I received a very warm welcome when I arrived at reception, which was really lovely after a trying journey. My room was spacious and clean, and had all the facilities and more, that I needed for my stay. The breakfast selection was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful, as were the bar staff. In fact, I felt very well looked after for the duration of my stay, and the staff were, without exception, very warm and generous with their time and assistance. Thank you so much.
If I had to find a fault, the loo in my bathroom had a little 'residue' in it from a previous occupant, which was easily dealt with by an extra flush. It had clearly been cleaned, but there was a little remnant that should have warranted an extra flush, but I am really nit-picking here. Other than that, my room, and all the areas of the hotel, was clean and very comfortable.

Bright and welcoming. Very close to the station - there’s an almost hidden entrance across the road. Very handy as it rained a lot. Friendly staff, comfortable room, bed and pillows. Love the warm cookies on arrival- they even had a vegan one for my daughter.

The cleanliness, the room lay out the restaurant was open super clean. The staff were so welcoming as soon as you walk in, the concierge was very kind to my daughter who is 5. Restaurant staff maybe conversation with my daughter not just myself. Felt very welcomed. Oh and the cookies given upon arrival were some of the best we have eaten. Great touch.
The shower screen allowed water to pass at the bottom onto the floor. King delux room M10.

Lovely breakfast , all staff were friendly to myself and daughter . We stayed while going to see wicked which was an ideal location for the theatre . We were allowed to check In a little earlier than stated which was super handy . Would certainly stay again in the future.
