The location was perfect for us, the room was very nice and clean. Staff were very polite, also helping with our luggage. Location was the main reason for choosing this hotel, as we were being picked up very early the next morning. Will definitely be staying again, would recommend to friends and family.

Very clean, staff friendly
My room at top over looking railway. Very noisy and building shook when trains went by! Had to keep window open as air conditioning not working. Also Loo did not flush properly.

Lovely location close to Victoria station. Very clean. Complimentary hot drinks on reception. Large room with a/c. Great to have coat hangars and place to hang clothes.We were lucky on arrival to be able to check in early. Great we could have left our luggage if room hadn't of been available and we were able to leave our luggage there til the end of following day to allow us to sightseeing without our luggage. Very friendly staff. Price very good. Will use again.

The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfy. The room also had air conditioning
When I arrived I was offered a free upgrade to a double room. I accepted in good faith. This was a mistake that I would later regret, because the room I was allocated overlooked the railway line. It was a busy line with constant rail traffic. That meant I had to put up with the noise and the vibrations when trains went past. I had to put the air con on to drown out the noise from the trains a bit, so I could get some sleep. I will not be staying there again.

Very convenient location, with access to many facilities, train, bus stations, major tourist attractions in London.
Sound of the train and people walking on the staircase for basement rooms, which may be difficult for a light sleeper.

Cleanliness, air conditioning, staff helpful I asked for a change of room as one allocated wasn't suitable, they moved me to a different room with no fuss at all . So that was good, and I had pleasant stay.
The address is misleading as it says its in Buckingham palace road and St George's Drive, so it took me asking around and a long time walking up and down Buckingham palace road, Phew!
