The location was amazing, checkout at noon a nice bonus, breakfast was amazing, and staff wonderful as well, great water filling station at the elevator.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lattes we had from The Counter were delicious. The room was larger than expected; the largest we have stayed in in London. After walking the city all day, the bed was a welcome comfort. The location was very near bus stops and a 5-15 minute walk from the Tube.

I asked from the receptionist if was possible to go in my room earlier because I was travelling the previous day again and I had again my flight to London from 5 o clock in the morning and I was exhausted. So, he was so kind to give me the room earlier and by this, I had the time to do my shower and sleep for a couple of hours and have some rest. Only for this understanding I will come back again and I have informed my surrounding how understanding was the gentleman.
EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD and the employees were always with smile and very helpful.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had some propblems with our room and they were prompt to sort that out. The room was clean and quiet and the location is great. I saw some other reviews that were negative about the Breakfast but I thought it was good.
A major issue is the air conditioning. You cannot control the temperature in your own room, there is a central system that monitors the outside temperature and then decides the temperature for all the rooms automatically. Around sunset/early night this was fine and the system did a good job, however, overnight it heated our room a ridiculous amount - we were awoken at 2am and the temeprature in our room was 29C (outside was about 14C). From reading other reviews, I understand this is not uncommon and this really needs to be looked at. We have a 1 year old baby so it's actually dangerous for her to sleep at this temperature. Staff were helpful, they opened our window (you can't do this yourself) and turned the AC off via the room's fusebox. That said, the fact they knew this was the solution (and it's an unorthodox one) shows this must happen a lot and the building's management need to sort this issue so they don't put guests (and their own staff) in this position.

Great location, clean, good service.
Thin room walls. You could hear all the trolleys passing through the corridors of the floor plus the maintenance room was just next door and they'd slam doors very often entering and going out. Also, poor room service- they outsource it from the restaurant next door and the menu is not kids friendly.

We arrived with a small dog, and it seemed like because of that we were placed in the furthest room in the hotel. The only way to get there was through a service corridor that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, the same smell reached the hotel room as well. For this price, I find this completely unacceptable.

The location was really really good. Pretty close to a lot of historic sites and other touristic places. A lot of good restaurants in the neighborhood, so it was very easy to find somewhere to eat or have snacks or coffee.
The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable too.
The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We called the reception desk to get help several times during our stay, and they quickly sent someone to address our needs.
The laundry room was also very clean and we were able to use it several times.
The room ventilation system was set to "heat" only and the thermostat was not working and we were not able to choose the room temperature. You can imagine how would be the room temperature in the Spring!
We stayed for 7 nights. There was one night that the room temperature was going up every minute and reached 27.6 degrees Celsius, and was basically hard to breathe in the room anymore.
The only solution the hotel offered was to open the windows. And we had to call the reception to send someone to open and close the windows every time. With the windows open during the night in the middle of the city, we had to deal with the loud noises of buses and other cars and motor cycles in the street.

A great location, even the smallest room felt comfy. A good breakfast and the staff were very nice
One of the lifts was not working so it was a hassle to get to the room, but we managed. The breakfast was kind of sluggish.
