The staff on reception were extremely welcoming and when noticing we were celebrating a special birthday, he upgraded our room and gave us warm cookies. He even threw in some free drinks vouchers and a complimentary breakfast each. The room was spotless with plenty of room for all 3 of us and the nearest tube station only a 5 minute walk away. Absolutely perfect

It was a lovely comfortable hotel. The only reason my score is a little lower was the issue with their card keys . They kept timing out so we couldn’t open our bedroom doors and kept having to go back down to reception to refresh. Otherwise a lovely hotel with lovely staff.

The hotel is in a busy location but quiet inside. The rooms are nice to be in but need a couple of tweaks to be fully comfortable. The staff are friendly and breakfast has plenty of options, including for a coeliac.
The air-con in the room kept resetting itself meaning the room was chilly for the two nights we stayed. Maintenance was called but nothing was fixed on any of the occasions we raised the issue with reception. There was only one, thin, pillow per person and the option of a second would have been nice.
