An excellent hotel, with cleanliness at a top level. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are friendly and professional. 5 out of 5 stars Special praise goes to the housekeeping staff, who are efficient and keep the room beautifully maintained throughout the day. 5 out of 5 stars A very positive point (as it should be in all hotels): still and sparkling drinking water is always available free of charge. 5 out of 5 stars
The downside, in my opinion, is the breakfast, which is quite poor considering the price they charge. Even if you pay around €35–40 for breakfast, that does not mean everything on the menu is included. You still have to pay extra for eggs made to order and similar items, which I find ridiculous for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, the buffet selection is very limited: Oatmeal, walnuts, hazelnuts, and similar toppings are not available The salads are very basic and don’t look appealing Overall, I would rate the breakfast 2 out of 5 stars. Restaurant within the hotel – the service could hardly be worse. The staff seem completely disorganized and unaware of what’s going on. The food selection and pricing are unreasonable compared to what you would expect from such a place. It would be unfair to say anything overly harsh, but we waited a very long time for our food, and people who arrived 20 minutes after us received their meals first (with almost identical orders). To their credit, they removed this mistake from the bill, and I appreciate that the manager recognized the issue. 3 out of 5 stars

Renea at In-room dining was so lovely! Her sticky toffee pudding recommendation was perfect, she was so friendly every time I spoke to her and she really went above and beyond for me during the stay. I also want to mention that Alessandro who checked me in was also lovely. The client service at The Conrad is exceptional, I stay at hotels regularly and here definitely stands out.

Amazing location, very safe and central. Hotel is feels like home away from home, cosy, intimate, staff is just outstanding probably best service I have had in a long time.
Probably would have liked my room to be ready a bit faster. I came at noon so I understand it was not possible. I was given early access to the exec lounge (which was part of my booking) which was nice

Very nice location. 20-30 meter from St James park underground station. It’ also very good to walk around st James park. Clean and quiet environment in the room.
