A big breakfast spread. A good choice of fruits, breads, muesli, yogurt, coffee and ofcourse the English Breakfast.
A ramp is needed for heavy bags. One has to carry bags up or down about 6 steps and for a 77year old, when it is raining, it is dangerous. They have a canopy but people going in and out make the steps slippery.

Room was too warm. Rooms were available in our chosen room category before our check- in time, but we were only allowed to move in early (before 3pm) if we paid extra.

Location is amazing. Felt very comfortable and safe. Room large and bathroom great. Club lounge was a nice bonus area to plan for the day and rest upon our return. Staff were extremely helpful and professional. Want to go back for sure.
There were a few steps up to our room on the 6th floor so had to manage suitcases. Espresso machine good but hard to identify pods and not enough of them. Had to request more. The hotel foyer was large but no seating to wait for quests. Didn't want to wait in the restaurant or club lounge.
