Better than lots of other more modern hotels that feel cramped. Room had good space and lots of storage. Multiple mirrors, bedside lamps. Really nice bathroom, again lots of storage, shower easy to get in and out of. Sockets all around the bed. Nice desk and chair. Tea supplies. Extra pillows and working AC that was easy to adjust. Small safe for valuables. Wardrobe space and hangers. Quiet inside despite being central and so close to Victoria station.
Water provided downstairs. Microwave also available.
Staff were excellent. Will definitely stay here again.
Could have more hooks for towels and coats by the door.

The room was clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely.
Unfortunately the room was located right next to the railway line which was a bit disruptive.

Staff were really lovely, especially Allan. The room was way bigger than we expected and really well air conditioned which was a life saver. The bathroom was a great size and massive shower and well ventilated. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for us to move around and store our things. The location was fantastic and had everything we needed. The breakfast was also great and we really appreciated that.
We had a little issue with the air conditioning at the start but the staff fixed it right away, otherwise, no complaints.
