The hotel was in an excellent location- right in the heart of covent garden. The rooms are exceptionally appointed.. in an English style design by Kit Kemp.. absolutely superb.. the attention to detail with every aspect of the room to furnishings and accessories and room service is second to none. The staff are exceptionally attentive, professional and helpful..
Although a little on the pricey end.. you will not be disappointed.. you definitely get what you pay for with this superb hotel. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time.

The entire experience was excellent. The location was superb, the staff happy to help, the suite was so comfortable with lovely attention to detail (flowers, champagne, fruit) and the breakfast was served at the table - a plus!! We will definitely return and it’ll probably be our go to hotel for future trips to London.

We were upgraded to the 2-floor suite, absolutely stunning!
We love this hotel. The only improvement I would make is the inclusion of a kettle and tea-making provisions. I love a cup of tea in bed in the morning when I stay at hotels, and that is the only thing lacking.
