Disappointing
The rooms were clean and tidy.
Our room overlooked a train station. Trains came in the evening until 2 AM and then started early in the morning around 5 AM. We were in room 306 which no one should be in due to the train noise.

The hotel was clean and the room was nice
I was in 509 and the bathroom door vibrated to the trains going by. The train noise is low, but the vibrating door enhanced it. I reported it to the hotel and they were going to look into it. Just needs a insulation tape on the recess.

Wonderful
Good location for theatre and transport. Aircon was surprisingly efficient. Very clean bathroom and bedding. Suggest you take earplugs as very close to train lines.

I was in the area for a meeting and the hotel location was in a perfect location within walking distance. The hotel staff were very helpful and my room was very comfy. I had deliberately booked a single room to keep my costs as low as possible so the room was compact whilst also being entirely suitable. The bed was very comfy, the aircon (on a very humid day) was very effective, the bathroom and shower were great and the tea/coffee facilities in the room were very appreciated.
There was a small window in my room which gave some daylight but no view. I was aware of this when I booked and it caused no issues at all. I had no concerns with the room at all.

I thought breakfast was pricey for what was offered but it is convenient to eat at hotel before heading out.

Room was very modern and clean, and the chap who helped me check in was very nice.
3rd floor + no lift + old knees = oooooooow Maybe ask what floor they're putting you on during check in. The walls in my 3rd floor room were slanted, so the curtains hung away from the window. There must be a solution for that...

Very centrally located. Few minutes walk from the Victoria coach station. Staff were excellent. We arrived early but we could check in. We were also upgraded.
It can be noisy as it’s next to the Victoria station. But this was not an issue for us.
