The room was way too hot the fan did not work and room ended up being 27 degrees in the morning

The hotel was clean , comfortable and safe. A fantastic location with everything you could want and need near by and really close to the tube station for when you want to explore more. Staff were really helpful and took great care of us. Can’t fault our visit and can’t wait to go back!

Great location, literally next to the cathedral and by the tube stop. Lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Opposite a mcdonalds which is always handy.
No fridge in the room though but other than that cannot fault the stay and service

Great location, easy check in and check out. I loved getting my key on my Apple wallet. Room was nice and bed was very comfortable. Loved the pastries and the coffee from the reception.
Toilet needed a bit extra cleaning as was a lot of limescale buildup.

Hotel Room was big even with a small living room but the bathroom was so small which makes no sense. Its better to have a decent bathroom in an hotel than the living room

The location was amazing
Told a story about the change in weather affecting the air conditioning that why our room air con was pushing out 26.5 degree heat and would not turn down! Just say it’s broken and apologise!

Location was great. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and overall the room was good.
The only issue was the noise. I think we were a bit unlucky with the room location, as it was the first room in the corridor and right next to the stairs, so we could hear people coming and going quite often, including staff at times.

Very warm welcome upon arrival when checking in salman served us and was very friendly and helpful he helped us with our celebrations allowing us a free upgrade to our room and complimentary drinks too which made our a stay that extra bit special. Location of the hotel was perfect would definitely recommend.
