A great location, even the smallest room felt comfy. A good breakfast and the staff were very nice
One of the lifts was not working so it was a hassle to get to the room, but we managed. The breakfast was kind of sluggish.

A really nice hotel and beautifully designed. I loved my room. It was very well appointed with everything I could want or need for a short stay. I particularly loved the bed. It was extremely comfortable and the pillows were perfect. I did not want to get up in the morning. The mini bar was also very nice with some unusual things. I did not have a chance to sample anything but I am sure I would have if I had stayed longer.
Minor thing which I accept for the location was the street noise. I ended up using ear plugs and would recommend bringing some, it that would be an issue. I am also not a fan of self check in and check out. Unlike interacting with staff. However staff were also there to help so I went with my preference and the staff were lovely.

For central London, the room was spacious, comfortable and had a good size bed with quality linen. The location was excellent and even though it was on a busy road, the sound proofing was good.
The e-key system didn't seem to work properly, but it was no problem as we reverted to a standard hotel credit card key.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The room was spotless, very clean, and extremely comfortable. You can really tell that the hotel pays attention to every detail. The staff were amazingly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to Abhi and Salman, who were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and professional. They truly made our experience even more special. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again!

The location is perfect right near St Pauls so ideal for sightseeing. Near the river for great walks. Bus stops, train and underground tube very near so easy to get around London. Room was perfect and the staff were so helpful. Good selection of food at breakfast.
One of the two lifts was out of order but a minor inconvenience.
