Location was ideal for our needs. Staff were helpful. Room, though small, was comfortable and clean. Could have done with some bottled water as well as the tea/coffee.
The situation of the room, lower ground under the breakfast room, meant there was some noise of moving furniture (chairs?) from fairly early - not too bad but noticeable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful,the room was very nice and clean. Could not fault it.

Our room although very small was very clean and tidy.
The breakfast was very limited. The pots of cooked food were cold. There were two pots empty and I asked for them to be topped up. Just before 9am. I was told by the member of staff to come earlier if you want breakfast. Not a good attitude when paying £12.50 I would have expected so much better. There was some food brought out but again cold. I had to wait again. Same attitude given when speaking to me so I spoke with reception and was given a refund. Not good practice.

The location was very convenient for Victoria train station, the staff were friendly and the room was recently refurbished so everything felt new. Everything was very clean - apart from the TV remote control!
My room wasn’t in the main building, but entered via a separate entrance on a side street. As a solo traveller, I would’ve preferred to be in the main building. There were narrow staircases and corridors to access the room, and I felt it might be quite difficult to get out quickly if needed. The room itself was small but adequate. The breakfast was fairly basic - for example, tinned fruit instead of fresh fruit, and only minimal hot food options. But there was enough to eat.

Staff was really kind and helpful, th checkin and the checkout processes was very fast and smooth.
Stairs to go the the room on the basement were really narrow. A bit of a struggle to get our luggage in and out of the room.
