The hotel is located in a perfect location close to the train station as well as to many sites. It had very good staff, and was very nice.
The heating did not work the first night, but the staff have us a room heater.

We got a corner room at 7th floor with a nice city view. The room was spatious and clean with nice furniture. The bed was perfect.

The location is excellent. Staff are friendly and polite, including the cleaners. Free bottles are provided with filtered water to take which is handy. I was rather impressed with the personal care products: most amazing shampoo/conditioner.
There was an issue with the air conditioning, we couldn't turn the heat down, our room was 24 degrees which was a little uncomfortable.

Location excellent
Advertised with aircon but told in hotel no aircon just a heating system. When the room temperature reached 27 degrees and climbing even with the system off the maintenace man had to come to pull the fuse and open the windows. We slept with the windows open and a portable fan in November. Some staff did not even look up when you entered the hotel to greet you. Some staff were lovely.
