I loved the design and layout of the property. The linens were wonderful also. The front of house staff (Salman) was absolutely fantastic, he really went above and beyond in his hospitality. Very kind and friendly.
There was no parking nearby at all and the room was not as clean as I would’ve liked.

Great location. Facilities are good, with some great ideas for water refills and additional purchases. Spacious room.
Unfortunately, there were guests smoking drugs in the hotel. The smell of this came into our room at around 9pm through the ventilation system and from the corridor. This is unacceptable for any stay, but even worse when staying with my 4 year old and my pregnant wife. On notifying the hotel staff, they sprayed some air freshener outside our room and offered to spray it inside, rather than sorting the drug problem ongoing in the hotel. This was very disappointing and shocking they didn't take this more seriously. On check out, we were offered a free cup of coffee and a pastry for the inconvenience. This was just a little insulting. What a shame.

Clean and comfortable. Whilst encouraged to use the tablets to self-check-in, there was someone on hand to help with the process.
Poor sound-proofing. Being nearby to St Pauls' cathedral, and the bells going off every 15 minutes (no joke) I'd expect sufficient measures to be taken to sound-proof the windows. Unfortunately not the case. There were also zero complementary offerings, not even water, and for the price of the room I'd expect that as a minimum.
