Mostly everything.
Breakfast was good, but the pancake machine was out of order much to my daughter’s disappointment. The room was very crowded and there wasn’t enough staff to cope with clearing tables or replacing food.
The beds were too hard for me, the room was nice & the shower was good.

Disappointing
We are frequent visitors and usually stay between one and two weeks and apart from the breakfast that is never great we liked it so far because the rooms were good and the location is convenient.
This time it was truly disappointing. We booked two rooms for a week at nearly 3k euros. We were put in a wing that was serviced by a battered service elevator which on the ground floor also opened in the laundry room and took forever because there’s only one in that wing. The heating didn’t work in our room and the loo was permanently running so was very noisy. The room was usually cleaned late in the afternoon which made it possible to rest after lunch. There was no slippers or bathrobes which was difficult in a freezing room and only one hand towel which wasn’t always there. When the big towels were replaced that one wasn’t. Very disappointing stay this time.

Breakfast was very good with all the usual hot and cold options. Pleased to have a later check out at 12 noon and access to gym facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our bags after check out and collect later. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Happy with the location which was a 15 min walk from Kings Cross and a few minutes from Angel tube station. Bus stops also close by which helped.
Only downside was the thin bedding. It was a very cold day/night and a warmer duvet would have been better.

Housekeeping was very poor . Day of arrival no shower gel , conditioner in the bathroom . No bath towels left on one of the days . Only two towels left for 3 guests on the first day .
