Staff went over and beyond. Rooms very comfortable and quiet and clean. Perfect location for us to walk everywhere we wanted to see and have access to park.

All perfect only when i leave the hotel i have surprised by one of the staff his name Toms
Asking to deduct some fees as a tip for hotel’s employees which I didn’t like and strange to ask at last moment at told him no then he stopped and not deducted the extra. Additionally, he was not professional while taking to clients

I stay often here when I come to London for work . Staff makes the place great and location
The quality of the rooms are a hit and miss
At times great and my last visit was a bit disappointing
I would also suggest that they should have a good breakfast buffet rather than the overpriced a la cart

Very good location in the West End. Plenty of bus services and the Tube close by. Short walk into Hyde Park.
