It provided a kettle and the sheets and pillow cases were clean.
The room was not clean, although the sheets and pillow cases were, and again although the bed was made on a daily basis nothing else was done. The website offers B & B and this should be amended as breakfast is not served. Only informed after booking was done.

Close to central London. Kindly offered to let is leave our luggage on the day we left because we did not fly out till late.
Stairs very narrow and steep for seniors. Toilet is a modular one with sink and bathroom.Only the size of a camper one. Not easy for the for the fuller figures.

1st room smelled of sewage. 2nd room to small shower curtain all moldy. Couldn't even dry yourself after shower as bathroom was so small

I love the colliers hotel, the staff are amazing and so helpful, I stayed here longer than anticipated not through booking.com but directly with the hotel, my hospital appointments were delayed and the staff understood and helped me out, would highly recommended this hotel I will certainly use this hotel on my next hospital visit if they have vacancies, rooms lovely so clean and a lovely atmosphere that is what always draws me to this establishment.
