The location was superb.
The HR manager and staff were very helpful when we had some concerns. The Hr manager was extremely professional and exceeded our expectations in every way possible. Special thanks to Clan and King David.
The gym was sufficient.
Air condition is too loud. Room maintenance need tweeks here and there.
Breakfast choices should improve.

Great location. Clean and well appointed. Staff were excellent.
Mattress was uncomfortably firm and could feel the springs. Staff resolved with a mattress topper.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were great, check-in was quick and efficient and we were able to check in early to our room at 2pm. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The hotel is well-maintained and breakfast offered a great selection. The location was ideal, providing easy access to the tube and shops.
Overall, I couldn't fault my stay and would happily return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us visiting the area and the hotel was exceptionally clean. The room had everything we needed for our short stay.
The staff were all fantastic. Very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. We also enjoyed the unlimited wings in the restaurant, and the breakfast the following morning was delicious.
I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It was an ideal location for the venue we attended. Staff were very good
Parking is limited, very tight spaces and no disabled bays. Booked a king room and requested a room with a walk in shower, however up graded but room had a bath. Ended up in a double accessible room, still waiting for a refund on the price difference

The Location was very good and the front office staff was really helpful.
The housekeeping of the hotel was poor.
I realised that booking this hotel last minute gives you better room rates than booking in well advance.
