The location was exceptional. Made it easy to go about the city using all the modes of transportation. The rooms were spacious and the unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed.

Cheval Three Quays looked a very upmarket place when I booked it but it was far more in real life. We were celebrating a special wedding anniversary and had been upgraded to a corner suite with exquisite views of both the Tower of London and the Shard looking in the opposite direction. Even though it was January weather in London plus going dark at 4pm we were able to watch the comings and goings along the water and wharf in front of us at all hours. The Uber boats came in and out like clockwork and it was wonderful to see everything lit up at night. The English newspaper, The Telegraph, had included Cheval Three Quays in their listing of beautiful hotels overlooking the Thames published in December 2025 and they were not wrong! This was probably the most comfortable place we could have located ourselves in London - totally soundproofed rooms with everything we could have wished for in this serviced apartment. Super comfortable beds, plenty of storage space and views from every room - we didn't want to leave. Staff super friendly and always helpful. Taxi stand outside and quiet because it was on a dead end street next to the Tower of London. The Coppa Club restaurant located on the Thames in the same building was so convenient and open late.

Attentive staff, great view of the tower and tower bridge, good communal space for the room we stayed in. Convenient to have a kitchen, easy taxi access, close to food and coffee options.
It's a little ways from main tourist interests, lack of clear instructions on use of washing machine/dishwasher and what lights switches did what. Had a few missing pieces of glassware that would normally be expected in a 2 bedroom space. Some of the floor planks are not glued down well and will peel up when stepping on them barefoot.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay during our short visit to the Cheval Three Quays! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was so spacious and clean, and I loved the luxurious feel of every detail. This was hands down the best stay I had while in the UK for 2.5 weeks, and I truly wish we had just stayed here for the entire week we were in London. Such a convenient location and had a wonderful restaurant Coppa Club right around the corner!
