Staff were very helpful and friendly
Rooms were very small. View was of a brick wall. Bed was hard and uncomfortable didn't sleep very well.

The room was excellent ...had everything needed and very comfortable and clean . Location was good ...close to Victoria Station. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that . The staff on reception and throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful . First class !
Only negative was the sound of the trains on the underground which was a bit disturbing for sleep

The room was spacious - but could have been a bit bigger since we were with a 5 year old child. If the child was not with us it would have been perfect. Location to Victoria Station was perfect.
