The hotel was in an excellent location- right in the heart of covent garden. The rooms are exceptionally appointed.. in an English style design by Kit Kemp.. absolutely superb.. the attention to detail with every aspect of the room to furnishings and accessories and room service is second to none. The staff are exceptionally attentive, professional and helpful..
Although a little on the pricey end.. you will not be disappointed.. you definitely get what you pay for with this superb hotel. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time.

THE BEST HOTEL EVER!!!. I travel quite a bit and can say hands down this was the most spectacular stay I have ever had. the staff, the hotel, the rooms.... every single thing from beginning to end. will stay here every single time I visit London

Breakfast was superb and served conveniently late in beautiful surroundings.
Our new Yers Eve meal wasn't very well attended by the what appeared to be short level of staff. We were in no hurry but for example would have had more drinks if we had been able to get attention. Also my main course was very over salted and this caused no reaction when I pointed it out.

the rooms were beautifully appointed with nice furnishings, comfortable beds, wonderful toiletries. i love that the bath and shower are separate. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
