Fabulous location for Victoria bus and train/ tube stations. Walking distance to westminster/ Belgravia . 24 hour reception with professional staff. Rooms spotlessly clean and well maintained. Breakfast available at a small cost if not included in the booking .
Every thing was great. You could occassionaly hear a train during the day but we were out all day so only noticed on arrival and departure..and this was not in excess and did mot bother us .

Nice property, had everything I needed for stopping overnight on a business trip, comfy bed, working shower, desk and the all important kettle!
Could have been a bit cleaner, would have liked more teabags, coffee, and milk in the little box.

The room was super clean, the people were very nice and gave us super early check-in due to our flight and just exhaustion.
It was so loud - the entire room shook when the trains would go by and we were located in a basement room.

Great location for getting to RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
Musty smell from the shower. Lift only goes to 3rd floor with a walk up 2 flights of stairs to the 4th. Expected, given you are on a bridge over the rail lines into Victoria so there was train noise. At times the walls vibrated.

Breakfast was great, very good value for money
The layout of the dining room would benefit from a re-think. The break fast buffet is along one wall where the access to it is a narrow passage between the wall and the dining tables. Not much space for people to move and they were clashing into each other going up for food. Maybe an island buffet in the middle of the room with access from all around.

Location was ok
The lift only went to the 3rd floor but even then the button was broken so it only went to 2 The bathroom entrance was blocked by the bedside cabinet because the room was too small to have the bed and cabinet. The trains passing made the whole room vibrate and clunk. There was nowhere to get water or food. It was pretty miserable

Breakfast limited. The staff were helpful and friendly
There was a dreadful drain smell in the en-suite as the fan was not working we felt as though we were sleeping in the underground as the noise was very loud going on until past midnight and starting again around 5.30 am.
