Room was very good. Laid out well. Everything worked. Impressed. Location is fantastic.
Breakfast could be much better. Very important. Why is it always laid out at a bar at this chain? Odd layout, limited selection. Wasn't very hot. I think overpriced given what is being charged for the breakfast.

Location is great for a weekend visiting all the main central sites in London. Very clean hotel, rooms are a little cosy but modern and did its job as spent most of the time outside. Free tea and coffee machine in the lobby was a good touch. Would definitely go back again.

- The location - Breakfast was good - There was a little note in the room and some free snacks (with best by dates coming soon but it was still a nice touch).
My room had a view on a 2 feet wide shaft. It might as well have been a basement. It didn’t smell very good, probably because it was difficult to properly ventilate.

Pleasant on edge of a park location. Walking distance to good underground (Holborn). And also convenient to Covent Gardens Theatres and restaurants. Ship's Inn pub just a short walk around the corner.
Hotel does not have a bar. Good breakfast but complicated location to get to.

Fantastic location, quiet but close to everything. The staff were great, check in/out super simple. Loved the free tea & coffee with take away cups for the morning, also free reusable/refillable water bottles with filtered water are an excellent idea.

Location was good and hotel was very clean.
Strange room decor, shower had a shower curtain which was old- fashioned, and very dated seating area in the room. The hotel was OK but a strange mix of a business/tourist hotel.
