Just 333 yards from Holborn subway station, this hotel has an outdoor terrace which overlooks Lincoln's Inn Fields. Excellent location. We appreciated the free water stations and bottled water in the hallways. The room had air conditioning, an ironing board, and a hair dryer. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quickly dealt with the issue we reported.
The hotel is undergoing construction, but this wasn't mentioned on Booking.com or by the hotel before our stay. We didn't hear any noise, but it may affect other guests. Our room had a strong stale smoke smell, likely from the carpet, when we arrived. Although the hotel treated it with an ozone machine the next day, the smell remained. Somehow the rooms looked more modern and cleaner in the pictures than it actually was. We also had no hot water on our first evening. The room was very small, and the bed wasn't very comfortable, as any movement caused the whole bed to shake.

The location for central London is perfect. A short walk from Holborn station means you are a short tube or walk from Covent Garden or the West End and theatres

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed, including an iron, a coffee machine with coffee pods, and a bathroom stocked with a variety of shampoo and soap products. Housekeeping was excellent and the room was cleaned every day. One of the highlights was the complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, and drinking water available in the lobby 24/7, which was especially appreciated since bottled water in London can be quite expensive. The location was perfect—quiet enough for a good night’s sleep while still being within walking distance of the city centre and many shops and attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We even arrived an hour and a half before check-in, and since our room was ready, they kindly let us check in early, which we really appreciated.

Hotel so close to the tube. Quiet location.
Couple of USB ports in room didn't work but it wasnt a major issue. Nice room. Just a base for the night. Handy near the tube. Clean and tidy.

The location was close to major transit stops. There were several pubs and cafes within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the lobby where tea and coffee was available 24 hours. I would stay there again.
The hotel was undergoing major construction which made our stay very noisy. There were no food options within the hotel- only tea and coffee. It's possible the construction was building a restaurant.
