Hotel was super clean and really nice interior
Staff were helpful and friendly , easy check in and check out
The new refurbished rooms are really lovely. Beds super comfy.
Drinks prices were extortionate! Two small glasses of wine were almost £20

The key card was a nightmare , had too go a few times too reception about it , not good when u can't also use the lift the same go back down , that was the only issue .

There was no parking close by,had to walk a long way with heavy bags in the rain.
