Found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a very nice area steps away from Hyde Park and the Bayswater stores and restaurants.

Location . The reception was friendly and helpful
The housekeeping was terrible. Made the beds and changed towels but didn’t replenish the tissue box, coffee/tea ,still water… such a poor job! They stuff my brochure n map under the bed!!?! My god I couldn’t believe it! It took them 3 days to get all sorted out… don’t they have a checklist for housekeeping??

Concierge Miro is one of the best and thank
You for taking care of us so well and efficient. Meadow cafe is also good for the visit and worth for
money.
The has bit of dusty especially air conditioner side and wardrobes and bed is not in the best conditions.

When we checked in and went in the room, the room snd bathroom was dirty and they expected us to still stay and wait for them to clean it even though we checked in late. Then the next day the room wasn't cleaned after I requested it to be cleaned twice. Poor management and not clean at all, very disappointed never booking there again.

Close to underground and Hyde park
AC shuts off automatically after 3 hours and room becomes hot.
The housekeeper enter in room two times without any prior waiting.

This place is nothing similar to the photos, it’s awfully dirty, and it’s a shame to the Double Tree by Hilton brand.
Our room was disgusting. The balcony was not clean, the dust was visible, and the sheets were clearly not changed before we checked in.
Upon arrival, the lady who checked us in denied receiving my room size PAID request update and was only semi cooperative after I showed her the confirmation. In addition, she was condescending assuming we wanted the upgrade for free!!
How this is a 4 stars hotel, I will never understand! And how people give it a high score for cleanliness, even more shocking.

Staff are friendly and try their best to be helpful in a bad situation
Great location but after staying here almost 8-10 times over the years I don’t think I’ll ever stay again. The air conditioning was broken even though we upgraded our rooms on arrival. The staff did their best to make us comfortable but unfortunately the room, and the general hotel floors were a sauna. Couldn’t sleep or be comfortable in the room and had to keep leaving the hotel for cooler places outside during the day - and this is in May. Very unpleasant experience and totally avoidable with decent maintenance.

Rooms were slightly dated and could do with a refurb to bring inline with other DoubleTree hotels.
