Bed soft. small room. Noisy outside from 4am Crying baby next door all night. Hot breakfast not very appealing in appearance.

Modern, clean & close to lots of restaurants
No way down to the ground floor or breakfast level via the stairs & only 2 lifts in the building. We had to wait for 6 lifts to pass as they were too full before we could get downstairs.

Heating not adjustable in room Heating climbed gradually and didn’t stop and went on to 34degrees Problem not solved until approx 4am Unable to sleep due to heat Unable to reach reception by phone so used chat forum, nothing solved on second visit reception arranged with reception staff for maintenance to switch off the heat. Shower leaked causing extreme wet floor

The location was excellent and very easy to find. The staff were on hand immediately to help with check in. It was good to have access to coffee and pastries in the morning so easily. The room was very clean and comfy - spacious too.
The fan in the bathroom could not be turned off and was very noisey. Someone had blocked with tissue to reduce the noise but this didn't work. I did not raise these at the time as i checked in and was in a rush to leave - I then came back late. For one night it was manageable. I did report this when I checked out and have a video. The heat/air con panel didn't seem to work?

Everything was so clean and comfy, from the lounge to the room. I even got an early check in for free and that thanks to Mr Lounes (hope I spelled the name well) He was so nice and polite. Would definitely come back again

The position is great if you want to stay in the city center but also want to avoid the crowds
The room was just fine but there is no fridge or travel kits. The main problem was the noise, you can hear everything and everyone next to you.

Fantastic location, a beautiful area of London to stay in. Close to the Thames and within walking distance to many places sights. A modern hotel, good sized rooms, good breakfast.
Our room had a broken bathroom door handle.
