Location, proximity to train stations. Customer service is top notch tea coffee and biscuits always available for guests even if you are yet to check in
Internet is very poor especially to some rooms from 5th floor. Room was a bit dirty perhaps cleaners left some work tools under the bed, dust toilet wasnt flushing so well. But overall the place is good and I may go back there next time

Location, walking distance to Tower hamlet. Lovely hot shower, spacious shower area.
No shops open on Sunday in the area. Cups In our room were dirty with lipstick marks. Stay quite expensive, didn't include breakfast, however next door has a wetherspoons where we bought breakfast for 2 (not full english) with unlimited coffees for under 10

Lovely hot shower ( but you MUST close the bathroom door) or you will set off the fire alarm, great bed, wonderful pillows, close to everything, no noise and could really darken the room. Always good to have tea and coffee available to make in the room. Staff pleasant and helpful. Showed genuine concern and obviously like their jobs.

Rooms very small which we could adapt as didn't spend much time there. Cleanliness was very poor carpet looked like it hadn't been hoovered in a long time 2 large stains on floor (unpleasant) Silver part of the sink had stains on it which looked like something that belonged in the toilet Even the seat and desk are had good stains and marks Very unclean

The hotel was amazing. Quirky. Very very clean. The room was perfect for one night. My favourite part was the bottle machine. Free ice water. Specially in the heat this weekend. The staff were amazing. Friendly and polite. The shower was amazing too. Shame the restaurant was being refurbished but we had a nice breakfast in the crosse keys pub next door.
Nothing to not like. We shall be returning
