Asked for a quite room and got a room right above the train tracks with no view. All I could hear and FEEL was the trains going into and out of Victoria station. Did not sleep a wink.

I was going to Victoria Coach station taking the night coach and the location was perfect literally minutes away. My travelling plans had changed so I did not stay the whole night - only 4.5 hours, the room was spotless small but had everything you could need. The most welcoming think was the two gentlemen on the reception desk, they were friendly, helpful and kind (I had two large heavy cases) it was very re-assuring to know they were there as a woman travelling on her own.

The location is near to Victoria coach and train station and historical sites.
The standard double room was extremely small not much room to move around or relax in.
