Exceptional
Great location and very comfortable rooms
Wasn’t too impressed with the restaurant/bar. I felt that the service was too slow and not fully attentive.

Very clean and new. Good location ten min walk from underground. Central to main attractions if you’re a tourist. There is a divider door between bedroom and bathroom area so the glass doors on the toilet and shower wouldn’t be an issue if sharing with someone. Reasonable selection at breakfast. Nice idea to have free water stations on each floor instead of bottled water in room. Plenty of storage.
The Starbucks is a limited menu - no matcha. Tea cups in the room are absolutely tiny which makes for a disappointing drink. Booked a premium queen room. You could easily fit two people in but it would be a bit snug in the bedroom/living room area. Hairdryer was poor - not powerful at all so have to put it on hottest setting to get dry but then hair is frazzled. No biscuits in room.

Sink by the entrance door, the shower as a separate room and as a result floor in the hallway is always wet

Wonderful
I had a great room with plenty of space for myself, I especially like how the shower is separate from the toilet and how the room is laid out. It was quiet on the 6th Floor and the hotel overall is very nice. The only small gripe is the underground car park is very very cramped but that doesn't detract from the Hotel itself. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend staying there and will stay there again next time I'm in London.

Clean room and comfortable bed, close to the places I had to visit
Location isn’t lively, hotel and rooms lack in charm, no separate bathroom, materials used feel a little cheap.
