Was amazing from start to finish - checking in was easy and was also given a tour of the hotel all the way to our room. It’s in the heart of London making it easy to walk everywhere. The spa was amazing too and was cleaned constantly

The hospitality was second to none. Maybe just the four seasons

Extra touches were fab making daughters 21st very special
Bathroom was stunning
Nothing wish we could have stayed longer and got to use the restaurants it was only a short stay but would have liked to stay longer
