The hotel is in an excellent location — just minutes from Westminster Abbey, yet very quiet and away from the main tourist crowds, which was a real plus.
The hotel was generally comfortable, but for the price the room did not feel practical or well maintained. The twin beds were on wheels and felt unstable, which affected sleep quality. The room felt cold and damp and had a noticeable musty smell. The carpet had visible stains and could use a deep cleaning. There were no usable electrical outlets in the bathroom, and the outlet next to the bedside table did not work. Using the hairdryer was inconvenient as it had to be used in the sleeping area, where there was no proper vanity or surface to place it. Overall, the room felt below the standard expected for the price.

We loved the place. The price quality ratio was great! The room, although a bit older, was exactly what we need. The bed was super comfortable with crisp white sheets. Coffee was plentiful, as well as tea selection. Bathroom products were Byredo which blew my mind! We had a room more on the smaller end but did not need more.

Best breakfast buffet I've ever seen and you can order custom omellets to your liking. It was very quiet, did not hear any noise of any kind. Also very much appreciated the bottled water in the room. Great service at every request.

Great location to walk to a lot of points of interest ie. Buckingham Palace, Big Ben,etc, The bed incredibly comfortable, breakfast was wonderful.
Our room never became available even after check in time. The hotel gave us another room that smelled like sewage. Not fun for a 4 night stay. Had to keep the windows open for the entire stay.
