We had a lovely stay at the Conrad for our wedding anniversary. The staff were amazing and made it truly memorable. The room was a very good size for London and the bed was so comfortable. Recommend getting the lounge as there were a good selection of drinks and canapés. We will definitely be back. Thanks!

Even though we arrived at midnight, there was plenty of staff on hand to welcome us. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast in the Executive lounge was excellent. The celeriac soup we had in the bar was exceptional. And the pinot noir they suggested was the perfect choice to compliment it. Downloading the Hilton Honours app made checking in and out painless and quick. I cant fault this hotel in any way. Location was even perfect for sunday stroll around st james park and catching a 10am change of the horse guards.

Great location - close to Big Ben and other landmarks. Very comfortable bed and nice bedding. That's all.
I don't know how this is possible in a 5* hotel, but the bathroom had no heating and was always cold. Why they didn't install underfloor heating - I will never understand. So for this reason alone I will never return to this hotel again.
The incomprehensible seating system for breakfast, when lines of 10 people formed, waiting for the hotel staff to register them and show them to the table - I have never seen people wait so long in decent hotels. Of course, I didn't wait - I just came to my place to have breakfast by skipping the line, but in general this situation is a complete disrespect for the guests and an indicator of a bad manager at the hotel who considers this normal.
And, by the way, the breakfast itself is very, very bad. That is, the choice is supposedly good, but for some reason it's all tasteless. I travel a lot around the world and have a lot of experience, so believe me - the food in this hotel is terrible: tasteless omelet, tasteless sausages, croissants are just not tasty, and even the bread is stale - very strange. The only thing that was good was the muffins.
So I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location was perfect for the event I was due to attend, the ambience inviting and the room very comfortable. The staff were outstanding, both on reception and for the breakfast service.
I was slightly disappointed that the hot food on the brekky buffet was more luke warm.
It was unfortunate that a key section of the Circle Line was closed for maintenance the weekend I was there, so I was unable to enjoy the extremely convenient proximity to St James Park tube station. Entirely outside the hotel's control.

Excellent service at all times, location, breakfast buffet, the hotel bar and Blue Boar pub!
The room was modernly equipped, but it seemed a bit dated and had an old-fashioned charm to it. It had a few issues which were taken care of very professionally by the hotel staff. The excellent service of the hotel staff around Maria really made this a special stay in the heart of London.
