Staff were brilliant, room was clean and overall very nice!
Very close to the train tracks but if you’re not bothered by this, it’s worth it! Odd shower situation (directly off the bedroom!) but for a solo traveler it was great!

Location close to Victoria station and coach station. Very friendly, polite and helpful staf. Even helped us taking luggage to our room. Could have a free hot drink after we came for picking up our luggage

Great Location next to Victoria Coach station and great place located in the heart of London. Easy to get to and from tube and bus stops for easy commuting in an around London.

We were upgraded to a larger room which was great ! Had room for our luggage. Beds were comfortable . Staff friendly

We were in the main area of the hotel, wifi was better in this section , room was slightly larger than our previous stay. Beds were comfortable . Staff was very friendly & helpful

really you feel in the middle of the railway station in your bed, you can hear and you can feel in your heart every train, the bedding was very heavy, not comfortable, the bed is very small
