Room was really nice , book in with a warm cookie was a nice touch.
Glass mirror had marks all over it , bathroom door wasn’t clean , ants crawling around jam pots at breakfast . No toothpaste or toothbrush provided .

I was here on a 4 day holiday with my husband. I really loved the room. The staff were really warm and the location is super central. Just 5 mins from the station and wicked musical theatre. Lovely neighborhood. I also liked the welcome cookies.
I would have loved a lil more add ons like a robe and room slippers.

Location, good breakfast
Very small bed, no slippers available. We had to ask for the slippers then we got them. The sign to put on the door „don’t disturb” was missing. We had to ask for it from one of the cleaners. Shower in the bathroom was a bit broken and then it got temporarily fixed with a tape. The toilet paper after the cleaning service didn’t get re-filled. We had to ask for the extra toilet paper at the reception desk. This is definitely not what you would expect from the hotel where you pay €400 per night for a double room!
