Location. Bed very comfortable.
No ‘ambiance’, no facecloths in bathroom, non-European staff in dining room clueless about European breakfast and often necessary items missing or in strange places. Poor at refilling Buffett items.

Hotel has great rooms, is in a good position with plenty of local restaurants and public transport options. The breakfasts were very good.

The location is near Victoria station, which gives you access to all transportation services. Near to all major tourist attractions. It's not a busy street.
The breakfast - There is no compliment about the quality served, but we stayed five days and couldn't see a single dish change. They should have alternative choices on a daily basis atleast every three days.
Rooms size was so small.
