Pleasant
The room and bath were clean and the bed comfortable. The shower was hot and the pressure good.
The room itself was so small we had difficulty being able to open the door to the room after opening our suitcases. One person-sized room!

Comfortable, modern decor, clean and bright. Reasonably spacious size, very good shower room. Comfortable bed, warm room( but not too hot), tea & coffee.
Excellent location. Clise to Victoria coach and train station, and a fairly short walk to the Underground. A very good area to stay in.
Nothing to be critical about. Good value for money and a well run, comfortable hotel.

So central for our weekend trip, within walking distance to the station and underground. The staff were amazing, we arrived early and asked if we could just leave our luggage but they gave us upgraded rooms that were ready at no extra charge.
Windows were old and a bit draughty and being so close to the station was a tad noisy. Hi

I appreciate the upgrade always but without a lift it was very difficult for me
Right by trains vibration kept me awake and the stairs were difficult for me did request ground or first floor near lift
