Exceptional
The staff were very polite and friendly. They showed us to our room and helped with our luggage. Anything that we needed was brought to us straight away. We were also able to leave our luggage at the hotel once we had checked out, for as long as we needed, which was very helpful. Would definitely say here again.

This hotel was perfect for my visit. It was close to Victoria bus, coach and train stations, so it was steps from my scheduled tours. The room was clean, comfortable and they provided a good breakfast for a small fee, which I could take away when I had to hurry to my tour. The neighborhood was pretty and I felt safe walking there after dark. The staff were all excellent, professional and helpful. I would stay again.

This hotel is in good location. It's very convenient to center of the city and close to the coach bus station. The hotel is very clean and well maintained.
The room is very small and difficult to put our luggages. The bathroom is small and not enough space to put lady's stuff. It is lots of stairs to go up and down, especially, with decent luggage.

location was good for what we needed, clean and the staff were very helpful, did not use the breakfast option
found the bed very hard felt like sleeping on concrete, no give on the mattress at all, pillows were slightly better.

The location was perfect. You are a block over from Victoria station.
The hotel was an old townhouse that was converted into a hotel. They put our room in the basement with no view due to the small window. We were able to hear the train up under us clear as day.

Staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating, letting me check in early as the room was ready, storing my bags on the day I checked out and organising me a car to the airport when I was ready to leave. Good location. Rooms Were an ok size for London. The rooms are a little older but clean.

Clean and friendly. Close to Victoria station. Staff was forthcoming, and frankly the place gives great value for money.
Obviously close to station means trainnoises. Which was bearable. Room at bottom of stairs also meant many passers by. Better ask for a room further down the hallway.
