Wonderful
Marvellous location around the corner from Victoria Station and within easy walking reach of many attractions. Surprisingly spacious attic room on the fourth floor, comfortable bed and good facilities. Very impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, one of whom carried my suitcase up the stairs.

Location excellent for Victoria Train/underground station, Gatwick express stops there. Easy walk to theatre for Hamilton. Area felt safe. Staff were very pleasant and they had left luggage facilities for the day we checked out.
We were in a basement room which was a little dark, but we didn't spend much time in it so didn't matter

Everything. The location, the cleanliness, and especially the front desk gentlemen! The front desk was always staffed and they were super helpful with answers and suggestions to all questions.

Central location close to Victoria Station with Buckingham Palace and other attractions close by. The staff were very helpful, accommodating requests and anticipating needs. Quiet, secure location with breakfast available onsite.
All good. Some rooms are on the small size but that is clear and represents good value for the location.

I have stayed here before and never disappoints. For me it is about the location and easy access to Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station, and really reasonable walk to Buckingham Palace or Westminster and nearby areas. Nice size room and bathroom. In addition, I find that their rates are reasonable.
I had no issues with my room.
