Location is just by Victoria station, the trains & underground. Bis stop for multiple routes are avail a stonethrow away.
The fire alarm going off at 4am. It was a false alarm. woke us up from a really good and needed rest.

This was my first time visiting London, and my experience was great. The hotel location was great. The train station was literally right out the front door, and the busses and cars were a very short distance away. Whatever I needed was in walking distance, and if not the concierge was very helpful, the room was comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating. To me, the price was reasonable for the amount of time I booked for. I'd like to stay there again.
The room was small for 2 people and a king sized bed, but I was told that's standard abroad.

The room could do with updating particularly the bathroom where there was quite a bit of mold in the shower . The bathroom could also do with a fan. The room was otherwise okay but a bit more was expected for the price . Good location . Good breakfast with friendly efficient staff .

The concierge Diam was a wonderful help to us, always very responsive, kind and helpful.

Easy to walk around.
My husband and I are in our 70’s. The hotel put us on the 10th floor. Problem was we had to take the elevator to the 9th floor and walk up a flight of stairs because the elevator to the 10th floor was out of service. We asked to change our room and were told that they couldn’t guarantee there would be any available the next day. At that point we didn’t bother to pursue the issue.
