Fantastic quiet rooms - saw housekeeping going into a room when I walked down corridor to my own room and the door slammed behind her, yet I hadn’t heard any doors slamming AT ALL whilst inside my room. Large beautiful marble bathrooms even in standard rooms. Clean and well-equipped rooms, good bed. Quality slippers and towels. The Blue Boar pub (great staff, takes special dietary requirements very seriously). Good friendly concierge.
Was woken up in the middle of the night by front desk contacting me about payment, despite already paying for the room in full before checking in.
Bad quality toiletries - showered on Sunday morning before departure and still can’t wash off the strong chemical smell from the shampoo today (Wednesday). Towels (although good quality and clean) smelled sulphuric.
Breakfast, although with quality ingredients and served with fine China and silver cutlery, was not cooked properly (mushroom was dry and undercooked, tomato was also not special).
Bar was not good on a previous trip - asked how many mls in a glass that I paid for, then asked them to measure the amount and the Polish lady had poured me less than half what I was paying for. So even though there was a bar next to the lobby, we didn’t want to go back to the bar after my previous discovery, so we missed having a lobby bar where we could have a drink before dinner, etc.

Best breakfast buffet I've ever seen and you can order custom omellets to your liking. It was very quiet, did not hear any noise of any kind. Also very much appreciated the bottled water in the room. Great service at every request.

The location was great. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, though, because we would have had to pay for it. Most expensive hotels include breakfast.

A perfectly located hotel - if you are planning to visit the city; The hotel's standard is a maximum of four stars. The hotel is quiet, but don't expect any views. The room overlooks a littered courtyard.
The hotel is for a maximum of 2-3 days. The dedicated and helpful staff deserve praise. After 8:30 there were problems with breakfast and you had to wait for a free table.
Very poor breakfasts, few vegetables, modest menu to order - only 3 dishes and for the rest you had to pay extra. You can wait over 10 minutes for the ordered tea, the breakfast buffet is very modest - it reminds you of a budget hotel (there was no butter for 2 days) - the staff is very committed but that's not enough.
The lounge was very basic, with snacks only available at certain times, and there weren't many of them. After 7 p.m., only drinks, coffee, tea, and cold drinks were available.
