The rooms were super clean and very comfortable. Everything felt very well kept, although a more modern TV with Netflix could have helped.
Please fix your keycards. They barely work. Nine times out of ten, I couldn't get into the elevator or my room and was only able to get in because my mom was already there. Other guests were also massively struggling with the keycards to get into the elevators. We had to have them reset no less than four times.

The mattresses ware hard, not enough pillows/cushions to lean against the headboard. Toilet was hard to flush and dirty under the rims which was noticeable when I was taking a bath.
