The hotel is amazing, staff are absolutely out of this world, The food in The Pem is 10 out of 10, Canopies in the executive lounge were not as good as previous visits but still excellent. The staff can not do enough for you. Totally recommend this hotel. Isn't the cheapest the probably the best hotel I stay at
Wow this is a hard one!!!! So if i had to say something id say maybe another set of toilets. As the ones in the lobby area seem to serve the lobby, cocktail bar and The Pem (but this could just be me missing some others) I really really cant fault this hotel.

What a fab stay ... from arrival to check-out ... lots of lovely little surprises alongside attentive staff and a great room.
My only issue was the cooked breakfast items could have been hotter.

We especially enjoyed the location. We could go everywhere we needed to on foot within 15-20 minutes. Our room was very comfortable and the staff was extremely helpful. We have 3 meals at the Blue Boar Pub where the food is fantastic.
