Good Location, next to Victoria Station. Kind staff and free coffee and water on the reception. Small but clean room. Fast check out option.
There is poor sound insulation, and you can hear all the trains passing nearby. There is no elevator in the building where our room was located. The bed and pillow were not comfortable enough.

Lovely, comfortable room in great location. Great to have air conditioning on such a hot day.
Slightly claustrophobic as no window really, apart from a tiny one with curtain. But very clean, comfortable room overall.
