Located next to the Tower of London, and overlooking the Thames River, Cheval Three Quays features modern apartments with free Wi-Fi, and an on-site fitness center. We had an absolutely fantastic stay during our short visit to the Cheval Three Quays! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was so spacious and clean, and I loved the luxurious feel of every detail. This was hands down the best stay I had while in the UK for 2.5 weeks, and I truly wish we had just stayed here for the entire week we were in London. Such a convenient location and had a wonderful restaurant Coppa Club right around the corner!

I loved having laundry in the unit because it rained and kids are messy. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room, close to the tube, beautiful finishings and view.

I was surprised at checkout to be charged for room servicing. We had not asked for this to be done, but it was and the reception dropped the charge when they understood our surprise.

I have stayed in many five-star hotels around the world, but this one truly stands out. Not only is it located near all the most beautiful tourist attractions, but it also offers a perfect blend of modern luxury and contemporary elegance. The atmosphere makes you feel both relaxed and indulged. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Room service was prompt and exceptionally professional. Overall, it was a remarkable experience that exceeded my expectations.

Great location, nice rooms. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.
My dryer did not work in my room but the front desk tried to send maintenance but that still didn’t fix it. To make it up, they upgraded my room on my last night so I could get a room with a washer and dryer so I did appreciate that.

For a hotel, it sure feels like your own condo overlooking the Thames. The extra space in the rooms makes the experience really comfortable. The washing machine was really welcome after a few days of travel. The kitchen was well-equipped. Our go-to stay in London these days. The easy accessed combination of tube, bus routes (and even river ferries) makes it a convenient location too.

Perfect location, lovely rooms - very clean with all the necessary amenities and more. The bed was exceedingly comfortable, and the staff were responsive, attentive, kind, and conversational in all the right ways. This was an outstanding experience. I have booked to go back next week when I return to London.

Super clean and nicely sized space. Comfortable beds and galley kitchen with washer & dryer. Great gym. Relatively quiet considering location is in high tourist area next to Tower of London.
The street coming into the hotel is very congested and very limited options for taxis to get in/out. Add extra time and $ for transportation costs if you are using taxis or car services.
