The staff were particularly polite and helpful, I was very impressed with the way I was treated. I received a room upgrade and early check-in for free. Location is perfect for central London.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They always greeted us when we entered the hotel and they went out of their way to help us with any query that we had. They even helped us to carry the luggages from the third to the fourth floor.
About the room - it was very small. the ceiling was not flat. I bumped my head against it several times. The wardrobe was very small so we had to keep all our belongings in the luggage. Not much space where we could put our stuff.
There was no lift to the fourth floor. We had to go up a very steep staircase from the third to the fourth floor.

Easy to get to from the bus station. Close to all of the places we wanted to visit. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable and staff allocated us a ground floor room once they realised one of our party had a wheelchair. Breakfast room was lovely as was the food. Staff were kind and welcoming, allowing us store our bags before check in, and again after check in.

The location is close to Victoria Train Station and Coach Station. The property was very clean and the service from the reception team was outstanding.

Location and staff were great and the room itself, although small, was really good
Staff was super helpful
I had an issue with really noisy 'neighbours'above my room. Was really bad.the staff gave me a new room right away but was right next to the old one and the noise persisted the following night. I had a very early flight the next morning so was a sleepless night. Although the noise wasnt the hotel staff's fault, the room right next door maybe wasnt the best choice
The air con/heating was a bit noisy
So was the proximity to the train station

The guy on reception was really nice and helpful. The location is brilliant for the coach station. The room was comfortable. Price was excellent for Central London.
Only minor things, the pillows were a bit hard, and there was a smell in the bathroom but I guess that was just a cleaning product.

The room itself was exactly what we needed, and the bathroom was excellent - best shower pressure at a hotel! We also only interacted with the staff once during check-in, but they had perfect hospitality. Please thank the two who were working the AM shift on Dec. 17 - I'd write their names down if I remembered!
