Clean and tidy
Basement room with no view apart from a wall, really narrow steep stairway to room, door was difficult to unlock, shower cubicle was very small.

The bathroom had a few spatters of blood on the wall, which had been missed by cleaning. Otherwise very clean.

The staff were fantastic, very friendly, helpful and thorough. The room and en suite was very clean, comfortable and quiet.
The aircon didn't work properly so it was very hot.

Really convenient for Victoria coach station,
Room was exactly as pictured even though we were in an adjoining building. Air con was superb during the heatwave. Stayed with 11 Y/O and the room was perfect, clean, shower was really nice good water pressure with included towels and toiletries. Kettle with tea and coffee, milk, sugars all appreciated.
Staff are really friendly and we were able to leave our bags with them before check in and when we returned they had kindly taken our bags to our rooms ready for us.
Bed was really comfortable and we both slept soundly so did not notice any outside noise. Would recommend and would stay here again.

We booked a mobility accessible room
It was excellent right by lift able to stor scooter in the room, right by lift. The staff couldn't have been more helpful
They were understanding helpful and courteous. Very efficient always smiling.
There was nothing we didn't like it was spotlessly clean air conditioning as well as heating and a window
