Clean and tidy
Very small, rooms located in a row of house on left street, check in inside another building, we ended up n the basement of a house, stairs very narrow and steep. Not ideal for anyone with walking issues

Disappointing
When we arrived we asked if there was a room on a lower floor due to an issue of one of us being on a walking stick but unfortunately there wasn’t originally. We went up to our room and then found a pair of men’s and women’s underwear hanging on one of the window latches.. We immediately phoned reception who then moved us to a ground floor room. We could hear everything happening opposite our room with people using the toilet, hoovering at 07.30am wasn’t appreciated either. Bed cover also didn’t cover the whole bed meaning it wasn’t very comfortable throughout the night.

Great location for sight seeing. Practical and affordable central London hotel.
You need to be top or middle floor facing the quieter street, otherwise it is quite noisy. Rooms are a little small and breakfast is simple but relatively well priced. Coffee wasn’t great.

Accessible location close to train station but also shops cafes and local transport
Our room trembled it was so close to the train station. First train was at 5:38am. Otherwise it was very nice and quiet.

Perfect location near the Victoria Station, a quiet and safe street. A very standard service and fair quality for a chain of budget hotels. Our double room was small, but quite functional and enough for 3 nights in London. Good staff, comfy rooms & beds, and modern bathroom. It's not cheap but worth it for a safe and quiet place in London.
Rooms might have been bigger, at least for double ones. Hot water is coming too low in the shower, need to be checked. No fridge in the double room.
