I understand they might have been busy, but the receptionist was unfriendly and unsmiling. I had trouble with the key card; it took several tries to open the door every time.

Very centrally located, easy access to everything via public transport. It’s a huge property but feels cozy.
I think they need to update a few fixtures in the rooms specifically the bathrooms. While everything works fine for now, some things are obviously falling apart.

The rooms were super clean and very comfortable. Everything felt very well kept, although a more modern TV with Netflix could have helped.
Please fix your keycards. They barely work. Nine times out of ten, I couldn't get into the elevator or my room and was only able to get in because my mom was already there. Other guests were also massively struggling with the keycards to get into the elevators. We had to have them reset no less than four times.
