Exceptional
Breakfast was decent and prepared nicely. Our luggages were stored when we left for Edinburgh until our return for another 2 nights. It was really great that we found our luggages already in our room when we came back. The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Room temperature sometimes wasn't according to the set temperature although we were still comfortable.

From the early check in to the room upgrade, the staff were friendly and helpful making the process of check in and check out very simple. The room had everything I needed in it and it's very close to Victoria station. Would recommend.
You can hear the trains, as others have mentioned, however I just used ear plugs and had no issues sleeping.

Amazing property we stayed at the kings cottage and it was beautiful, very well appointed and beautifully decorated. Loved that it was in the castle grounds and we could leisurely walk around the grounds and castle when it suited us. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the restaurant that overlooks the castle is a real treat to eat at at night as you get to see the castle lit up

Property is in a very walkable area that is close to Victoria Station. Attraction such as Westminster Abbey, Westminster Cathedral, and Buckingham Palace are also very close. Rooms were nicely appointed and very comfortable.
The word of warning: property is located next to the railroad tracks that feed Victoria Station. This means trains will be rumbling past day and night. Those were sensitive to noise may not like the trains.

well organised no nonsense stay. Staff were knowledgeable and efficient. You felt that is was well organised. The communal seating area was good for a 'Hub' type hotel and the extra bonus was free coffee which is sometimes all you need.

The staff were extremely helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and good value. The location was excellent an easy walk to all the sights and down to the waterfront. Victoria station is 2 minutes away, so great access to the city and airport. There are lovely restaurants, cafes and bars nearby and many theatres within walking distance.
