Staff very helpful, polite and made you feel very welcome. Sorted the couple of problems we had very quickly.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Good location for visiting Sadlers Wells Theatre, as we were. Room was good, clean, but cold, and no milk for tea/coffee. That said staff were prompt to remedy the latter. We discovered the 'heating' had to be switched on by us after a cold night!
Instructions in room re heating/air conditioning would have been helpful.

Staff were really friendly and helpful, location was great with easy access to the tube, breakfast was great unfortunately we didn't get chance to use the free drinks vouchers and we didn't see them in the room till the following day.
I had to unblock the shower drain.
