Fantastic location with short walk from tube stations. Secure, very comfortable and well furnished apartment. The staff on the front desk were delightful.
Didnt like the venetian blinds in the bedroom as the didnt work probably or block out the light completely. Curtains would of made a huge difference. Everything else was great.

It was clean, good size and the staff were friendly and helpful
We were given a basement apartment room 193 which was not advertised as a basement. It was noisy with staff walking down the stairs alongside the apartment early in the morning and walking past the window to access the road outside. For me this info can be clearly explained in the description and would avoid issues and upset. Its a pity as this was a negative we would rather not of had. This should be made clear to future guests at the time of booking not after arrival and explained tough its the only room available

Good location. Staff were very sympathetic.
The check in process could have been handled better. I was not the only person taken aback by the steep deposit . I also thought that the payment was taken when I booked and was surprised when I was charged at the desk during check in. The process should be better explained either on your site or theirs.

My request for a room with an outside space was granted and the room was perfect for my 2 night stay.
The room was very hot, especially the bedroom and the fan was too noisy to run at night.
