Just 333 yards from Holborn subway station, this hotel has an outdoor terrace which overlooks Lincoln's Inn Fields. Free Wi-Fi access is available throughout the hotel, and each room includes a desk with ergonomic chair and an iPod dock. The Royal Opera House is a 10 minute walk from Lincoln's Inn Fields, as is Covent Garden, with its shops, restaurants and famous market. The British Museum is half a mile away and London’s Theatreland can be reached after a 15 minute walk. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
Didn't tell us the breakfast bar wasn't open after booking the stay with breakfast. They gave us Wetherspoons tokens which wasn't 4 star, or covered healthy type breakfast options.

Stylish and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and make you feel you are in the hands of professionals.

Location, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, water stations on each floor,being able to check in earlier even though this was not requested
* poor coffee making facilities- how long does it take to fix or replace a coffee machine * nice outside area but no drinks or refreshments available *shower curtain rather than shower screen in bathroom

Presented with a payment request for £300 more than the booked price. When I objected, it was passed off as a 'system error'. No apology. Really unpleasant manager. Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Room was pleasant, bed comfy and room clean. Disappointed no bath within bathroom, though shower was nice and reliable in terms of temp/power.
Lack of bath. Some of furnishings (e.g table/seating area) looked little worse for wear and not in perfect order. Air con didn't seem to do anything. Didn't like the fact that the restaurant / bar was closed, without advance warning, meaning we couldn't have a drink on return to hotel or use the terrace

Great location and good value for money
No bar as advertised online and we booked triple room only to be give a pull out sofa chair as 3rd bed where the mattress was so thin and springy so had to request new room
