Central location. Direct bus from Heathrow to Victoria coach station two blocks away.
Lots of stairs and very narrow corridors so difficult with luggage. Next to train tracks so noisy.

Location and reception
Size of double room! It’s a single room if that! Chair wedged between desk and bed? Very noisy! Right by rail track at Victoria. Door mechanism noisy all night. Room across the road from main hotel. Some sockets by tv repaired with tape.

Location, pleasant staff, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast choice was limited, and the breakfast area was small and difficult to move from the area with the food to the table. Crowded around 8:00 am, with no seating available.

Separate building across from main hotel , main hotel was where breakfast was served. Breakfast was okay , would have like a bigger selection of hot food.

Beautiful exterior. Close to transportation & lots of restaurants, pubs, shopping.
Super tiny space but understand building built a long time ago & virtually all properties tiny spaces. So not really that we didn’t like.

The location of the hotel. The cleanliness of the room. The bathroom was clean and excellent shower. The air-conditioning unit work and gave out heat as well as cold air.
No hair conditioner in the shower and the coffee wasn't very nice.
