The front desk service was good and storage was convenient.
I asked for disposable slippers at night, and the front desk said they would be delivered, but I waited more than an hour and didn't deliver them. We booked a double bed room, one bed with lipstick prints on the sheets.

Found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a very nice area steps away from Hyde Park and the Bayswater stores and restaurants.

Air. Conditioning did not work, did not sleep as too hot. Was offered another room after two nights which was a lesser room than booked.

Location . The reception was friendly and helpful
The housekeeping was terrible. Made the beds and changed towels but didn’t replenish the tissue box, coffee/tea ,still water… such a poor job! They stuff my brochure n map under the bed!!?! My god I couldn’t believe it! It took them 3 days to get all sorted out… don’t they have a checklist for housekeeping??

Very pleasant stay, room was clean.
Staff were all friendly.
Great location.
Bathroom is quite small.
Breakfast buffet dishes were very slow coming out.

Excellent location. However we were given a room on the M floor with a flight of steps leading to the room. It was very difficult to lug the luggage up and down the stairs. Your staff is efficient but not warm. No help towards helping with luggage was extended.

Room way too hot and windows could not open, AC was on but facing the ceiling and we could not feel it even at its highest level - also ac made too much noise. 250£ to sleep in a sauna

Concierge Miro is one of the best and thank
You for taking care of us so well and efficient. Meadow cafe is also good for the visit and worth for
money.
The has bit of dusty especially air conditioner side and wardrobes and bed is not in the best conditions.
