Walking distance to Victoria Station and Apollo Theatre. Very clean, modern hotel. Would happily stay in again and recommend. We didn't book breakfast.

Address was confusing because hotel is NOT IN Buckingham Palace Road good job taxi driver new were it was.

The stuff are always very accommodating, it is modern and clean
The rates could be a little lower based on where it is and also the fact it’s right under the Victoria station so you’re getting an awful lot of train vibration and noise which is quite disturbing at

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained.
The noise from the trains is pretty bad (not the hotels fault- due to location of Victoria station) so I didn’t sleep well at all unfortunately. The trains make the hotel annex shake
