The location was the best, couldn’t be better.. and the room size was really generous. Only these two were the best.
Breakfast was very limited ! No coffee machine for a “ 5star” hotel!! Not even in the room! Near to the end of the breakfast time they didn’t refill the empty serving plates and once when we were sitting there right on 10am they turned the light off and literally kick us out!
The swimming pool water had a layer of oil on it that made us not to use the swimming pool anymore! Not clean. For 6 nights they didn’t provide shower cap as they saw the only one was used and there were no more left! Not having a coffee machine in the room nor in the breakfast area was a shock for me as this was supposed to be a 5 star hotel !!!!

Its location is excellent
The price was excessive for the decor of the rooms, the showers didn’t work properly and the water alternates between boiling hot and cold no matter what setting you have it on, tv is limited and a basic sky package, toiletries were of a cheap brand, the hotel has a curry house attached to it with the most cheapest tackiest sign ever ?? Looks like it was printed on a home printer … just gave a bad vibe to the hotel , concierge also couldn’t locate my baggage and had me looking for it in the luggage room ??? What if I had an accident or slipped and fell in an area set aside for staff ??

Sensational location
The room was very dated and not in an interesting or cool ironic way, but in a really questionable design choice for the 80s or 90s way. Not good information about how to access facilities. I wouldn’t have like staying here solo due to my perception of lack of simple bug city security measures. No slip mat in shower which was over a big bath which was not simple to get in and out of

Location
Very unsatisfactory for a 5 star hotel. It bordered between a 3 or 4 star at best. The reception is sparsely furnished and very underwhelming when first entering the hotel. Some of the staff were exceptionally helpful and others quite abrupt and unpleasant.

I really do not think that it’s a five star hotel .
The tap was broken , I had a shower curtain . There was this odd bolt on my carpet under the curtain I kept stubbing my toe on . Credit too the staff they did sort the the broken tap and took away the bolt . 5 star hotels should not have shower curtains in this day and age .
The staff did allow us a late check out which was appreciated

Location was fantastic. Reception staff were lucky and allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated.
Breakfast room was small and cramped. Very good selection of foods however the hot selection was lukewarm. Bathroom was in need of some TLC. TV not working
