It is a nicely done refurbishment of a well located town house(s). Neat, clean and tasteful.
I was given a single room which must have had no more than 9 sq.m. Not the sort of room you would expect from a 4/5 star hotel at £500 per night. I respect their search for profit but that is a room you cannot market if you want to maintain certain standards of quality.

Very nicely located hotel. The building has that old British vibe, while having very nice work done internally. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and we really enjoyed our 9 nights there.

Our room faced the park and was an oasis in the centre of the city. The location couldn't be better - really a great neighbourhood, 100 metres to shops, restaurants and the tube. Not a typical hotel experience, a true boutique hotel. More like a B and B without the hovering owners. The breakfast was outstanding. We ate there every mornig of our week long stay and it never got repetitious.

The location is great, right in Sloane Square, and the staff are generally very nice and welcoming. The room size is also quite spacious, which is a definite plus.
Upon arrival we were told that the only available Junior Suite was on the basement floor, and were even advised to move to a partner hotel nearby. Only after insisting firmly for a long time were we finally given a proper room in the main building, which was frustrating. The room itself is large, but not ideal for guests with allergies since the floor is fully carpeted. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast is quite limited, and even basic tea is charged, which feels inadequate for this level of hotel.
