We almost got robbed in the street near the hotel. The man on the lobby was very gentle to us and even offered us a early check in.

It is very close to landmarks and was close to Victoria Coach Station and Victoria train station.
I am a light sleeper, so the trains would have kept me awake if I did not have ear plugs.

The air-con was wonderful in the heat-wave. The location is very close to Victoria stations. The night I stayed was a bargain.
There was a slight smell in the basement flat.

Loved the location and cleanliness of the place. Especially loved the A/C as we were there during a heatwave.
Was very surprised that we had to leave the hotel and walk around the corner to another location. Would have been very upset if it was raining and would have had to go outside every time to go to reception/breakfast. Thought the double rooms very tiny and the comforter does not cover 2 people very well. Also thought that the breakfast was not worth £12.50 for what you got. We found other places to eat breakfast where you got a lot more for your money.

The staff went out of their way to help us. The location was close to the train station so we were minutes away from traveling where we needed to go.

The hotel was in a good location and close to the bus and train stations.
The room was TINY! Like the smallest room I think I’d ever stayed in but it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the room had air conditioning even though we missed the crazy heat that hit London the following week! Breakfast was convenient before starting the day. The gentlemen at the front desk were helpful with directions and giving us suggestions for dinners.

It’s a little weird to go to a building across the street from the desk. Maybe would have like to have known that was a possibility beforehand.

The room was a bit small for 3 adults. It needed some extra hooks on the walls for hanging things like coats and bags.

I have stayed here before and never disappoints. For me it is about the location and easy access to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station, and really reasonable walk to Buckingham Palace or Westminster and nearby areas. Nice size room and bathroom. In addition, I find that their rates are reasonable.
I had no issues with my room.

The location was excellent for sightseeing around Buckingham Palace, St. James Park area and Trafalger Square. Modern furnishings and comfortable bed and coffee pot with coffee available. Air conditioning worked quickly, which was great, as it was very hot in London.
The room was very small and tight to get in and out of bathroom. No elevator in our part of building and very narrow stairs; so tricky to get large luggage up and down. Very little space to put any amount of luggage.

The staff at the desk were friendly, fast, and extremely helpful. They had great knowledge of the area and transportation options to multiple areas, especially the different airports. They made the arrangements to get to the airport.
The beds were small, maybe full size and our room had a slight musty smell. Opening the window for a bit took care of that.
