Really good location, very friendly front desk staff (in our case), spacious room for London standards, comfortable bed.
Our supposedly 'deluxe' room was in the older wing of the hotel, which is definitely up for a renovation. We were travelling with other friends and they had a standard room in the newer wing which was in much better state. Very limited amenities (one towel, no slippers, no replacement of water, coffee and tea). It's fine overall, but for over 250eur/night my expectations were definitely higher.

Location was good
Booked a superior queen room but we were moved to a so called better room.....bed was a double, too small, uncomfortable and the room was cold. Night two, asked for the room we had booked superior queen, bed was nice but we had to call reception to turn on the heating (which is controlled from there) as the room was 15 degrees when we got in.....same again in the morning cold.

It was clean
For a double tree, I expected more, only 4 tiny milks for 3 people left in the room, no flannels, no bottles of water in the room, but was told on leaving we could of asked for them, no magnified mirror. All the above are in most hotels nowdays, so for a Double Tree, I would expect that. DT is suposed to be better than a standard Hilton, but how I have no clue, its a mystery. Not impressed for a family room with not even basics for £344 per night.

Location and transport links were excellent. Room was clean Facilities were good, tea and coffee making and a small fridge. Bathroom was small but adequate.
Breakfast was very busy and often had to wait for things to be continually replenished . Coffee machine broke down No fried or poached eggs available, only scrambled.

The location was ok and the hotel itself was nice.
Pillows were too soft didn't sleep all night my mum was feeling cold even tho I tried with the heating on the highest.

I have stayed here in the past and always been impressed by the cleanliness and smart appear of the rooms. However this time I was disappointed. The bathroom is quite dated, the room was a lot smaller and beds. The pillows were very flat and only 1 each
