathroom for makeup etc would have been great, but its just a small detail.
