Staff were good, hotel entrance was nice, breakfast was good, check out was easy,
Hotel room smelt bad, air con switched off in the middle of the night so woke up cold, room was small, no real ammenties in the room. No glasses/water. Busy breakfast area.

Comfortable bed & good location. Staff were really friendly and nice.
The breakfast unfortunately wasn’t so good, only the croissants were delicious. The A/C didn’t work.

No hot water is available during peak hours — every morning and every evening, without exception. The cleaning standards are below expectations — used cups were returned to their place without being washed, and the linens were not changed during an 11-day stay.

The chap checking us in was very friendly, and was welcoming.
The bar staff, I had a cut my mouth open on a chipped glass. I pulled it out with my finger which was also cut to be told its ice... Blood all over my hands and face to be told we will do you a new drink.. Absolutely insane service no accident form or log taken and no medical box provided. I own 5 businesses with 200+ staff and this was appalling , The ladies attitude was so bad I haven't witnessed this before in my adult life.
