A compact but comfortable room close to shops. Pubs and restaurants. Hyde park and Kensington Gardens were only a few minutes walk away and we took some lovely walks there.

Great staff! I forgot 3 personal valuable items in the apartment and they spared no effort to have delivered to me in France in matter of days! Location is also great, 1 block from Harrods! Super close to Hyde Park. And in a calm an pretty street! Very spacious apartment!
My apartment was just next to the reception, and you can hear phone ring and people entering. But nothing disturbing, just ask for a apartment in the 2nd floor and more to end of the hall. But I still very much recommend the place.

The thing that I had to give a deduction for was the terrible noise from the apartment above which is the reason I left early. Staff were very good. I could hear absolutely everything from room above which was a huge negative. Sorry.

Great location for sightseeing, shops and underground . Very quiet street which was a real plus. Plenty of space and very good self catering facilities. Good area for working and plenty of natural light despite our room being lower ground. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding. Very helpful staff.
Decor generally could do with an update Bathroom also dated. Dont like shower curtains.
