Location is excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice.
The hotel only cleans rooms every second day, which is miserly in itself but, if so, they need to provide twice as much of everything, coffee capsules, towels, toilet paper. To be fair, they were provided when requested but guests should not have to request basic facilities. The hotel has no bar, cafe or restaurant.

Just need a mirror on the table/desk so women can do their makeup/hair...

How they manage to give us alternatives of a different room when the one a assigned did not accomplished our needs, requirement and likes. Also the location is very good and perfect
The room they gave us was not corresponding with our reservation. But they managed. The breakfast could be better for a 4-stars, but acceptable

The location was amazing. In general I really enjoyed my stay there. I liked that there was hydration station and coffee station all the time. It made my stay there extra special in order to go back at the same hotel for my future business trip in London.
While it was super clean, I didn't like that they don't clean up every day. I don't need to have my towels changed or my sheets but there is a need for general cleaning and to say that they will change the towels every other day.

I was given an almost blind room for disabled, so I had to kneel down to brush my teeth.
