Very pleasant stay, room was clean.
Staff were all friendly.
Great location.
Bathroom is quite small.

Excellent location. However we were given a room on the M floor with a flight of steps leading to the room. It was very difficult to lug the luggage up and down the stairs. Your staff is efficient but not warm. No help towards helping with luggage was extended.

Room way too hot and windows could not open, AC was on but facing the ceiling and we could not feel it even at its highest level - also ac made too much noise. 250£ to sleep in a sauna

Concierge Miro is one of the best and thank
You for taking care of us so well and efficient. Meadow cafe is also good for the visit and worth for
money.
The has bit of dusty especially air conditioner side and wardrobes and bed is not in the best conditions.

Lovely hotel. Clean and tidy and a super location for carnival.
Great to have an iron and ironing board in the room and other facilities were good.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
The rooms were a little on the small side but fine for our one night stay.
The mattress was a bit firm for me and pillows weren't great, but again, not an issue for just one night.

Disapointed with many things.
1. Rubish bin is not empty, and smelling. Refredge and lights are dusting.
2. Disposed bag box in the bathroom is empty, Tissue box almost empty, only three plys left. Toilet paper roll rack is broken.
3. Room is too small. The condition position is not good. Could sir come out in the same high level of the bed and too close to the bed.

Clean, close to tube stations & Hyde Park , short walk through to Kensington High Street . Very comfortable beds , clean , great service from staff , complimentary water & cookies on arrival , room restocked with coffee & milk & cleaned during two night stay
