Clean, good sized room, comfy beds and great location. Friendly staff, luggage area to leave bags.
Our room had a bit of a bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom. Kept the door shut and it didn’t affect the rest of the room

Staff were very welcoming and the room was exceptionally clean.
The only downside is that the property is very close to Victoria Station so you could hear the trains rumbling along but this is not the fault of the hotel whatsoever.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting much from this hotel. For London it seemed to be quite low priced. But I needed a hotel for a night near Victoria Station. The hotel is approximately 8 minute walk from the station.
What a lovely surprise. The reception area was really nice. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. We were given a free upgrade to a family room.
The room itself was very clean, there were two double beds, hostess tray and a hairdryer.
The bathroom was clean, the shower quite powerful. The bathroom was quite compact, but totally adequate for our needs.
My only gripe would be, that it would be nice to have had a bedside cabinet on both sides of the bed.
But all in all, a pleasant stay and I would definitely book there again.

The first room I had was quite noisy due to the vicinity of the railway, but the staff offered me another room.
The hotel is located next to the railway, which is not ideal.
