Wonderful location and super friendly staff. When we arrived our room was slightly delayed due to cleaning but we were very quickly given a new, bigger room at no additional cost. Superbly clean, comfortable with air con, and quiet.
Minutes walk to the Victoria tube / train / bus terminal, less than 10 minutes to theatre shows.

You can hear the trains as the pass but not too bad.

I stayed there to be close to Victoria Station. It was very convenient and I liked the area.
The entrance (reception) is a bit hard to find.

It was just a place to rest our heads in the evening as we travelled down for a gig, museums, and the theatre. However, the room had full air conditioning, with the location being a short walk from the closest train and bus stations; for those who want to explore the centre of the city, I can't recommend it enough

Was fine for what we needed, a bed for one night in a convenient spot and had everything we needed
Room is very small but they have tried to fit everything in that’s needed. Right near the station so you will hear trains all night. Also be warned there’s lots of stairs. Not terrible things, but worth knowing before you arrive

Wonderful
Value for money and a brilliant location. Staff were incredibly helpful and I felt safe as a female travelling alone. Complimentary teas and coffees and a large shower.
My room was a basement room and directly above the tube which is fine but I would have liked to have been told sooner so I could have made an informed decision or brought ear plugs!
