Excellent location - close to the train station. Apartments were very large and comfortable.
Speaking specifically for our apartment. There was a bug infestation. When initially reported, staff stated it was due to the door being opened. Staff used vacuum cleaner to suck up bugs. Throughout week, infestation became worse and worse. Became too overwhelming. Spoke to front desk manager who told us "If you want to leave, then you can leave". We then switched hotels for the remainder of our stay. Refrigerator and freezer were both broken. Fridge was leaking water into one of the cabinets. Freezer had ice surrounding it, but all foods were melted.

The location is excellent, right next to the metro and bus stations, with several restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
The apartment is spacious and fully equipped with all hotel-style services.
The price is somewhat high.
I didn’t like the room view, and when I asked about a better one, I was told it would cost extra, even though the amount already paid for the stay was not small.
I was also disappointed that the light hospitality “snacks” in the room were reduced compared to my previous experience with the same hotel group. Back then, the room included a variety of complimentary treats such as bread, cheese, eggs, milk, croissants, different juices, sweets, and chips. This time, however, it was only a milk and some biscuits.
When I inquired, I was told that the hotel had changed its policy, and now the premium hospitality is only available for hotel members or for those who booked directly through the hotel’s website, while guests who booked through Booking.com do not receive these extras.
I was not convinced by this explanation, as I believe all hotel guests should be treated equally.

I recently stayed at Cheval Gloucester Apartments and had a wonderful experience. The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and very comfortable – everything we needed for our stay in London. To our pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a beautiful two-bedroom apartment, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
There was a housekeeping disruption due to a strike during our visit, but the team handled the situation very professionally and quickly resolved everything, ensuring we were well taken care of. Their customer service was excellent, and we truly appreciated the effort they put into making sure our stay was smooth.
There was a small frustration with housekeeping during our stay — some unnecessary information was shared with us at the time of the strike, which made the situation feel a bit unpleasant in the moment. However, the team resolved the issue quickly and professionally, and we truly appreciated how they handled it.
