The location was fantastic. Off a quiet side street near Harrods.
It was a lovely apartment. Very comfortable. Just wish we'd been there more than one night!
The food in the fridge was also a lovely surprise.
The only thing I didn't like was the balcony...not the nicest spot but not much that could be done about that.

Very friendly & helpful hosts at front desk. Safe & quiet location. Very spacious. Nice amenities in bathroom, kitchen - well stocked. Like that it has elevator. Love that rooms have separate thermostats. Great balcony & lots of windows. All special housekeeping requests fulfilled promptly & generously.
Carpet is bit worn. Kitchen sink faucet leaks a bit at base. One of the sinks in master bathroom doesn’t drain well. Clock in TV room on wall not working. Gets warm even with heat all way off - thankfully lots of windows to open.

Beautiful apartment and location. The staff was amazing and helpful. We arrived early and they stored our luggage. Our luggage was in the apartment when it was available. This made our stay exceptional. Truly top-notch service and place.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything we needed and it was quiet! Our apartment was cleaned daily and was in such a perfect neighborhood close to shopping, dining and Harrods!

Daily cleaning services is perfect
The staff were incredible and supporting.
Over all we had a pleasant stay.
Some minor parts require renovation, such as some side tables where broken and the bathtub frame needed some fixing.
We had issues with hot water in one of the bathrooms almost everyday.
