Great location, unlimited chilled water machine in lobby
Confusion around discount for hotel residents at the coffee counter. Staff weren’t aware of an offer even though I was texted an offer with 10% off, and a leaflet in the room said 20% off. We also booked a suite with a kitchenette which contained a microwave, fridge, sink and nothing else. Lots of empty cupboards. No hob, plates, crockery or closed bin for food waste.

When you enter in the Hotel very weird smell is there, even o asked them but afternoon staff was very rude .

Location was good. Very close to St Pauls and some very old areas.
Air con did not work. Asked to move room but was told that they were full. Even tho I could look on Trivago and see rooms were available for the night. Was however given free breakfasts. Waiting to see if we are actually charged for them as we did a fast checkout. Manager on desk was rather superior.

We enjoyed the stay in Club Quarters. The staff was very responsive, the room was good, enough for 2 adults+1 child. We loved getting the supplies from the storage based on our needs freely. We will come back if we come to London again.

Excellent hotel ideally located next to St Paul's Cathedral, and close to City Thameslink or Blackfriars stations. Easy check-in. Fantastic to check in early. Quiet comfortable room, great shower. Good value for us for a Saturday night at time of booking. Enjoyed a late morning coffee and croissant in quiet lounge.

Really good value for money, great location felt very safe. The coffee spot at reception was a bonus
The towels were not fresh when we arrived, has stains on and felt very rough. They did change it after being asked but no face towels were provided per person.
