Close to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. Easy to get to the tours we booked. Our room was around the corner on Hugh Street. Desk staff helped us get our luggage around the corner and up the stairs. Room was small, but comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. We had early starts and did not partake of breakfast at the hotel, but found what we needed at the Station before leaving on our tours. Found some good places for dinner nearby and the hotel where we had to meet our coach transfer to Southampton was just 400 metres away. All in all, a very good location.
Double bed was a bit short for my husband, but otherwise comfortable.

Very welcoming hosts, that provided an unrequested room upgrade. The room was very clean and smelled nice. The bed was comfortable. Very good location, less than 5 min walking from train/coach station.
Due to the proximity to the station, you can hear the background noise of the trains, but nothing substantial unless you're a very light sleeper.

The property location was terrific for me because I was taking a tour that left from Bullied Way which was right next door. The room was on the ground floor which was good for seniors.
There was a lot of noise all night long. I believe it may have come from the laundry.
