Location, bedroom, bathroom, staff, all excellent.
The hotel has no bar or restaurant, using a nearby pub. But it is not a major issue

Great Location! 5 min walk to Hoburn Tube station. It was also basically on the campus for LSE where we were attending a graduation. It was an easy walk to Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, etc. The room was well appointed and the staff was friendly.
The pictures make it seem like there is a lounge/bar on premise. This is not accurate. It's attached but to get to it you need to walk all the way around the block. It also doesn't accept room charges and basically has nothing to do with the hotel. (although, I think if you get breakfast included, that's where it's held?). It was inconvenient on rainy nights when we wanted to get a drink after being out all day. There were actually several other places that were on the way to the "hotel" bar.
In addition, the room we were assigned was on the ground floor, through a courtyard. I think it's one of 4 rooms in the whole hotel like that. However, it meant going out in the elements every single time you wanted to go to the lobby or leave the hotel (leave your room, go outside, go back inside hotel, walk through lobby, go back outside!). I also wouldn't feel super safe in that room as a solo female traveler. BUT, again, I think that was only those 4 rooms in the whole hotel. The rest of the rooms appeared to be up the elevator and in the main building. If I stayed there again, I would tell them I won't take one of the courtyard rooms.

Good location for Central London and Theatre District
One of the reasons to book this hotel was breakfast, which was not served. The rooms were clean, but little smell was there. Superior room was the same as regular room, so did not meet expectations

Location was decent although the closest bus stop was at least 15mins walk. Spacious room by London standards.
Dated and unfashionable interior. We had booked with breakfast and they didn’t inform us in advance that their restaurant was closed and we had to go through a lot of hassle to find breakfast especially with a 1 year old baby. It was a weekend and most places close by were booked out in advance. Very annoyed. The staff didn’t seem apologetic at all.

Great location and comfortable rooms. The coffee and tea machine at the reception is excellent and a very nice touch.”

The beds were really comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. Great sized bath towels. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and were ready and hapoy to help. The location was super and direct tube around the corner to Heathrow was amazing. Would definately reccommend this hotel.
