Old room, not clean and even found an insect. The bed was uncomfortable and I could hear everything from outside or other rooms.. (no good sound isolation). Not worth for this price.

A great hotel, rooms are nicely decorated, adequately spacious, clean with great facilities. Great central location, it suited us nicely as we were visiting family in the area. My daughter and I had a great nights sleep. Bathroom was also very well set up with a nice overhead shower. Breakfast was good, my daughter loved the pancake machine. My only disappointment was that there was no Nutella available, but only maple syrup.

Room size was suitable for 2 persons, the overall hygiene level for the place was good. The property location is great compared to the price paid specially that it's surrounded by all type of amenities which is available to late evenings.
The room furniture needs to be renewed as it's a bit old, it doesn't provide the most level of comfort but it fits the purpose.

The location seems alright.
The room, the carpeting, the furnishing, the bathroom - all seemed like out of 1960s. The windows are small. The hotel needs updating.

The room was spacious,clean with an excellent bathroom and efficient double glazing.The WiFi worked well and the bed was comfortable.
The duvet was too heavy and warm for this time of year.The main entrance doesn't auger well for the rest of the hotel which is really nice.

Location was perfect for attending an event at Lords Crickets Ground. A short easy walk in a friendly neighborhood.
Would have liked a clock radio available either in room or at reception. A phone charger for use at reception would have been nice and an available computer for guests.

I chose the hotel for two main reasons - value for money and location to the underground. The hotel is located on the busy Edgeware Road but has effective soundproofing against traffic noise. I liked the eclectic mix of supermarkets, food outlets and independent stores. Check-in and check out was friendly and efficient.

I liked the breakfast with yogurt, good coffee machine and pancakes. And the hotel was closed to a good train station, so practical to move to the London center. Besides, the room was well cleaned.
Elevator was in maintenance, the safety box was closed when I arrived and even I asked the reception, nobody was able to open the safety box in the room. Once the hotel is in a main avenue, the noise is very high with ambulances, people on the street.
