The location at Trafalgar Square is excellent and very convenient.
However, I was disappointed with the room. The equipment felt old and worn out, and the room was quite cold during the winter, which made the stay less comfortable and difficult. With a few updates and better heating, the experience could be much better

The location
The room we ended up with was small, the window was painted so no light, the shower was dirty and mouldy. It was nothing like the photos of what we thought we had booked through booking.com. False advertising!!! Also only found out before check out that we had breakfast included - no one told us. Asked for fresh towels at 9am and they did not arrive ever - that day or next! It was a disaster! We travelled for 3 months and this was the worst hotel we stayed at! Such a big disappointment!

The downstairs lobby was grand.
The hallways to the rooms were shabby. Typically small London room. Uncomfortable carpet. Odd decor. Didn’t clean rooms daily.

Central location. Clean. Great staff. Comfortable room. Great having free water, coffee and tea at any time
Breakfast over priced. We only had it once it really wasn’t good or worth the crazy price

Great location, just off of Trafalgar. Easy check in. Rooms large enough and well equipped, nothing fancy, but good. Breakfast very good- large selection and good quality.
