The breakfast really good with a wide selection. The room was really clean and comfortable. The staff were really friendly and we were able to leave our luggage before checking in and after checking out which was a massive bonus. Really nice stay overall

Lovely staff , great location,clean&comfy room. Will stay again.
Think some areas of room need upgrade,pillows need some attention, apart from that enjoyed our 4 day stay.

Location and lobby was great.
Our room on the 10th floor felt very out the way, it felt like the cleaning quarters to get there. The room however was good and the views were amazing, we would stay again but I wouldn’t want to be on the 10th floor.

Location amd breakfast great.
Room we were allocated was poor, considering we had been told it was an upgrade, 10th floor with only a lift to the 9th. 10th floor was like the forgotten floor, dirty corridors, pots and laundry constantly left during our 24 hour stay.

Superb location, lovely room but no view
Shampoo container was completely empty in shower, huge amount of dust on skirting boards & as I suffer from asthma I always have to check for dust levels in room, used our own cleansing wipes to clean as I can never risk an asthma attack
