4 mins away from Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. Air-conditioned room. Comfy bed and kettle for tea and coffee. Friendly service.
very tiny bathroom especially the sink which is ultra tiny. No elevator and room was an extension of the actual hotel. Tbh receptionist did come to show us the room first time but it is misleading in the description of the hotel here.

Closeness to Victoria Station.
We were told 403 was a very nice “quiet!!!!” Room. Truth - window was broken so there was the constant noise of trains all night long. The air con whilst it cooled the room couldn’t be directed anywhere but directly over the bed. So boil or freeze!. So we left a night early. I would expect things to work in a Best Western . When I have booked a double room I don’t expect to be quizzed 3 times in reception as a same sex couple by the old man checking us in. Also system takes far too long to check in.

I liked it very much. Great location, everything is within walking distance, and there are many pubs, cafes, restaurants, etc. nearby. Supermarket nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. The most important thing is that during my visit it was very hot in London, more than 30 degrees, but the air conditioning in the hotel helped a lot. Thank you
