Great location, friendly staff and comfy bed.
Despite checkout time being 12, cleaning service knocked on the door of the room three times from early in the morning. The bathroom door didn’t shut properly and the toilet didn’t flush.

Location, comfortable beds.
I don't use lifts and you have to access stairs from outside and your card won't open the door so you have to go to reception each time and asked to get it opened and then you have to wait to the receptionist gets someone to open it a real pain pity your card couldn't open it.the windows won't open in the bedroom so the bedroom very warm.

The hotel is very well located, which makes it really easy to move around the city. I also appreciated having USB ports directly in the bedroom sockets, which is very convenient for international travellers. As a small suggestion, it could be great to offer, with a simple refundable deposit, useful items like plug adapters or umbrellas with the hotel logo for guests coming from abroad.
Overall my stay was very good and I didn’t find anything I particularly disliked. The price–quality ratio felt very fair for the UK.

The property was easy to get to. Modern decor. Clean.
If the owners of the company could look in to sound proofing the windows I think it would make staying there even better. I slept well, but it would be good if the ambient “London noise” (as well as the bells of St Paul’s) could be blocked out/reduced.

Great location, room was lovely with a lot of space & very quiet (& I think we got upgraded!)
Room temp was broken & it was way too hot, glassware not totally clean, & very impersonal staff (think the swift non communicative approach was the style they were going for though... Added no value to our stay).

Wonderful
Cosy room, lovely breakfast, excellent restaurant and location was perfect for us (right beside St Paul’s Cathedral). Staff were really friendly.
Only thing missing is a proper bar (although there is a small selection of alcohol!!)
