The central location exactly suited our needs
I was unable to use the shower. I am an elderly person and there were no handholds.
Coffe and teabags were provided but I didn't like the expensive merchandise on offer.

The bed was enormous and the pillows were soft and cosy unlike nearly every hotel pillow I’ve had the misfortune to rest my head on. The shower was very good.
It’s a pity there wasn’t a bar at the hotel nor a restaurant for breakfast instead you have to go to another restaurant/bar round the corner. We didn’t use it.

Exceptionally helpful reception and room staff. The bar around the corner as you head to the main street is great, as is the Turkish restaurant for evening dining (withthe exception of my breakfast comment below). Easy walk to shows which is why we chose it.
Although we were aware that the chosen room was not as big as that we had for our first stay, still disappointed with the size of the room and having to bend my head to the side to avoid the sloping ceiling. The breakfast in the adjoining restaurant was just OK, the water in the flasks was less than hot, not really much on offer and same thing every day. The heat was ferocious at breakfast in January as the heating seemed to be on full, had to ask for it to be turned down.

Location is fantastic. Staff were helpful & friendly.
Slightly dirty room. No fridge in the room. Paid for a King Room, two small double beds put together-not comfortable.
