Very friendly staff that welcomes you each day and night, many even remember your name. I love this about boutique hotels.
There were old stains on the carpet, bathroom tile, and shower tub. You could tell the old stains were "cleaned" as well as they could be, but it's still unpleasant to look at. The stains should be professionally removed.

Rudest staff ever. Made to pay twice despite proving Id paid so they locked us out of the room. Worst customer service and rudest staff Ive ever encountered. This place is a scam and needs to be avoided. Stay at a proper hotel
Never been treated so badly ever. Rude incompetent staff and locked out of my room. Made to pay 1100 for a night despite proving Id already paid. They took a copy of my driving licence on arrival which Ive never been asked for ever in any hotel. Protect yourself from identity fraud and stay elsewhere

The hotel location is perfect, the suite is bigger than most in London. The hotel manager Mr. Hakhan was exceptionally polite and helpful.
All and all, Como is going to be my hotel of choice in my next visits to London.
