Location for Greenline bus station and Victoria Station is excellent. Breakfast good with continental and hot choices. Staff friendly and helpful.
Bed ok but pillows hard. Bathroom small but otherwise ok.

When we checked in, the staff were super friendly and very welcoming! Check-in was extremely easy with no issues and the kind staff walked us to our room to show us where everything was. They even gave us some suggestions for some delicious restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and bedroom were really clean. Definitely would recommend this establishment and I hope we're able to stay here on our next weekend trip to London.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning in the room and the proximity to Victoria bus and train station.
Just the smell of hash browns being cooked for breakfast- but that's just a personal thing.

Location and staff were very good. Beds though are rather hard. Hotel is very clean and tidy
Better quality and softer mattresses, mine was so hard it hurt my hips. Bathroom is rather small, but overall very good value.

Thr breakfast was good and on a good price, but there were no vegetables at all served.

The managers and staff are some of the kindest and most helpful we have ever encountered in our travels. The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was better than we expected compared to other Value hotels we've stayed at, and we couldn't have asked for a better, more pleasant stay!

Central location, nice and clean rooms and friendly staff.
I had a minor issue with my room, but reception sorted it out quickly.
Even though the windows shut almost everything out, trains and coaches were still a bit loud (but bearable).

The room was small but was perfectly acceptable for our needs. I like a hot breakfast and they only do continental breakfast but this did not bother me due to the location. The location is perfect for anyone travelling to London as public transport is just on the door step. The hotel were also very helpful keeping our bags for 4 hours after we had checked out to as we had a late flight.
The trains can be a bit of a nuisance. When we arrived we were told they had upgraded us to a family room but when we got there there was only 4 single beds and no double for myself and partner but this was ok as it was only for two nights.

Comfy beds, slept wonderfully. Staff were extremely helpful, especially with leaving luggage for the day and getting changed in a spare room after we’d checked out. Perfect location to access main tube lines and sights like Buckingham Palace on foot.
Little to no sound proofing. We were woken up multiple times by loud guests in the hallway, but there’s not much you can do about that I guess.

Staff at front desk were very pleasant and helpful.
Rooms were very clean.
Location close to Victoria Station was ideal for travelling on Gatwick Express and accessing the main tourist areas.
Would like a small fridge to store cold drinks to have on return to the room as hotel does not have a bar/cafe.
