The location of the hotel was perfect, just few minuets to Victoria Train Station. Buckingham Palace , Westminster Church..etc.The staff was very helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was modest, few things to choose of. The bathroom floor heating was turned off (it was really cold specially for a child)and it was not possible to turn it on (I guess they were sparing money). The room insulation was not good you could hear everything from neighboring rooms. WiFi was ok.

Very strategic place, near to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Underground Station. All the staff so helpfull especially the front desk persons. All drinks available in dining room and is free. Also we can take a rest at the lobby while waiting our next journey.

Beautifully renovated. The rooms are small but have everything you need. Plenty of usb ports and plugs for charging.
Non restaurant hotel. A continental breakfast is on offer for £11.

Very easy to find, and in a great location half way between Victoria train and bus stations. Friendly reception staff who allowed me to check in early, and even upgraded my room. The room was clean and very well equipped, including a safe and room controlled radiators. The shower was excellent. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and secure. Amazing value for London. I will definitely stay here again!
The room overlooked the trainlines. I had earplugs, but it would've been noisy without them.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s a two minutes walk to Victoria station. Customer service is really exceptional. I am extremely impressed of how kind and polite were the staff. I definitely recommend.

The room is simple but has everything you need, the staff is polite and helpful, the building is located near Victoria train and coach station and the underground. Good stay.
You can hear trains noises sometimes, but it is normal due to the vicinity of the train station.

As a couple, we had come from America. The place is truly beautiful. Wherever you want, you can easily reach the center. The reception staff were also very kind to us, and overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel. It’s small, but for the center, it’s the most reasonable price!
