Exceptional
Location right across from Hyde Park was great. So easy to walk everywhere. And the front desk staff was awesome. First Doubletree we’ve ever stayed at that was generous with their cookies (love them!). Having a balcony was so nice as well, especially with the nice weather we had.
There strangely wasn’t any phone in the room (or at least none we could find), so we had to go down to the front desk to ask for anything (though that was an excuse to ask for another cookie!). Not a big deal.

Location safe quiet close to parks near underground station, room comfortable food is good.
there was expensive booking miscommunication had to wait more than 3 hours to get the room key even though I messaged in advance that will come early morning that why I booked day before even not used at night to get to room immediately after long flight and short trip wasted half a day and full day hotel room not used. The room wasn’t very clean

Brilliant location, opposite Kensington/hyde park .. walk to portobello rd , Notting Hill etc
Few minor things , cleaning staff took spare key , didn’t replace water bottles and kept replacing towels even though we left them “ hanging on hooks” indicating we would be happy to reuse ( contrary to their “save the planet mantra “)

Very Good
Location. Easy access to walking in Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. Queensway and Bayswater tube stations close by. Several pubs and lots of varied restaurants nearby.
On the pricey side, due to location I expect. Nice place, helpful staff, overall very good but not extraordinary.

Good location, staff very attentive, the room was comfortable.
The self serve hot breakfast was very tepid and certainly not hot! Fruit juice was watery and the pastries were tired and not the freshest. Toiletries were empty in the shower, switch cover by the bed came off and the toilet roll holder was broken. One of the lifts was out of order.

The housekeeping staff cleaned the room very well. + The room size was acceptable, and the check-in process was smooth, fast, and excellent.
I booked two rooms, a single and a double. While the double room was perfect, the single room does not include slippers or a hair dryer.

The housekeeping was terrible. Made the beds and changed towels but didn’t replenish the tissue box, coffee/tea ,still water… such a poor job! They stuff my brochure n map under the bed!!?! My god I couldn’t believe it! It took them 3 days to get all sorted out… don’t they have a checklist for housekeeping??

You for taking care of us so well and efficient. Meadow cafe is also good for the visit and worth for
money.
The has bit of dusty especially air conditioner side and wardrobes and bed is not in the best conditions.

When we checked in and went in the room, the room snd bathroom was dirty and they expected us to still stay and wait for them to clean it even though we checked in late. Then the next day the room wasn't cleaned after I requested it to be cleaned twice. Poor management and not clean at all, very disappointed never booking there again.

AC shuts off automatically after 3 hours and room becomes hot.
The housekeeper enter in room two times without any prior waiting.
