We were disgusted to see three mice running around the restaurant and when we pointed this out to the reception manager they never even reacted. They said “yes, we know about the mice”

Some rooms were renovated but others are still little old. There is no fan in bathroom which makes it humid after taking a shower Train moving is always noisy Drinking Water at additional cost

Very clean, nicely presented and good location.
Only downside was tried to get room service but as reception hadn’t authorised a credit card on checking in, I was unable to unless I came down to reception (at around 11pm) which I wasn’t doing so as had just changed for bed. If I’d been asked at check in, I would have agreed to authorisation. Or like other hotels, payment could be taken by card at my door??
