Bedding and towels and the room was very clean , staff were very nice , en suite very nice ,bed was comfortable,
Lower ground floor bedroom, very narrow stairway and hallway ,couldn’t see any fire escape , no wardrobe only half a hanging length for clothes and very small area , Train track noise of running trains above ceiling of the bedroom . Window was very high and very small couldn’t see out and second window was an inside window it felt claustrophobic. The air con was on all the time staff couldn’t turn it off so set it at a nice temperature which was good enough

The location was good for access to transportation, and the area I wanted to visit.
The door lock did not work with the card and I required the staff to open the door with their master card. I could not leave the room without having to walk to the main building and ask for staff to come and open the door. The room was at the back right next to a railway line which runs all night, the sound proofing is minimal and the noise is disruptive.

The staff member who showed us to our room was outstanding. Honestly the most lovely gentleman, He was given us tips how to get round the local area and everything!
