The reception staff were exceptional. Very helpful and extremely informative. Air con worked well.

Had AC , offered breakfast, good location,, clean.
No fridge in room, supply one if needed for medication, or baby food etc. Small ice machine near eating area.

Our room was small with 2 low sloping ceiling that we had to navigate to avoid bumping our heads. Slippery shower

The location was great.
The room had no air circulation and the AC only had one power setting it was high right on the bed if it was on it was blasting in your face all night if it was off you were hot. The AC had a moldy smell as well the filter needs to be cleaned

The location was excellent for us, a short 20 min walk to Hyde Park. The room was more than adequate for the three of us, with air con. The room was clean and the shower was powerful. Just perfect for us.The staff were very welcoming.

Location to event and price
Room wasn't clean it was in the basement under the main entrance dining area, and you could here chairs scrapping on the floor and footsteps all night long. Bed was hard. Room felt damp

Easy checkin and appreciated being shown to my door as it was via a different entrance. Great air con, v comfy bed. Very clean. Just what I needed for a rest after a busy day with a late finish.
Pricey for the room size.
