Rooms were good, location good , the extra balloons, roses , birthday cake excellent quality
Afternoon tea was poor. Staff were slow. Ordered two glasses of champagne and a larger. Waited ten minutes and single beer came out.. waited for another few minutes for champagne. Staff seemed hesitant and not confident. Sandwiches were just okay. The deserts weren't nice overall and lacked a wow. Much better fluid experience at the Ritz and better quality products. Breakfast was poor no pastries as they ran out even after asking nothing replimished. Hash brown on breakfast disgusting. Asked for sugar for cereal and never came. We recently stayed at the Mayfair again service and breakfast much better quality. In fact I've had better breakfast at premier inn. Overall a okay experience but definitely not 5 star experience.

Was amazing from start to finish - checking in was easy and was also given a tour of the hotel all the way to our room. It’s in the heart of London making it easy to walk everywhere. The spa was amazing too and was cleaned constantly
