Room was comfortable although pillows rather thinly stuffed. The restaurant was OK in the evening, breakfast good
My partner left his knee pillow but the hotel could not find it the next day. It was of no value but annoying it was not handed in by the room maid.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were good , Good location close to Hyde park and stations.
The room was pretty basic and didn’t appear very clean. Outlook over rubbish bins and back of building wasn’t great. I had problems with temperature in the room, too hot most of the time, so didn’t sleep very well

The location was great. Peaceful yet in Central London. The staff was friendly.
We booked 2 rooms- one had a bad smell and the safe was broken. For both rooms, the shower went from warm to boiling even without touching the tap. Must have been some issues with the boilers and water pressure. For both rooms, the edges of the bed was super soft which means that you would easily fall off the bed if you rollover in the middle of the night.
