Location was excellent. Staff were efficient & friendly. Rooms were nice & the bed was so comfy. Didn't hear any noise from other rooms or stairway. Would recommend

Small room, but perfect for our trip. We selected this location to be close to the Coach Terminal, which meant we heard all the trains, but it definitely did not wake us up or keep us awake. First time in UK and was very pleased.

Great location, close to Victoria station and other travel options, excellent base for exploring central London on foot, staff were very helpful and polite, breakfast option onsite was handy, comfortable bed and good shower.
The room I had was a little tight but was as advertised and reasonable for central London stay which was appreciated.

The air conditioner was so lovely to have. Hussain was so nice on the front desk.
The bathroom was painfully small and good luck sitting on the toilet if you are taller then 5 feet. Hussain on the front desk was so nice, but rest of staff was not particularly pleasant. The hallways are brutally small and odd as you have to go up and down to get to your door. The rooms could be set up much more efficient for space by providing hooks and shelves to put items on. The four of us were tripping over each other and had no where to really unpack or at least lay out your suitcase.

The location was perfect for visiting the Victoria palace theatre. The staff were exceptional/ very welcoming and helpful. Better service and welcome then in many 5 star hotels we have stayed in. We only wish we were there for more than one night
