The staff was very nice and went out of their way to be accommodating. The location of the hotel was within minutes of many of the main attractions. A Tube Station was located adjacent to the hotel, which made travel to other parts of the city very easy. The restaurants on the first level were excellent.

All Staff were fantastic!! Maria the duty manager was so professional and caring and even organised a special treat for our anniversary. Bed was comfortable. It is so quiet and peaceful when you are in your room.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing, the food under the hot lamps were cold. I ordered an omelette and unfortunately the waitres ordered the wrong filling and ot took ages for the omelette to be made and brought out. Breakfast staff did seem a bit stressed.

The size of room is really good for London, and the location is excellent. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant; a really good selection and delicious choices off the menu Bed was big and comfortable Turn down service was a lovely touch
The room needed a refresh; the carpets were stained and the room smelled really musty The shower was very odd - the door opens easily inwards but then hits the shower head so you can't get in the door; instead you have to pull it outwards which isn't easy; then it floods everywhere.

Great hotel and front desk staff. The facility is very very nice.
We had the “do not disturb “ sign ON, but at 9:30am, the house cleaner knocked on the door and woke us up. We were not happy after traveling late last night. That person did not respect our wishes to be able to sleep late.
