The bar & restaurant were very good & dining was lovely.
I was very disappointed that I had gratuities added to my dining account with being asked or advised.

The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was clean. The bed comfy.
The food in the restaurant was okay but did not entice us to eat there for a second evening meal.

Location is convenient. It’s near Victoria Station(1 min walk). The service is good
The air conditioner is difficult to use. The Christmas dinner is poor but expensive (just some meat with poor quality, and some fruit not fresh enough, but nearly 50£ per person)

Loved the little touches, the cookie on arrival, the truffles. The coffee pod coffee machine.
Makes the stay so much more special.
