The room was nice and the space was on the higher side considering it is in Central London . Location is in the heart of london and most of the notable locations is on walking distance . Hyde park was 45 min away but still managable

Amazing location. Super friendly staff. Free filtered water , coffee and tea.
Rooms are a bit small (like all in the center of London) ours was at the corner so we had some walls that narrowed it a bit more. And there was some strange white noise probably related to the water pipes. It didn’t affect anything.

Wonderful
No meals attached to this stay but proximity to Covent Garden and surrounds meant every day was an exploration of the area and the coffe shops and restaurants. It is a clean and central location with a lot of London easily walkable or via the tube with station 300 metres away. Friendly staff and help yourself coffee in foyer. A fun stay.

Staff were very helpful, coffee and tea self service station at the reception is really convenient, rooms are very clean, clients are encouraged to re use their water bottles at the filling stations, which was a great idea. In the height of winter the rooms were lovely and warm. Location was fantastic
The Lounge was not comfortable if you are a lot of people, our mattress was really really uncomfortably soft, the room did not have much space for suitcases, unfortunately the rooms are serviced only every second day,

Awesome location across from Lincoln’s inn Field park. Very friendly staff! Free coffee, tea and bottle water all day/night!! Very pleasant staff and place in general.

Disappointing
They gave me a room with broken AC and I was told by the FD they couldn’t change me to another room until next day because they didn’t have any other room plus they gave me a handicap room that was uncomfortable and I never asked for that. The guy a the FD that checked me in was only concerned about my payment and even though I showed him that my room was already paid through Booking he told me to have a seat and give him 15 mins because he had to charge the credit card. He was not friendly at all and of course game me a terrible room with broken ac

Everything during our stay was good, simple, comfortable, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Despite having paid upfront via Booking.com, I was charged twice. After a short discussion with the staff, they immediately initiated the refund, which was appreciated. However, the refund is still in progress after 45 days.

The hotel has no bar or restaurant, using a nearby pub. But it is not a major issue

Great Location! 5 min walk to Hoburn Tube station. It was also basically on the campus for LSE where we were attending a graduation. It was an easy walk to Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, etc. The room was well appointed and the staff was friendly.
The pictures make it seem like there is a lounge/bar on premise. This is not accurate. It's attached but to get to it you need to walk all the way around the block. It also doesn't accept room charges and basically has nothing to do with the hotel. (although, I think if you get breakfast included, that's where it's held?). It was inconvenient on rainy nights when we wanted to get a drink after being out all day. There were actually several other places that were on the way to the "hotel" bar.
In addition, the room we were assigned was on the ground floor, through a courtyard. I think it's one of 4 rooms in the whole hotel like that. However, it meant going out in the elements every single time you wanted to go to the lobby or leave the hotel (leave your room, go outside, go back inside hotel, walk through lobby, go back outside!). I also wouldn't feel super safe in that room as a solo female traveler. BUT, again, I think that was only those 4 rooms in the whole hotel. The rest of the rooms appeared to be up the elevator and in the main building. If I stayed there again, I would tell them I won't take one of the courtyard rooms.

A quiet location, yet close the buzz of Covent Garden and easy access to the Underground.
The property was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee and water on tap. Staff were very nice too.
