The breakfast was amazing and the staff for breakfast was so nice. It was so good for both the adults and the kiddos that are very picky eaters! It made our day start so much easier

The location is perfect - incredible options for dining, shopping, pints, etc. in every direction within a short walk, and having Victoria Station across the street was beyond ideal with access to literally anywhere via train, tube, cab, or bus. Parliament / Westminster is an easy 20-minute walk. The hotel was clean with a perfumed lobby which I appreciated (scent is fresh and warm, not cloying), Staff at the hotel bar were very friendly and welcoming, and the housekeeping staff always offered a greeting.
The check-in process felt hurried, we paid an extra 70 pounds and I'm still not sure what it was for... but we were exhausted after being awake for over 24 hours with US to UK travel and and just wanted to get into the room. Our room on the 7th floor was well equipped and spacious, but warm. Our visit was late February/early March and we kept the window open the entire stay to even be comfortable, even with the thermostat as low as it would go.

Some rooms were renovated but others are still little old. There is no fan in bathroom which makes it humid after taking a shower

We loved the location, since we were using the train for our commute into London and out of London to Gatwick. The cookies were a nice treat to have upon arrival. The breakfast was good and hit the spot.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean. The bed comfy.
The food in the restaurant was okay but did not entice us to eat there for a second evening meal.
