Location
Double bed was horrendous, springs were clunky and uncomfortable in the mattress’s. Breakfast was very expensive and missing items such as mushrooms and poached eggs were a joke… either over cooked OR really undercooked( slimed) . Apple juice and orange juices were severely watered down!!!

Brillant location.
Breakfast was awful , completely understaffed , plates everywhere , equipment broken . Staff tried extremely hard but just not enough . I thought Hilton was a premium brand , should had stayed at premier inn!!

good location if you travel by train, rechable by foot from St Pancras International. There are some supermarkets neaby as well. personeel is actually very friendly and helpful.
