Location. Walking distance to Covent Gardens. Nice area. Plenty of car parks to choose from.
Loading and unloading baggage was difficult as there was no parking.
Staff were really unfriendly. The receptionist who was working on the evening of the 8th May was the only friendly person.
I booked 7 rooms and paid £20 per room for breakfast. But restaurant was closed for refurbishment so there was no breakfast. Booking. Com said hotel will refund but they didn’t. They wouldn’t even discuss it. Refurbishment is ongoing and they are still advertising breakfast. Booking .com refunded only for 1 room.

Location was great, being so close to so many good places to eat and things to see makes it a great home base for when in London. I'd recommend this location to people to stay, especially ones their upgrades are complete.
Only issue I found was they had construction and this was not disclosed upon booking or before arrival. There were times I'd try to sleep in, but jack hammering and all would disturb me being able to get the rest I needed.
