Impeccable customer service from all staff from initial welcome at check in to check out! Reception staff could not be any better. Attentive, friendly and personable yet highly professional at all times. Always with a friendly smile and remembered my name which is a rarity even in ultra luxury hotels of late. Few brief encounters with housekeeping staff while coming and going were always with a warm smile and wished me a good day or one memorable occasion was "have a wonderful Saturday!"
The hotel is perfectly located on the corner of Hyde Park but what sets it apart is the amazing staff. As someone who runs hospitality businesses myself I was truly impressed by every encounter I had with all employees!
The hotel is spotless in rooms and communal areas however it did feel a little "bare" as all walls and flooring are very neutral and save for the current Christmas decor there is very little by way of contrast and textures throughout from a design perspective. That said this is the only negative I can think of and this is just a personal taste. If you like ultra minimalist you may well love it

The hotel is absolutely wonderful! The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. I had a small issue during my stay, and they resolved it immediately with such care and attention. Truly an amazing experience I highly recommend this place!

All staff from reception, valets, restaurant were professional, welcoming and natural in their manner and came across genuine in our easy conversations with them, no over the top falseness. Our room was on the 10th floor and we had a fabulous view of Hyde Park, the location on Park Lane is lovely area with Mayfair, soho within walking distance.
Breakfast was good, arrived a little cool and only 1 slice of toast with 2 poached eggs. Personally I would have preferred 2 slices of toast. Nothing major, just the only small fault I could find during our stay.
