⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay at Club Quarters Hotel! Everything was comfortable, cosy and welcoming. A special thank you to Salman for the excellent customer service — he was so kind and attentive and even offered us a bottle of wine to make our stay extra special. Such a lovely touch that made us feel really looked after. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay again!

This stay was great value for money: nice minimalistic design, spacious rooms, comfy bed and attentive service from the staff. The location is very convenient (several tube stations at walking distance and next to beautiful St Paul’s) and the cleaning staff takes care of the room like every day is check in day. I would definitively stay here again.

Great location.
Unfortunately, there were a couple of things we were not happy with. The room was very stuffy and hot, even with the air conditioning on. Also, we had breakfast included in our booking, but the staff didn’t mention this when we checked in. We completely forgot about it and ended up having breakfast at the café downstairs, paying for it separately. It would have been helpful if the staff had reminded us that breakfast was included.

The gym was very old and in a very dark, small uninviting room. Did not use it after seeing how unappealing the space was.

Excellent location. The staff were warm and helpful, allowed me an early check in on payment. The room was clean and comfortable. Facilities were great, including availability of filtered water and ice in the lobby. The lounge at the reception is a great place to hang out!
The room size was very small. Worked okay for me as I was single, but will be a issue for a couple or family.

The hotel is in a great location to get into and around London. The rooms are a good size with a fairly modern decor. The bathroom is modern and clean with a good size shower cubicle. The breakfast buffet is good with a reasonable choice of cereals, cooked items and pastries/bread.
Although good the breakfast would benefit from a better quality and wider choice of fruit. Just raspberries and blueberries and these often run out or need restocking and sometimes turn to mush. Pineapple, melon and orange segments would all be a great addition. The hotel has a Coates restaurant located on the ground floor. However despite being a regular customer at other Coates restaurants around the country I have found this one to be really poor. After several visits we found the food quality and presentation to be quite awful. Staff are lacking in service quality, menu knowledge and professionalism. This is clearly a training issue. I would not eat here again. The issues associated with the restaurant do not reflect the high quality standards of the hotel.

It was a little confusing where to check in as it’s a cafe upon entry - maybe a little sign or something? I did arrive late in the evening however so maybe that’s why it was a little less obvious!
