The location was good. The staff were good.
The breakfast for a 4-star hotel was poor. We got down around 10am . The coffee machine was broken, so there was no selection. We had to rely on staff making coffee in pots. You could tell a lot of the food had been out for a long time by its look and how it tasted.. I had to ask for sliced bread for toast. When it arrived, you could tell it had not long been out of the feezer. In view of this, we went elsewhere for our breakfast on the second day. The room I stayed in, 103, was good and clean, although I think on some of the floors they were having problems with heating. My room was on the cool side, with the heating set quite high. The bathroom was ok with a nice shower. However, the hand basin was too small for the size of tap fitted. You get on hitting your hands against it.

Everyone was so welcoming and lovely, the rooms were clean and very very comfortable
the portions were kind of small for the amount of money and the food when me and my friends got it was cold as it took over an hour to arrive

I went to the London Art fair, so this hotel was in a perfect location for me, as close to the Business Design Centre, the room was top-notch, and the staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was ok with a different range of food. I will definitely book again in the near future.
