Wonderful
Large space, good facilities, nice staffs, great location 1. It provides enough space for 3 people. Good facilities in the apartment, we can cook our own breakfast and dinner, very convenient. The apartment provides everything we need. 2. Staffs are all very nice and helpful 3. Great location. 2 mins walk to metro station, and there are 3 lines.

Cheval claimed that during my stay I damaged their hop top after I checked out, which I disagreed that I didn’t use the hop top at all during my stay. They charged me £269 through my credit card without any evidence provided. I would even suspect that it is an non professional practice and even a scam. I would highly un recommended to other travelers at your booking.com.

Location was close to the tube station. Lots of food options and coffee were all less than a 5 min walk. The flat was modern. Towel warmer was a plus! Staff was very friendly and showed us around the apartment and answered our questions. All items including water were refilled each day without us having to ask.

The location is amazing. So close to the South Kensington Tube station. The view off the balcony was glorious. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Everything was perfect for a week in London with the family.
Had a little trouble figuring out appliances but that was likely due to differences in how they work across the ocean.

We have stayed at Cheval at Edinburgh before so we know this place before we booked. It was really met all our expectations. The location of Cheval Harrington Court at South Kensington is only a few steps away from the tube so it is very convenient to get to. It is also located very close to Victoria & Albert museum which is also the main reason for us to pick up this place. There are many restaurants around this place. Cheval is a very luxury apartment with everything you really need just like at home. The entire place is well decorated and clean.

Excellent reception desk staff, so friendly, so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Our room exceeded our expectations, it was spotlessly clean, the facilities in the kitchen were great. The room was quiet, the beds were super comfy too, I could not fault anything.

We absolutely loved everything about the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in for 5 nights. Well appointed, spacious, excellent location, clean, comfortable. We were sad to leave. Staff were very obliging. Highly recommend.
