Breakfast was good The location of the hotel was very central to where we needed to go which was a massive help. Nearby tube stations and bus stations made it very easy to get around
The first day into the supplied breakfast, no one tells anyone where anything is because it is so busy. The coffee was hidden away a little bit and we struggled on the first day then day 2 we watched another 5 people struggle/ need help to get the coffee.

Hotel rooms are refurbished very nicely equipped. The restaurant / bar area has a good ambiance
My room was in a separate part of the hotel. I had to go to the end of the hall, take another staircase and then enter a different part of the hotel. The distance was not an issue, but the issue is that the staircase was extremely dirty and smelled VERY bad ( like pee) the entirety of my stay. The room is nice but I’m sorry this is not okay for this price .

Location
There was an issue with the shower in our first room, so we were moved to a different one. In the new room, there was a small problem with the toilet, but the staff fixed it quickly. The team was fast and responsive, but it still caused some inconvenience for us.

Fantastic location, literally just outside St Paul’s Cathedral. Very chic hotel with mod-con amenities like Nespresso machines, tvs you can cast to from your own devices, a super coffee/matcha bar in the lobby with baked goods from Bread Ahead in Borough Market. No traditional ‘breakfast’ space offered. The lobby opens into the Cote brasserie next door which provides an array of French-style bistro dishes. Very clean, modern and quiet. The tube is c.5-7 minutes walk away.

Clean . Room comfortable. Night staff when we arrived at 12.30am made us feel we were an inconvenience to him. Morning staff lovely and very helpful
