Our room was good in all respects.
Our breakfast in number 42 was disappointing.
There was an adequate amount of food.
However the hot food was not very hot and there were cold plates so it ended up cold .
No jam or marmalade for the coissants. service poor.

The front desk staffs were never there , Cana Back at nightx to tell them I would like to have late checkout they were not there I called the reception in the morning nobody picked

The room was nice and the space was on the higher side considering it is in Central London . Location is in the heart of london and most of the notable locations is on walking distance . Hyde park was 45 min away but still managable

Location is excellent. Remote check in was useful so we could access the property as soon as we arrived.
The rooms are not serviced daily, the room was quite small and the coffee machine in the lobby was not serving hot chocolate, the queue was often very long.

Amazing location. Super friendly staff. Free filtered water , coffee and tea.
Rooms are a bit small (like all in the center of London) ours was at the corner so we had some walls that narrowed it a bit more. And there was some strange white noise probably related to the water pipes. It didn’t affect anything.

Location location location! There's also a coffee machine and water station located at reception level. Staff are kind and courteous.
Our room (and not toilet) had a musty odour. The slanted roof caused a little bump to the head when waking up at night. Although the two other rooms we booked for family were good size. Weren't big fan of the pillows - simply too soft.

No meals attached to this stay but proximity to Covent Garden and surrounds meant every day was an exploration of the area and the coffe shops and restaurants. It is a clean and central location with a lot of London easily walkable or via the tube with station 300 metres away. Friendly staff and help yourself coffee in foyer. A fun stay.

Staff were very helpful, coffee and tea self service station at the reception is really convenient, rooms are very clean, clients are encouraged to re use their water bottles at the filling stations, which was a great idea. In the height of winter the rooms were lovely and warm. Location was fantastic
The Lounge was not comfortable if you are a lot of people, our mattress was really really uncomfortably soft, the room did not have much space for suitcases, unfortunately the rooms are serviced only every second day,
