Lovely room, comfortable stay, staff were very pleasant. Central location for the theatres i was attending and the train station literally opposite.
The iron in my room started smoking when I plugged it in. Apart from that the stay was great.

Location perfect, staff helpful , concierge had little knowledge off tube to take to theater , and send us in the wrong direction, 25 min walk to get to the teater . Hitel perfect for our needs ,

Location is fantastic: tube, rail and coach station literally across the road. Staff: everyone was attentive and nice. Cleanliness: no concerns. AC worked well. Our room faced the station, but it wasn't noisy at all, since there were 4 layers of double-glazing. I'd stay again, but would not have breakfast here.
Breakfast: limited options, bread/pastries were not fresh, eggs were dry, waffles were the type you buy frozen. The room was good, but you notice it's time for a renovation (metalwork in the bathroom is rusty, mildew in the shower etc.).
