Room was dark, cold and not very cosy considering we paid for a suite. This was our 4th year in a row staying for my partners birthday and sadly unlike previous years, the Christmas magic wasn’t there this year.

Spa was amazing, room was fabulous,reception staff lovely.
Cover charge in bar, and one of the staff in velvet bar was very condescending although most were lovely.

Staff, gym & spa is all lovely
We have stayed here twice now, my boyfriend has a severe Nut allergy and both times with our room service breakfast we have had nutella in a jar on our table. I know this would have been a genuine mistake however does not fill with confidence that the staff take having a nut allergy serious.

The bar staff were quite difficult, however the manager met with us in the morning and made us feel so much better..
