We had a perfect stay at The Chelsea Townhouse. The location is wonderful, the hotel is beautiful, and our room was beyond amazing.
I came to London to celebrate my birthday, and I was so happy to find a lovely welcome treat and a bottle of champagne waiting for me in the room. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made me feel very special.
I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Thank you for that wonderful night’s sleep!
The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
Thank you for making my birthday trip so memorable. I would be delighted to stay here again.

This is such a beautiful hotel. I had been there before but it is under new management and has been refurbished. It is a charming, quirky hotel. The location is fabulous and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

We stayed in a Chelsea King room which was very spacious with a lovely sitting area, coffee and tea making facilities, desk, and ample closet. The location is perfect, right next to Pavilion Road pedestrian area and very close to Sloane Square tube (when running - we had the misfortune to be in London during the recent tube strike). The decor of the hotel is very beautiful and the staff were lovely and very accommodating.
Although there is not an onsite restaurant, they serve food from the sister property around the corner in the lounge. And the location is in the middle of lovely restaurants, shops and bakeries so we were never without options.
The bathroom lacked space for toiletries for two people but was a decent size for the city and beautifully decorated.

Not much
They took a classic old hotel with old world charms and exquisite service and turned it into a generic facsimile. What a shame

Very Good
The room had great size and decor. Everything was gorgeous and comfortable. The view to the street and the big windows and high ceilings were great. The service from the staff when I arrived was extraordinary.
The room was located over the area where staff does check in and there was a great deal of noise coming from the staff who was chit chatting all the time. I also feared that If I could hear them, they could hear me going to the restroom which is located right by the door of the unit. Also their app does not work very well. Half the staff was excellent and the other half was a bit patronizing. I was there for a week and did a great deal of work from the room. For the price I had expected impeccable service. I suffered an injury while there and the room is only accessible via stairs and that was a challenge.

Great location, nice area to have your food. Great staff- very helpful and friendly
My room- the window faces the walls and it’s dark and fenced in. The bed was very comfortable- but the room was very small, especially the first night- I got a bigger room and bed the following nights- but the same “view “

My stay at the Chelsea Townhouse Luxury Hotel in London was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a better room. The hotel’s attention to detail is impressive — from the vintage-style radio playing classic FM, creating a charming London and New Year atmosphere, to the thoughtful touches throughout the room that elevate the overall experience.
The location is unbeatable. Just steps from Sloane Square and the beautiful Pavilion Road, you have easy access to excellent cafés, restaurants, and a lovely local market. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel sits in a quiet, refined neighborhood, offering the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility.
Housekeeping was outstanding, with cleaning and service carried out multiple times a day, always quickly and attentively. The reception team was exceptionally helpful.
and I would like to extend special thanks to the young man Yassin, whose professionalism, kindness, and warm smile each morning made my stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, the Chelsea Townhouse makes guests feel genuinely valued and heard — exactly what a true traveler seeks. I look forward to returning on my next visit to London.

Very nicely located hotel. The building has that old British vibe, while having very nice work done internally. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and we really enjoyed our 9 nights there.
Nothing, all was good.

Poor
We liked the location
Property is not clean, the rooms are really noisy due to a old air cond system, some of the rooms have windows with no views but pipes, some rooms are located at the very under ground floor with no light, it’s a real disappointment.

Issue about booking. Our booking.com reservation stated room with a garden view. Hotel said the description in the reservation was wrong and refuses to give us a room with a garden view, then suggested it was our fault.
