The staff went above and beyond if there was an issue they dealt with it professionally and quickly the level of luxury was amazing the food incredible the location with historic buildings and wonderful restaurants all very close Thankyou for a wonderful experience

Conrad hotel has very convenient localization, in front of a tube entrance. Walking distance to Westminster Abbey and other historical attractions. The staff in the hotel was very polite from the first person who opened us the door until our final exit. We had prepaid stay, with breakfast included so checkin was fast. Minibar in the room very well equipped. Some items have additional price. Water, tea, coffee was complimentary. The twin room with two beds was enough spacious. Bathroom had also enough space with bathtube and shower separated. The stone on the floor in shower was not slippery when wet. Slippers of decent quality. Enough towels for two. Airco well responding to our choices for higher or lower temperature. The breakfast had really abundant variety for different tastes.
There was nothing to be disliked.

Hotel location is great , adjacent pub is very good , helpful reception and concierge staff , very nice executive lounge although this is an extra but worth paying for.
The worst breakfast service we have ever experienced , totally incompetent staff who cannot understand and deliver on a simple order , this was the same experience over all 3 days that we stayed , would never reserve breakfast at this hotel again although we would stay here again as this was the only downside , but very annoying that there is no management of the breakfast room , however the buffet was good , if only they could manage to deliver tea/coffee/toast in a reasonable time , the entire process needs a fundamental review as this is a zero star service in a 5 star hotel ,

The hotel was generally comfortable, but for the price the room did not feel practical or well maintained. The twin beds were on wheels and felt unstable, which affected sleep quality. The room felt cold and damp and had a noticeable musty smell. The carpet had visible stains and could use a deep cleaning. There were no usable electrical outlets in the bathroom, and the outlet next to the bedside table did not work. Using the hairdryer was inconvenient as it had to be used in the sleeping area, where there was no proper vanity or surface to place it. Overall, the room felt below the standard expected for the price.
