The fire alarm going off at 4am. It was a false alarm. woke us up from a really good and needed rest.

This was my first time visiting London, and my experience was great. The hotel location was great. The train station was literally right out the front door, and the busses and cars were a very short distance away. Whatever I needed was in walking distance, and if not the concierge was very helpful, the room was comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating. To me, the price was reasonable for the amount of time I booked for. I'd like to stay there again.
The room was small for 2 people and a king sized bed, but I was told that's standard abroad.

The room could do with updating particularly the bathroom where there was quite a bit of mold in the shower . The bathroom could also do with a fan. The room was otherwise okay but a bit more was expected for the price . Good location . Good breakfast with friendly efficient staff .

Easy to walk around.
My husband and I are in our 70’s. The hotel put us on the 10th floor. Problem was we had to take the elevator to the 9th floor and walk up a flight of stairs because the elevator to the 10th floor was out of service. We asked to change our room and were told that they couldn’t guarantee there would be any available the next day. At that point we didn’t bother to pursue the issue.

Proximity to tourist attractions: Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abby, Big Ben. Proximity to the underground subway. Several restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast was a bargain at 12 pounds.
Not a knock on the Hotel itself but there is a bit of homelessness around Victoria station. I just want to make families aware of what to expect in the neighborhood.

Location is excellent, we can walked to the station easily.
It's safe, nothing was stolen in the hotel.
I believe the training for the housekeeping staff could be improved. While I understand they have a large number of rooms to clean, there always seem to be small but noticeable oversights. For example, the lotion had not been refilled for two consecutive days, I had to call to request a new body wash because the pump was broken, and I was even charged twice for reasons unknown. These issues do not reflect the standard or value one would expect from the hotel’s price point and the Hilton brand.
