Reception staff extremely nimble snd friendly. A fairly large room, on top floor as requested, bed comfy, bathroom functional and towels soft.
Windows did not open and looked very dirty. The aircon did not react to controls. We called in support, only to learn it takes 15mins for any change to kick in. That sort of delay is non standard and should be clearly documented under the control. A simple label would do. No fridge. Exorbitant prices for various bottles and food provided at room temp as no fridge.

Location is excellent, being a stone's throw from St Paul's Cathedral and thus well-connected to transport links. Despite being in a busy area, the room was very quiet and relaxing.
Nothing negative, it's more expensive than some options but is worth the extra expensive given the added convenience.

Good location and have stayed before so knew it was going to be clean, spacious and air conditioned.
Full length mirror is beside the bed so you cannot get a distance away to look into it. Always an issue in hotels sadly! Supplies had not been topped up and specifically the tissue box had two tissues in it! A minor thing I know but at the time I needed them.

I like how convenient the property was to Wembley Stadium.
I thought the breakfast was not great, cold and not much thought Or attention given during service. Lack of staff didn’t help but the staff that were on duty were very helpful and did their best. Need more staff

Was given an upgrade to a suite. Comfortable bed Quiet room away from road noise Very close to St Pauls cathedral

Staff were super friendly and so helpful. Location was perfect and super easy to get to the underground and shopping centres
The air conditioning couldn’t be controlled in the rooms and it was the hottest day of the year. The rooms were too hot.

Amazing location right next to St. Paul's Cathedral. A bridge spans the Thames straight from the Cathedral to the Globe Theater and Tate Modern for an easy 10 minute walk!
