The staff were excellent throughout. The receptionists were helpful, the concierge knowledgable, and the restaurant staff were polite and courteous. The food in the restaurant was very good. The room was spotless and very quiet.
We had a firm alarm go off in the middle of the night and early in the morning. This may have been the result of a power cut. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Very comfortable.
No opening windows for freesh air, so when power failed at 02:00hrs, the room soon got very warm and uncomfortable. I do prefer fresh air over forced air via aircon.

Great location, friendly staff, decent breakfast. The room was comfortable. Literally next to Victoria station, so very well connected by underground, bus or if you need to take the Gatwick train.
We got a room at the end of the corridor and it was a bit noisy at times (never at night), like they had some machines working nearby.

Its proximity to Victoria station. The concierge was friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable. The TV channels were good - with a combo of cable and local TV prog. The sheets were luxurious and the bed was super comfortable. The wifi was stable. The restaurant was convenient if you did not feel like venturing out. Coffee and tea available in the room.
The wardrobe had limited depth. There were no amenities except for soap and lotion. I had to call for the robe and slippers to be delivered.
