Hotel standards were brilliant. Staff were very professional and location is great. Room was icy cold which was perfect as it was a very hot day. We didn't have time to use much of the hotel but the breakfast was lovely.
Staff were very professional and there were no issues, the only thing I would suggest is that when we arrived the receptionist didn't smile at all. But did their job professionally and seamlessly . Just a friendly touch that would have made it 10/10.

Location is very central, staff extremely pleasant and helpful, rooms very clean and well maintained, food always well made. Air conditioning everywhere in the summer heat of London was a lifesaver.

My stay was horrible from the very first moment. Their restaurant is very close to the reception so when you walk in straight away you feel the smell of food (i think its an Indian restaurant, I might be wrong). I have paid for the stay in advance but they asked me to pay again a deposit (they said “in case I will damage something “), then they asked me to sign the form, I was too tired to read the form I was signing, that is why I signed it and I was about to take a picture of this form to read what I have just signed later as they said that I won’t get a copy of that document, they didn’t let me, instead they invited the manager. He was very rude. He was very patronising. They made me feel from the beginning that I have done something. Disgusting behaviour. By the way, their air conditioners set up to the certain limit and you can’t change it and it switches off after certain time so I woke up several times because of the hit. My advice-NEVER! The worst experience in my life!

המלון נמצא ליד רכבת תחתית וקוי אוטובוס מרכזיים
החדר מיושן . הוילון באמבטיה מלוכלך צבע בקירות אמבטיה מתקלף. באים לנקות את החדר ב3 בצהריים שעת מנוחה . ואז גם רק מסדרים ולא מנקים את החדר. שילמנו עבור צ'ק אאוט מאוחר ויחד עם זה ביטלו לנו את כרטיסי המפתח לחדר ב11 בבוקר.המעליות אחריות ולא נותנות מענה לאורחים.

Staff were good, check-in was smooth, location was very good (and not in Congestion Charging zone - so no extra fee).
Shower water pressure/temp was poor regardless of the time of the day; parking bay configuration was extremely tight and pricey at £40; breakfast was undercooked (sausages were actually raw); aircon didn’t work for more than 30 mins (not great when London is in middle of a heatwave); curtains didn’t close fully so light and noise from nearby bars went on to around 1.30am (Saturday night)

Stayed for four nights in August with friends and had a very pleasant stay. The hotel itself is modern, spacious and very clean. Mimi who served us most days was very pleasant and accommodating of our every need. She really is an asset to the hotel.
The rooms AC was really appreciated as it was very warm during our stay. Rooms are clean and very well kept and have every item you need to feel comfortable and cosy.
Location was perfect for underground connections and has plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby.
Would definitely stay again!
