The hotel’s location is excellent which is right next to St Paul’s Cathedral and surrounded by many restaurants, truly in the heart of London. Breakfast is good, and the lounge area is very pleasant for relaxing, with great, freshly brewed coffee. The staff are very kind, responsive, and quick to find solutions whenever an issue arises.
The hotel has many rooms, and the corridors feel like a small labyrinth. While the building clearly has character, history, and soul, it lacks spaciousness which may be expected in central London. The biggest issue is the heating system. The hotel operates a centralized system that only activates heating when the outside temperature drops below 8°C. This is uncomfortable, as guests have no control over the room temperature, which is not acceptable in the 21st century.

What a fantastic place to stay! Perfectly decorated and had everything we needed. The staff was great and helpful. The bed very comfertable and a good place to travel from.
The shower was nice, but left the floor wet.

Room temperature was around 23 degrees
when I checked in, tried to turn down thermostat, but instead temperature increased to nearly 27 degrees. I contacted reception that informed me it’s a general problem, the temperature can only be turned up, and solution was to open windows, which was noisy during the night.
Room was very small and smaller than pictured.

Overall, the room is great. The location is also great and the hotel offers a great set of amenities (water, ice, decent gym, washing machines).
Staff is also extremely friendly!
Not related to the hotel. But on the first day, at 8-9PM we almost got our phones snatched in front of St Paul's cathedral by the, now common, e-bike thieves. I was able to avoid the snatch, but a person that was walking around and close to us had his phone snatched. So, be careful with pickpockets and ebikers thieves while in London, it's happening everywhere.

This nice hotel has a perfect location, nearby the Millennium Bridge, the Tate Modern, St. Paul Cathedral and Tube station, Elizabeth Line and a Walkable distance from the theatres, Covent Gardens, etc. The rooms are nicely appointed and decorated, very clean. There are great amenities available and restaurants and shops nearby! The staff is professional, courteous and actually helpful!
The online check-in system, supplemented by kiosks in the lobby, is a little confusing, it speeds up check-in and check-out but still feels unnecessary since the reception staff is so helpful; housekeeping schedule seems unreliable, but the reception staff sorted it out for me (Thank you Salman)! Although, housekeeping staff is very efficient and they take care of business very well!

Location is great and loved the design inside. All staff very helpful
We had an issues with the shower. He sorted it but later in the day had shower again and issue happened again. The engineer said the room shared pressure with another room. Or something like that.

Breakfast - very good, lots of variety, scrambled egg, sausages, pastries, juices etc.
Room - Functional, neat & clean. A bit small, good for one, for two might be a bit tight.
Location - was easily reachable by a combination of train and bus. Stops close by. Many restaurants also close by including a McDonald's !
