The service was exceptional. Very friendly staff and great location. I loved to stay there and will probably plan to stay there in the future. I could use the Lounge area, and it was outstanding. The staff was super helpful and very attentive. Inclusive having resources that could speak Portuguese (Brazilians) was a plus.
Just as a note, the lobby area is a little small.

Large, clean room with all facilities in an excellent location. Staff were helpful and friendly. We were checked in by Salman who was very professional. Definitely recommend staying here.

Air con was not working or had been incorrectly programmed by management team. Resultant room temperature was above 33 c. Windows were locked.
Handyman was able to open the windows towards midnight.

Location is great
Aircon did not work in room. Rooms very dated, clearly an old hotel that has had a rebrand but the rooms need more work, they are tired. Very small bathroom. Small beds that aren’t very comfortable

The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful! In overall, we really loved our stay, the interior of the hotel, incl lounge area, was cozy.
The only thing that bothered was the noise coming from the outside during the night time. Thus, it could be a bit difficult to sleep if you are not a very good sleeper in general. However, the overall great experience compensates this.

Overall nice location prette near most tourist hotspots.
The room's size is ok for just sleeping the night in the hotel room and roaming the city all day.
We didn't use the breaktfast option so no insights into that.
The hotel lounge is quite comfy and large, - perfect for resting and relaxing in-between strolls.
The hotel room's AC wasn't working at all; On arrival around midnight the room had over 27°C.
Although the AC was turned to max and to 16°C the room didn't get quite cooler. In the morning it had a bit over 24°C.
We had the feeling it was just moving air around.
When we left the building we kept the AC Running. On arrival at the evening it had 23°C in the room.
As we were reporting the problem to the receptionist we were offered room fans and a technician looking into that problem.
No fan ever arrived on our room; the AC runnning 24/7 set to 16°C made it at least to 23°C during our stay.
As London had over 30°C on the outside during our stay a proper working AC would have been essential.
Due to the fact that we had it running on highest fan speed the room was pretty noisy during the night, unfortunately.

Room was clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel is fantastic.
The in room thermostat is controlled by the hotel. Regardless of turning down the temperature from 23 to 19, the room was consistently 23-24 during the heat wave which was a bit too warm. The hotel also is in need of an upgrade because it's quite dated. Finally, construction work on an elevator down the hall from our room was disruptive in the mornings almost every day from the use of an impact hammer drill. Very loud...
