It was a comfortable bed
I am diabetic and the hotel refused to refrigerate my insulin for me, even we arrived at 7.00am and could not check in until 3.00pm. I had travelled for 24 hours with my insulin in a cool pack but by 7.00am it required refrigeration. A very poor policy.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this DoubleTree. From the second I walked in, the staff were amazing—friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive to every detail. It’s rare to find a team that makes you feel so welcome!
The rooms were wonderful as well: modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect environment to relax in. Everything from the check-in process to the room quality exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be staying here again!

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton. They truly made my graduation trip special! The staff were absolutely amazing—so welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived.
The rooms were wonderful as well: clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after the graduation festivities. Of course, the signature warm cookie at check-in was the cherry on top! I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone celebrating a special occasion. Thank you for making my big day even better!

Location safe quiet close to parks near underground station, room comfortable food is good.
there was expensive booking miscommunication had to wait more than 3 hours to get the room key even though I messaged in advance that will come early morning that why I booked day before even not used at night to get to room immediately after long flight and short trip wasted half a day and full day hotel room not used. The room wasn’t very clean

Brilliant location, opposite Kensington/hyde park .. walk to portobello rd , Notting Hill etc
Few minor things , cleaning staff took spare key , didn’t replace water bottles and kept replacing towels even though we left them “ hanging on hooks” indicating we would be happy to reuse ( contrary to their “save the planet mantra “)

The location is excellent, right opposite Hyde Park and within easy walking distance of transport links, shops, and restaurants. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and well maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and the room was comfortable, quiet, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay.

I’ve stayed at the property before location is great and hotel itself was clean the lady that greeted us upon arrival was more than lovely and welcoming I think her name was Gul
After waiting to check into our hotel room 505, we walked through the door and the toilet was almost overflowing with water coming up
To the rim. We had to leave the property for a burial asap so after leaving I’d asked via text messages for the matter to be revolved and was told that a member of the maintenance team would come up to the room to resolve this issue whilst we were out. However when arriving back To the hotel room several hours later no progress had been made and the bathroom toilet was still completely backed up with water and toilet paper even tho non of us in the room had used the toilet itself! Rather disgusting really. Me and the other members of my party had decided to go to sleep and if we needed the loo just to use the downstairs lobby bathroom. Which was a major inconvenience! The morning after one
Member of my party had used the shower and again the water was flooding out of the shower basin making the floor wet. When I’d notified gul at reception the morning after, I’d shown her the messsges between me and the lady id been messaging about the matter she’d offered me 2 free drinks at the bar and was told that the matter would be “fixed for me” after I’d explained that we weren’t able to stick around because we had a 4 and a half hour car journey back home. And haven’t heard anything back since! After staying here before and not having these issues it really stuck out to me. Very dissatisfied for a chain hotel of this calibre.

Location was great and parking at the hotel was easy
When I checked into the hotel I was told the room wasn’t ready but it was under priority clean and would be notified when it was ready I was then told it was ready and could go up when I entered the room it had not been cleaned and was in quite a disarray I tried calling reception via the phone in the room but the line was dead, I went down and explained and was told someone would come clean I was heading out for the day when I returned that evening most of it had been cleaned but it still wasn’t upto standards, the toilet did not work as once flushed water just kept flowing so could not sleep with the noice I later found out there was more than just my room with toilet issues some rooms had to be blocked off after check out, the a/c could not be used as when turned on the most extreme foul smells came from the vents so I can only assume that the vents have not been cleaned in quite some time which also was an ongoing issue with other guests all in all I cannot say I enjoyed my stay

The room was spacious with a lovely big view of ( despite car park in foreground) park and gardens. Huge TV.
Rooms are tired, needs some maintenance and TLC. Food poor.
