Helpful front office staff and room layout though a bit ompact
We had to go out of the building and re-enter through another side building to go to the room ; There was no lift and you have to carry your suitcases up the staircase to go to the first floor room.

The hotel was in a good location and close to the bus and train stations.
The room was TINY! Like the smallest room I think I’d ever stayed in but it was clean, the beds were comfortable and the room had air conditioning even though we missed the crazy heat that hit London the following week! Breakfast was convenient before starting the day. The gentlemen at the front desk were helpful with directions and giving us suggestions for dinners.

Perfect location, not too far from all the main attractions/areas. Safe and lovely neighbourhood. Staff were great, aircon worker extremely well in the room, facilities where all clean.
Nothing bad I can say about the property, only thing is it’s right next door to train tracks so trains can be a-bit loud during the night.

Was placed in low ground floor with what you could not call a window, no room service even after second night, had to call reception in order to get fresh towels

Location was amazing as some guests arrived by coach we also did a bus tour both within minutes walk from the hotel. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Large room, clean and comfortable.

The location is outstanding! Such a good price for the location, facilities, comfortability and cleanliness! I had a very stressful issue with a different booking and had to book at 6PM and request check in for 11PM-12AM and they took us in. Such lovely staff and a beautiful room, it made our trip so stress-free.

Wonderful
The room was very clean. It wasn’t fancy but it was tidy and clean.
It’s a little weird to go to a building across the street from the desk. Maybe would have like to have known that was a possibility beforehand.
