The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We lost our AirPods at the hotel, and the staff went out of their way to help us get them back, which we really appreciated. I can highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. The location is very central and well connected, with Holborn station just around the corner, making it easy to get to other popular areas.
