The location was fantastic! The staff was very helpful in all manner from the front desk to the concierge to breakfast. This hotel goes on the top of our list.
The only room available to us at the time was past the elevator reach so we needed to walk a couple of flights of stairs which for my wife presently some difficulty because of ambulatory issues but we managed cheerfully. The top floor had great views. Once there you then had the bathroom but had to walk back down three steps to the bedroom.

Well situated with well laid out rooms. The restaurant was good value with a nice menu. We were on the 9th floor which was easy to access and very quiet.
There was building work adjacent to the hotel for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. Started at 0800hrs and even though we were on the 9th floor it was disturbing. Might not have stayed if warned before hand
