This hotel is excellent , right next door to the London Palladium.
It has a roof top bar also a bar on the ground floor , it has cells as drinking booths as this building used to be the Magistrates Courts many years ago.
This hotel is expensive but its luxurious.
It has a swimming pool and sauna.
Breakfast is charged separately.
I would stay again.
There was nothing to dislike about the property.
It was spotlessly clean and beautifully run.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The location was ideal for my shows I was due to see at the London Palladium. Breakfast was delicious, the staff very attentive and helpful. A huge selection of food to choose from. It was minutes from the tube station.
Everything was perfect, I could not fault anything.

The Tv would not work and clearly they have a problem as there were instructions however this made no difference!

Location. Reception staff were welcoming. Room was clean.
Rooftop bar. Rather surly service at 10:20. Staff member sneezed into her hand and served drinks. Also the bar looked tacky.

The hotel was central to everything we needed for our stay. The staff were all very helpful and polite. The overall appearance was very nice.
The price for breakfast was 23 so went over the road to the O'Neills pub.

I told hotel in advance it was our anniversary!
They never acknowledged
This at all.
We said we would go to the sauna.. nothing was switched on!!!
No care staff couldnt care a less!!!
