Accidentally dropped my key in the room before checking out. Before leaving the hotel I asked the staff members at reception had it been handed in, with which they responded it had been handed in but it was locked in safe by the cleaners, who had took the key for it home and would not be back until the next day. As I was leaving to go home this meant that I would have to find somewhere else to stay when I arrived home due to not having my key. I was not impressed by this at all. All staff in the hotel, particularly receptionist staff should have a key to access any lost property. Cleaners should not be locking things away without notifying staff in the hotel and leaving with keys so they cannot access it. Very unprofessional.

Location was great. Staff were very friendly & the lady at the coffee shop Alfiya was really nice. Beds are really comfy.
Wasn’t as clean as should be. Stayed here a few times & it’s been good but First day on arrival I found a used cotton bud on the window sill!

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location is absolutely perfect — very central and within easy reach of everything. Our room was extremely comfortable and made us feel at home. The reception team was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Gül and Mori for their warm welcome and genuine smiles — they truly made our experience even more special. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Every member of staff was so lovely and attentive. Room was good. Good selection of toiletries, if anything was forgotten. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. And a nice view across London. Cian on the reception desk went above and beyond and is an asset to your front of house.
