The Staff was absolutely wonderful and answered any questions we had about the area, where to eat and what to do in the area.... very very nice and when we go back to London we will stay there again.

When we checked in, the staff were super friendly and very welcoming! Check-in was extremely easy with no issues and the kind staff walked us to our room to show us where everything was. They even gave us some suggestions for some delicious restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and bedroom were really clean. Definitely would recommend this establishment and I hope we're able to stay here on our next weekend trip to London.

The managers and staff are some of the kindest and most helpful we have ever encountered in our travels. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was better than we expected compared to other Value hotels we've stayed at, and we couldn't have asked for a better, more pleasant stay!

Disappointing
Reception was straight forward, not friendly or helpful. Everything appeared to be good. Once in the room, it was noticeably outdated and room needed more than a freshen up, but also maintenance.
Windows had connectors and lock to keep them open. To keep them closed you needed to screw the bolt down. Floor uneven with lots of padding between underlayment and transitions obviously to transition to bathroom.
Downstairs coffee at reception was not accessible to guests unless purchasing breakfast.
Second morning considerable it’s bitty small black ants noticed. Upon checking out, front desk made note of it but no attempt to make any corrections on charges as recourse.
Ants in bathroom, living space and at windows. Location on far outreaches of neighborhood with room backing up to tracks. Very noisy.

Excellent location. Near Victoria station. Clean room, cold AC, good size bathroom.
I was on a ground floor level and you could occasionally hear the train rumbling by.

Bed was pretty hard. They gave us a room by the elevator and I asked about the noise from the elevator and we were told we would t hear it but we definitely did.

Close proximity to Victoria Coach Station a block away.
Extremely helpful staff.
5 min walk to catch the Hop-on, Hop-off bus w/ tickets
purchased at the hotel desk. Not cheap but a long ride
around the city center.
My solo room was located in a separate building across the
street from the main bldg, above the Underground track, so
noise when the trains were running.

The staffs were very accommodating, kind and professionals. They delivered our luggages to our room. The location was great, close to the Victoria Bus Station and walking distant to Buckingham Palace.
